Abstract
本发明提供一种球拍用网线,包括芯线及包捻于所述芯线外周的多个侧线,其特征在于:所述芯线由若干根聚氨酯纤维丝和三根钛纤维芯股捻合而成,所述钛纤维芯股由若干根钛纤维丝捻合而成,所述芯线的外周涂覆有树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层中混入质量分数为0.01%‑5.0%的富勒烯,所述侧线由若干根碳纤维丝捻合而成,所述侧线的外周涂覆有复合材料,所述复合材料中混入质量分数为11%‑12%的聚四氟乙烯。借助上述制作方法,可使该球拍网线的强度以及弹性得到提升,有利于选手更好地控球。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显及体育用品技术领域,特别涉及一种球拍用网线。
背景技术
网球球拍品质的好坏,除了球拍杆体本身外,更看重的是球拍网线的耐磨性以及弹性表现,同时这也关系到球拍网线的使用寿命以及击球效能。目前,网球拍网线的生产过程中,多需将芯线经过热塑性塑胶含浸程序,并藉由热塑性塑胶本身具有较佳弹力的特性,以增加球拍线的弹性。
然而,采用该种芯线和热塑性塑胶结合的方式制成的球拍网线,存在使用上的不足。其耐磨性以及弹性由于制作工艺难以达到理想要求,往往无法达到预期的使用效果。
为此,有必要设计一种球拍用网线,以确保球拍网线具有更高的强度及弹性,以达到使用需求。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术中的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种球拍用网线。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种球拍用网线,包括芯线及包捻于所述芯线外周的多个侧线,其特征在于:所述芯线由若干根聚氨酯纤维丝和三根钛纤维芯股捻合而成,所述钛纤维芯股由若干根钛纤维丝捻合而成,所述芯线的外周涂覆有树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层中混入质量分数为0.01%-5.0%的富勒烯,所述侧线由若干根碳纤维丝捻合而成,所述侧线的外周涂覆有复合材料,所述复合材料中混入质量分数为11%-12%的聚四氟乙烯。
优选的技术方案为:在制作所述芯线时,所述三根钛纤维芯股和所述若干根聚氨酯纤维丝采用一固定向的缠绕方式。
优选的技术方案为:所述侧线包捻在所述芯线外周时采用和所述固定向相反的缠绕方式。
优选的技术方案为:所述复合材料为聚亚氨酯。
优选的技术方案为:所述侧线有7根。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明具有的有益效果为:
1.本发明中使用的芯线采用钛纤维以及聚氨酯纤维制成,在保证球拍线具有足够弹性的同时,还提高了球拍网线的强度,提高了运动选手控球能力。
2.本发明中在树脂涂层中加入的富勒烯,以提高球拍网线的耐久性;在复合材料中加入聚四氟乙烯,以减少球拍网线自身之间带来的摩擦。
3.本发明中采用的两种方向相反的缠绕方式,以增加球拍网线整体结构的稳定性以及球拍网线在受力后的回复率以及回复速率。

如图1所示,一种球拍用网线,该球拍用网线包括芯线1和包捻在芯线1外周的侧线2,其中,芯线1由若干根聚氨酯纤维丝3和三根钛纤维芯股4采用同一固定的缠绕方向捻合而成,钛纤维芯股4由若干根钛纤维丝捻合而成。然后,在芯线1的外周涂覆有树脂涂层5,需要注意的是,树脂涂层5中需混入质量分数为0.01%-5.0%的富勒烯,以提高球拍线的耐久性。然后,在树脂涂层的外周包捻侧线2,侧线2采用和芯线1中聚氨酯纤维丝3与三根钛纤维芯股4相反的缠绕方向包捻在树脂涂层的外周,以增加球拍网线整体结构的稳定性以及球拍网线在受力后的回复率以及回复速率。其中,侧线2由若干根碳纤维丝捻合而成,在侧线2的外周涂覆有复合材料,复合材料选用聚亚氨酯,并在其中混入质量分数为11%-12%的聚四氟乙烯,以减少球拍线自身之间带来的摩擦。
所以,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明中使用的芯线采用钛纤维以及聚氨酯纤维制成,在保证球拍线具有足够弹性的同时,还提高了球拍网线的强度,提高了运动选手控球能力。
2.本发明中在树脂涂层中加入的富勒烯,以提高球拍网线的耐久性;在复合材料中加入聚四氟乙烯,以减少球拍网线自身之间带来的摩擦。

Claims (5)
1.一种球拍用网线,包括芯线及包捻于所述芯线外周的多个侧线,其特征在于:所述芯线由若干根聚氨酯纤维丝和三根钛纤维芯股捻合而成,所述钛纤维芯股由若干根钛纤维丝捻合而成,所述芯线的外周涂覆有树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层中混入质量分数为0.01%-5.0%的富勒烯,所述侧线由若干根碳纤维丝捻合而成,所述侧线的外周涂覆有复合材料,所述复合材料中混入质量分数为11%-12%的聚四氟乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍用网线,其特征在于:在制作所述芯线时,所述三根钛纤维芯股和所述若干根聚氨酯纤维丝采用同一固定向的缠绕方式。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种球拍用网线,其特征在于:所述侧线包捻在所述芯线外周时采用和所述固定向相反的缠绕方式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍用网线,其特征在于:所述复合材料为聚亚氨酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍用网线,其特征在于:所述侧线有7根。
