布料是装饰材料中常用的材料。包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料。布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量。大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理,同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格 。从织造方式上可以分为:梭织布和针织布二大类。从加工工艺上可以分为:坯布、漂白布、染色布、印花布、色织布、混合工艺布(如在色织布上印花、复合布、植绒布、仿皮毛布)等等。还可以原材料来划分:棉布、化纤布、麻布、毛纺布、丝绸、及混纺织物等等。目前的布料多直接采用棉花或人工纤维制成,没有特色,不具有新意。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种植物叶子布料及其制作方法,它通过对棕叶、荷叶、竹叶进行加工处理并应用到布料的制作中,使得布料的设计更加独特,具有特色,布料更舒适更环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:
一种植物叶子布料,它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶100-200份、荷叶80-240份、竹叶60-180份、丙烯酸胶水10-30份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2%-3%。
它的制作方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一,在夏季对荷叶进行采摘,然后进行清洗,清洗完成后,对荷叶进行高温风干或自然晾干后囤积保存;
步骤二,在夏季对棕叶进行采摘,采摘后清洗干净,对棕叶进行高温风干或自然晾干后囤积保存;
步骤三,在夏秋两季对竹叶进行采摘,采摘后清洗干净,对竹叶进行高温风干或自然晾干后囤积保存;
步骤四,将竹叶、棕叶、荷叶经过裁切成不同形状或有规则图形,有骨的一面为反面,反面被一层环保双面胶或者热熔胶经过高温粘贴在布料上面,另外一种方式就是经过专业的机器打碎制作成不规则的小块状,经过加入2%-3%的丙烯酸胶水搅拌混合,放在预先准备好的模具中,经过大力冲压,形成一定厚度的块状;
步骤五,将成型的块状用专用的切片机切成想要制造商品的厚度,用水性胶水张贴在布料层上后,再经过表面打磨处理;
步骤六,在材料表层加做一层防泼水工艺,表面和底面经过高温100-130摄氏度粘贴一层TPU,EVA,PVL等加工后,防水防污放寒效果更佳。

荷叶,又称莲花茎、莲茎。是莲科莲属多年生草本挺水植物莲荷的叶。以叶大、整洁、色绿者为佳。 荷叶的茎是绿的,上面布满了小刺儿,好像一把伞柄;如果把荷叶茎折断,茎上就有许多连着的丝。荷叶的表面附着无数个微米级的蜡质乳突结构。用电子显微镜观察这些乳突时,可以看到在每个微米级乳突的表面又附着许许多多与其结构相似的纳米级颗粒,科学家将其称为荷叶的微米-纳米双重结构。正是具有这些微小的双重结构,使荷叶表面与水珠儿或尘埃的接触面积非常有限,因此便产生了水珠在叶面上滚动并能带走灰尘的现象。而且水不留在荷叶表面。
竹叶为禾本科植物淡竹(竹子)的叶。竹叶在我国拥有悠久的食用和药用历史,是国家认可并批准的药、食两用的天然植物。外形特征:竹叶呈狭披针形,长7.5~16厘米,宽1~2厘米,先端渐尖,基部钝形,叶柄长约5毫米,边缘之一侧较平滑,另一侧具小锯齿而粗糙;平行脉,次脉6~8对,小横脉甚显著;叶面深绿色,无毛,背面色较淡,基部具微毛;质薄而较脆。气弱,味淡。以色绿、完整、无枝梗者为佳。
丙烯酸胶水即丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,用聚丙烯酸酯为单组分或主要组分的胶粘剂。有热塑性和热固性两种,具有高强度、耐冲击、耐候性佳、可油面粘接、使用方便、抗冲击及剪切力强的特点。水性胶水,水性覆膜胶是对印刷品表面进行加工,达到提高印刷品表面光泽度、强度,增强美感效果的方法。衡量覆膜品质优劣,也需考查其光亮度、强度、黏结力等。水性湿式覆膜以其覆膜印刷品的高强度,易回收,无污染等特点深受客户青睐。水性覆膜胶与传统胶水相比,采用进口原料制成,具有高固体含量、低粘度、工艺适用性好、粘合力强、无毒等优点是适用于铝箔(OPA),预处理过的聚乙烯(HDPE,LDPE)、聚丙烯(OPP,CPP)、聚酯(PET)、聚酰胺(PA,ONY)薄膜,喷涂金属的薄膜,玻璃纸之间复合的双组份溶剂型聚氨酯类粘合剂。

本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是一种植物叶子布料,它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶200份、荷叶240份、竹叶180份、丙烯酸胶水30份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2.5%。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它通过对棕叶、荷叶、竹叶进行加工处理并应用到布料的制作中,使得布料的设计更加独特,具有特色,布料更舒适更环保。

Claims (7)
1.一种植物叶子布料,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶100-200份、荷叶80-240份、竹叶60-180份、丙烯酸胶水10-30份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2%-3%。
2.一种植物叶子布料及其制作方法,其特征在于它的制作方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一,在夏季对荷叶进行采摘,然后进行清洗,清洗完成后,对荷叶进行高温风干或自然晾干后囤积保存;
步骤二,在夏季对棕叶进行采摘,采摘后清洗干净,对棕叶进行高温风干或自然晾干后囤积保存;
步骤三,在夏秋两季对竹叶进行采摘,采摘后清洗干净,对竹叶进行高温风干或自然晾干后囤积保存;
步骤四,将竹叶、棕叶、荷叶经过裁切成不同形状或有规则图形,有骨的一面为反面,反面被一层环保双面胶或者热熔胶经过高温粘贴在布料上面,另外一种方式就是经过专业的机器打碎制作成不规则的小块状,经过加入2%-3%的丙烯酸胶水搅拌混合,放在预先准备好的模具中,经过大力冲压,形成一定厚度的块状;
步骤五,将成型的块状用专用的切片机切成想要制造商品的厚度,用水性胶水张贴在布料层上后,再经过表面打磨处理;
步骤六,在材料表层加做一层防泼水工艺,表面和底面经过高温100-130摄氏度粘贴一层TPU,EVA,PVL等加工后,防水防污放寒效果更佳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物叶子布料,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶100份、荷叶80份、竹叶60份、丙烯酸胶水10份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物叶子布料,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶120份、荷叶100份、竹叶80份、丙烯酸胶水15份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2.2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物叶子布料,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶140份、荷叶150份、竹叶110份、丙烯酸胶水20份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2.3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物叶子布料,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶170份、荷叶200份、竹叶150份、丙烯酸胶水25份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2.4%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物叶子布料,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原料组成:棕叶200份、荷叶240份、竹叶180份、丙烯酸胶水30份;所述的丙烯酸胶水的浓度为2.5%。
