本发明公开了一种高弹性控球型球拍线及其生产方法,产品从里到外分为芯层、编织层和披覆层;其中芯层采用聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂的形式;编织层采用聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝,其中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;所述披覆层为聚酰胺浸渍层。本发明芯层加入的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维能提高球拍线整体的强力,浸渍树脂溶液后加捻使得复丝之间的空隙被填充且紧密,形成的球拍线的弹性较好;通过树脂溶液形成的披覆层薄,击球感好,而且形成有棱的粗糙表面,增加球拍线与球之间的摩擦力,提高了球拍线控球型。

本发明涉及一种球拍线及制备方法。
背景技术
现有的网球拍等球拍线,在控球性能等方面存在缺陷,影响球拍的使用性能和使用寿命,需要进一步加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用性能好,制作方便的高弹性控球型球拍线及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高弹性控球型球拍线,其特征是:从里到外分为芯层、编织层和披覆层;其中芯层采用聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂的形式;编织层采用聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝,其中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;所述披覆层为聚酰胺浸渍层。
芯层为加捻形式,捻度为10-50 T/m。
一种高弹性控球型球拍线的生产方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)将聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂,并加捻形成芯层;
(2)将聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝编织在芯层外,形成包覆芯层的编织层,编织层中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;
(3)再在编织层外表面浸渍聚酰胺溶液形成披覆层,其中添加超高分子量聚乙烯耐磨剂;披覆层厚度为0.05-0.5 mm,耐磨剂添加量为0.01-0.25%。
本发明芯层加入的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维能提高球拍线整体的强力,浸渍树脂溶液后加捻使得复丝之间的空隙被填充且紧密,形成的球拍线的弹性较好;通过树脂溶液形成的披覆层薄,击球感好,而且形成有棱的粗糙表面,增加球拍线与球之间的摩擦力,提高了球拍线控球型。

具体实施方式
一种高弹性控球型球拍线,从里到外分为芯层1、编织层2和披覆层3;其中芯层采用聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂的形式;编织层采用聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝,其中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;所述披覆层为聚酰胺浸渍层。
芯层为加捻形式,捻度为10-50 T/m。
一种高弹性控球型球拍线的生产方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂,并加捻形成芯层;
(2)将聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝编织在芯层外,形成包覆芯层的编织层,编织层中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;
(3)再在编织层外表面浸渍聚酰胺溶液形成披覆层,其中添加超高分子量聚乙烯耐磨剂;披覆层厚度为0.05-0.5 mm,耐磨剂添加量为0.01-0.25%。

1.一种高弹性控球型球拍线,其特征是:从里到外分为芯层、编织层和披覆层;其中芯层采用聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂的形式;编织层采用聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝,其中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;所述披覆层为聚酰胺浸渍层。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高弹性控球型球拍线,其特征是:芯层为加捻形式,捻度为10-50 T/m。
3.一种权利要求1所述的高弹性控球型球拍线的生产方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)将聚酰胺类复丝与超高分子量聚乙烯复丝并丝,并浸渍尼龙树脂,并加捻形成芯层;
(2)将聚酰胺类单丝或者复丝编织在芯层外,形成包覆芯层的编织层,编织层中增加若干直径较粗的单丝;
(3)再在编织层外表面浸渍聚酰胺溶液形成披覆层,其中添加超高分子量聚乙烯耐磨剂;披覆层厚度为0.05-0.5 mm,耐磨剂添加量为0.01-0.25%。
