Abstract

一种红色衣物墨水和其褪色粉以及相应的制备方法,属于用于衣物布料的书写、绘画。墨水配料质量百分比是染料:0.1%~1%;阿拉伯胶:1%~2%;酸碱度调节剂:0.01%~0.1%;连接料:0.1%~5%;乙醇:0.2~5%;香精:0.1~1%;蒸馏水:85.9~98.49%。制备方法是先将连接料加入一部分蒸馏水中使其完全溶解;加入乙醇,加入染料,搅拌均匀;加入酸碱度调节剂,继续搅拌均匀;加入香精,混合均匀配成染料溶液。本发明不仅能够使用红色墨水对于纺织品进行图案绘画且不影响衣物原有的图案,还有配套使用的褪色粉可以通过在洗衣物的过程中加入褪色粉去除绘制图案清洗衣物,使衣物达到个性化的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及墨水及其褪色粉,具体属于用于衣物布料的书写、绘画或标记的红色墨水及其褪色粉。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于时尚个性的追求日益增强,对于衣物个性化的需要逐渐增强,对于衣物在对于衣物设计的要求越来越高。这也导致废旧衣物也越来越多,同时废旧织物往往堆放在家中,没有得到循环再利用,占用家居空间。
CN02142480.2公开了一种“荧光标志着色剂与笔”,该发明是用来标志物体的荧光着色剂,但是该发明由于使用乙醇作为溶剂仅仅适用于物品且该荧光标志着色剂不可褪色。
CN200710061867.8公开了一种“一种黄色荧光墨水及其擦除液”,该发明是一种其可以用于标记笔及纸上书写,但是存在在标记修改后无法立即再次使用荧光笔对同一地点进行再次标记。
CN201811538460.4公开了一种“一种红色荧光墨水及其变色液”,该发明是一种其可以用于标记笔及纸上书写,但是该发明主要用于书本的标记以及书写,对于纺织品的书写以及清洗上无法有较好的效果。
本发明提供一种红色衣物墨水及其褪色粉,不仅能够使用红色墨水对于纺织品进行图案绘画且不影响衣物原有的图案,还有配套使用的褪色粉可以通过在洗衣物的过程中加入褪色粉去除绘制图案清洗衣物,使衣物达到个性化的需要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种红色衣物墨水,包含多种成分,可以有效在衣物上进行绘画。
为了达到上述目的,本方案提供一种红色衣物墨水,组分按重量百分比计包括:
染料:0.1% ~1%;
阿拉伯胶:1% ~2%;
酸碱度调节剂:0.01% ~0.1%;
连接料:0.1% ~5%;
乙醇:0.2~5%;
香精:0.1~1%;
蒸馏水:85.9~98.49%。
进一步,所述的染料选自工业染料艳黄、金黄、日落黄以及酸性黄中的一种或两种以上任意组合;所述的酸碱调节剂选用氢氧化钠、磷酸二钠-磷酸钠或碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠;所述的连接料为聚乙二醇。
本方案的另一目的,在于提供一种红色衣物墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按比例称取各组分,先将连接料加入一部分蒸馏水中使其完全溶解;
步骤二:加入乙醇,加入染料,搅拌均匀;
步骤三:加入酸碱度调节剂,继续搅拌均匀;
步骤四:加入香精,混合均匀配成染料溶液;
步骤五:将阿拉伯胶溶于水中,待其完全溶解后将其倒入染料溶液,搅拌均匀即得到红色墨水。
本方案的另一目的,在于提供一种使红色衣物墨水褪色的褪色粉,组分按重量百分比计包括:
甲脒亚磺酸:5~10%;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:1~2%;
酚酞:1~2%;
葡萄糖:1~2%;
酸碱度调节剂:0.01% ~0.1%;
碳酸氢钠:10~20%;
月桂基葡糖苷:5~10%;
烷基苯磺酸钠:35.9~76.99%。
进一步,所述的酸碱调节剂选用磷酸钠或碳酸钠。
本方案的另一目的,在于提供一种使红色衣物墨水褪色的褪色粉的制备方法,按照配方直接将固体原料研磨,混合均匀即可。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明:
具体实施方式1:
一种红色衣物墨水的配方
金黄:1g
阿拉伯胶:2g
磷酸二钠:0.05g
磷酸钠:0.05g
聚乙二醇:1g
乙醇:3g
香精:0.5g
蒸馏水:92.4g
按上述比例称取各组分,先将聚乙二醇1g加入40ml水中使其完全溶解,然后加入乙醇3g,加入金黄1g,搅拌均匀,加入磷酸二钠0.05g和磷酸钠0.05g,继续搅拌,加入香精0.5g,混合均匀配成染料溶液;将阿拉伯胶2g溶于52.4g水中,待其完全溶解后将其倒入染料溶液,搅拌均匀即得到红色墨水。
一种褪色粉的配方:
甲脒亚磺酸:10g
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:2g
酚酞:2g
葡萄糖:2g
碳酸钠:0.1g
碳酸氢钠:20g
月桂基葡糖苷:10g
烷基苯磺酸钠:35.9g
按上述比例称取各组分并将其研磨,混合均匀即可得到褪色粉。

