In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present invention are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus. The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile and non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an electronic device or host device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A method for processing drug information, comprising:
receiving medicine box bar code information sent by a pharmacy terminal and recording sending time and a pharmacy identifier corresponding to the pharmacy terminal;
acquiring first medicine information matched with the medicine box bar code information from a preset medicine library according to the medicine box bar code information;
searching all drug purchasing settlement lists uploaded by the pharmacy terminal from the medical/social security terminal based on the sending time, wherein each drug purchasing settlement list comprises settlement time and drug purchaser information;
determining a time threshold range corresponding to the target medicine purchasing settlement list through a preset time error range according to the sending time;
according to the settlement time contained in each medicine purchasing settlement list, at least one first medicine purchasing settlement list which accords with the time threshold range is searched from all the medicine purchasing settlement lists;
sequencing the at least one first medicine purchasing settlement list according to the time sequence according to the settlement time in each first medicine purchasing settlement list to obtain at least one sequenced first medicine purchasing settlement list;
determining the target medicine purchasing settlement list from at least one sorted first medicine purchasing settlement list, and acquiring a target medicine purchasing settlement list uploaded by the pharmacy terminal from a medical/social security terminal, wherein the target medicine purchasing settlement list is used for representing the medicine purchasing settlement list matched with the sending time, and the target medicine purchasing settlement list comprises second medicine information;
and comparing the first medicine information with the second medicine information, if the first medicine information is inconsistent with the second medicine information, triggering an alarm event, wherein the alarm event is used for pushing alarm information containing the pharmacy identification to a medical/social security terminal and indicating the medical/social security terminal to check the pharmacy corresponding to the pharmacy identification according to the alarm information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the cartridge barcode information, the method further comprises:
acquiring a plurality of historical medicine box bar code information stored in a preset database;
and comparing the medicine box bar code information with the plurality of historical medicine box bar code information, and if the plurality of historical medicine box bar codes have the historical medicine box bar codes consistent with the medicine box bar codes, triggering the alarm event.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein if there is no historical cartridge barcode from the plurality of historical cartridge barcodes that is identical to the cartridge barcode, the method further comprises:
and storing the medicine box bar code into the preset database for updating the preset database.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said determining said target purchase settlement list from said sorted at least one first purchase settlement list comprises:
and taking the first medicine purchase settlement list ranked first in the at least one ranked first medicine purchase settlement list as the target medicine purchase list.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein said determining said target purchase settlement list from said sorted at least one first purchase settlement list comprises:
acquiring information of a participant who accords with the information of purchasing the first medicine from a preset participant list according to the first medicine information;
comparing the information of the insured person with the information of the medicine purchasing persons in each first medicine purchasing settlement list after sequencing to obtain all the information of the medicine purchasing persons which are consistent in comparison;
and searching a first medicine purchasing settlement list ordered at the first place from the first medicine purchasing settlement lists corresponding to all the compared and consistent medicine purchasing person information, and taking the first medicine purchasing settlement list ordered at the first place as the target medicine purchasing list.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein if the first drug information is consistent with the second drug information, the method further comprises:
acquiring medicine purchasing information of a user corresponding to the first medicine information or the second medicine information through the first medicine information or the second medicine information, wherein the medicine purchasing information is used for representing a historical medicine purchasing record of the user;
and displaying the medicine purchasing information to the user for the user to view.
7. A medicine information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the medicine box bar code information receiving module is used for receiving medicine box bar code information sent by a pharmacy terminal and recording sending time and a pharmacy identifier corresponding to the pharmacy terminal;
the first medicine information acquisition module is used for acquiring first medicine information matched with the medicine box bar code information from a preset medicine library according to the medicine box bar code information;
the target medicine purchasing settlement list acquiring module is used for searching all medicine purchasing settlement lists uploaded by the pharmacy terminal from the medical/social security terminal based on the sending time, and each medicine purchasing settlement list comprises settlement time and information of medicine purchasers;
determining a time threshold range corresponding to the target medicine purchasing settlement list through a preset time error range according to the sending time;
according to the settlement time contained in each medicine purchasing settlement list, at least one first medicine purchasing settlement list meeting the time threshold range is searched from all the medicine purchasing settlement lists;
sequencing the at least one first medicine purchasing settlement list according to the time sequence according to the settlement time in each first medicine purchasing settlement list to obtain at least one sequenced first medicine purchasing settlement list;
determining the target medicine purchasing settlement list from at least one sorted first medicine purchasing settlement list, and acquiring a target medicine purchasing settlement list uploaded by the pharmacy terminal from a medical/social security terminal, wherein the target medicine purchasing settlement list is used for representing the medicine purchasing settlement list matched with the sending time, and the target medicine purchasing settlement list comprises second medicine information;
the first triggering module is used for comparing the first medicine information with the second medicine information, and when the first medicine information is inconsistent with the second medicine information, triggering an alarm event, wherein the alarm event is used for pushing alarm information containing the pharmacy identification to a medical/social security terminal and indicating the medical/social security terminal to check the medicine of the pharmacy corresponding to the pharmacy identification according to the alarm information.
8. A medicine information processing apparatus characterized by comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory causes the at least one processor to perform the drug information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor, the method for processing drug information according to any one of claims 1 to 6 is implemented.
