The manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting mature straw mushrooms, asparagus, dictyophora phalloidea and bamboo shoots, removing rotten parts, cleaning, cutting into sections with the length of 0.5cm, uniformly mixing the cut straw mushrooms, asparagus, bamboo fungi and bamboo shoots to obtain mixed raw materials, putting 30kg of the mixed raw materials into 50kg of 23% citric acid solution, pulping through a pulping device, and filtering through a 180-mesh screen to obtain raw material pulp;
s2: taking 20kg of the raw material slurry prepared in the S1, adding pectinase and cellulase into the raw material slurry, controlling the temperature to be 50 ℃ and the time to be 2h, carrying out homogenization treatment on the raw material slurry after enzyme treatment at the temperature of 80 ℃, adopting two-stage homogenization, wherein the first-stage homogenization pressure is 30Mpa and the second-stage homogenization pressure is 20Mpa, carrying out spray drying on the homogenized raw material slurry, and controlling the inlet temperature to be 150 ℃ and the outlet temperature to be 80 ℃ to obtain the straw mushroom powder;
s3: mixing straw mushroom powder, glucose, mushroom powder, oyster mushroom powder, hericium erinaceus powder, yam powder, papaya powder, pumpkin powder, radix puerariae powder, wild jujube powder and xanthan gum, uniformly stirring, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, removing large-particle materials, adding honey, watermelon juice, dragon fruit juice, mock strawberry juice and kiwi fruit juice into 20kg of the sieved mixture, uniformly stirring, pressing the wetted mixture by a 20-mesh sieve, and obtaining a granular product;
s4: pressing the softened granular product into round sheet with thickness of 0.4cm and radius of 1cm, placing the round sheet in a constant temperature oven, drying at 95 deg.C until the water content of the product is 5%, taking out, shaping the dried round sheet, packaging with food-grade packaging material, and making into nutritional Mel tablet.