金黄:2g
阿拉伯胶:1g
磷酸二钠:0.05g
磷酸钠:0.05g
聚乙二醇:1g
乙醇:3g
香精:0.1g
蒸馏水:92.8g
按上述比例称取各组分,先将聚乙二醇1g加入40ml水中使其完全溶解,然后加入乙醇3g,加入金黄2g,搅拌均匀,加入磷酸二钠0.05g和磷酸钠0.05g,继续搅拌,加入香精0.1g,混合均匀配成染料溶液;将阿拉伯胶1g溶于52.8g水中,待其完全溶解后将其倒入染料溶液,搅拌均匀即得到红色墨水。
一种褪色粉的配方:
甲脒亚磺酸:5g
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:2g
酚酞:2g
葡萄糖:1g
碳酸钠:0.1g
碳酸氢钠:20g
月桂基葡糖苷:10g
烷基苯磺酸钠:41.9g
按上述比例称取各组分并将其研磨,混合均匀即可得到褪色粉。

金黄:1g
阿拉伯胶:1g
磷酸二钠:0.05g
磷酸钠:0.05g
聚乙二醇:1g
乙醇:2g
香精:0.1g
蒸馏水:94.8g
按上述比例称取各组分,先将聚乙二醇1g加入40ml水中使其完全溶解,然后加入乙醇3g,加入金黄1g,搅拌均匀,加入磷酸二钠0.05g和磷酸钠0.05g,继续搅拌,加入香精0.1g,混合均匀配成染料溶液;将阿拉伯胶1g溶于54.8g水中,待其完全溶解后将其倒入染料溶液,搅拌均匀即得到红色墨水。
一种褪色粉的配方:
甲脒亚磺酸:5g
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:2g
酚酞:1g
葡萄糖:1g
碳酸钠:0.1g
碳酸氢钠:10g
月桂基葡糖苷:10g
烷基苯磺酸钠:52.9g
按上述比例称取各组分并将其研磨,混合均匀即可得到褪色粉。

染料:0.1% ~1%;
阿拉伯胶:1% ~2%;
酸碱度调节剂:0.01% ~0.1%;
连接料:0.1% ~5%;
乙醇:0.2~5%;
香精:0.1~1%;
蒸馏水:85.9~98.49%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红色衣物墨水,其特征在于:所述的染料选自工业染料艳黄、金黄、日落黄以及酸性黄中的一种或两种以上任意组合;所述的酸碱调节剂选用氢氧化钠、磷酸二钠-磷酸钠或碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠;所述的连接料为聚乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红色衣物墨水,其特征在于它的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按比例称取各组分,先将连接料加入一部分蒸馏水中使其完全溶解;
步骤二:加入乙醇,加入染料,搅拌均匀;
步骤三:加入酸碱度调节剂,继续搅拌均匀;
步骤四:加入香精,混合均匀配成染料溶液;
步骤五:将阿拉伯胶溶于水中,待其完全溶解后将其倒入染料溶液,搅拌均匀即得到红色墨水。
4.一种使红色衣物墨水褪色的褪色粉,组分按重量百分比计:
甲脒亚磺酸:5~10%;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:1~2%;
酚酞:1~2%;
葡萄糖:1~2%;
酸碱度调节剂:0.01% ~0.1%;
碳酸氢钠:10~20%;
月桂基葡糖苷:5~10%;
烷基苯磺酸钠:35.9~76.99%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种使红色衣物墨水褪色的褪色粉,其特征在于:所述的酸碱调节剂选用磷酸钠或碳酸钠。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种使红色衣物墨水褪色的褪色粉,其特征在于:它的制备方法按照配方直接将固体原料研磨,混合均匀即可。
