Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a variable-pitch warp-knitted spacer fabric, including:
step S102, weaving a warp-knitted spacer fabric with a first space between two fabric surfaces by adopting a double-needle bed Raschel warp knitting machine;
in the embodiment of the invention, a specific value of the first gauge may be set first, and then parameters of the double needle bed raschel knitting machine are set according to the specific value of the set first gauge, so as to knit the warp-knitted spacer fabric with the first gauge between two fabric surfaces.
Referring specifically to fig. 2, the warp-knitted spacer fabric knitted by the double needle bar raschel knitting machine includes two fabric faces, i.e., a first fabric face 21 and a second fabric face 22, respectively, and a first space d is a space between the first fabric face 21 and the second fabric face 22 1(ii) a The first fabric surface 21 and the second fabric surface 22 are connected by a spacer filament 23, and optionally, the length of the spacer filament 23 may be the first distance d 1
Step S104, dividing warp-knitted spacer fabric fragments with spacer filament length of a second gauge from the warp-knitted spacer fabric by using a slitting technology; the second gauge is smaller than or equal to the first gauge, and the warp-knitted spacer fabric comprises a fabric surface;
in the embodiment of the present invention, after the warp-knitted spacer fabric including the first fabric surface 21, the second fabric surface 22 and the spacer filaments 23 is knitted, the warp-knitted spacer fabric piece with the length of the spacer filaments being the second space is cut from the warp-knitted spacer fabric by the slitting process, wherein the warp-knitted spacer fabric piece includes one fabric surface, as shown in fig. 3, the warp-knitted spacer fabric piece including the first fabric surface 21 and the warp-knitted spacer fabric piece adjacent to the first fabric surface 21 and having the length being the second space d 2The warp-knitted spacer fabric of spacer filaments of (1) is split.
It is noted that the slitting technique may be implemented using a slitting tool, wherein the slitting tool may be a scissors tool. The sharpness parameters of the blades of the scissors can be set according to the material of the spacing wires, which is not described herein.
And S106, folding the warp-knitted spacer fabric in half by taking the center line of the fabric surface as a symmetry axis, and connecting the spacer filaments at corresponding positions by a preset length to form the warp-knitted spacer fabric with non-unique space between the two fabric surfaces.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the warp-knitted spacer fabric is divided into two pieces, and the middle line L of the fabric surface 21 included in the warp-knitted spacer fabric is taken as a symmetry axis to be folded in half; and after the folding, connecting the spacing wires at the corresponding positions by preset length. Specifically, the preset length is set according to the shape of the variable-pitch warp-knitted spacer fabric which is actually set, and if the shape in fig. 5 is to be formed, the preset length is gradually increased from two sides to the middle, and finally the variable-pitch warp-knitted spacer fabric in the shape of 'two sides low and middle high' is formed. Because the fabric surface 21 is folded in half by taking the central line L as a symmetry axis to form the double-layer warp-knitted spacer fabric, two fabric surfaces formed after folding in half are connected together at the central line L, if the two fabric surfaces are connected together and cannot meet the requirement, the two fabric surfaces can be cut through a cutting tool to remove the connection relation.
Referring to fig. 6, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, before step S102:
step S101, adjusting the distance between a front needle bed and a back needle bed of the double-needle-bed Raschel warp knitting machine to enable the distance between the front needle bed and the back needle bed to reach a third distance;
the step S102 may specifically include:
and knitting the warp knitting spacer fabric with the first space between the fabric surfaces by adopting a double-needle bed Raschel warp knitting machine with the distance between the front needle bed and the back needle bed as the third distance.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distance between the front needle bed and the back needle bed of the double-needle-bed Raschel warp knitting machine is the third distance, the space between two fabric surfaces can be knitted by the first space d 1The warp-knitted spacer fabric of (1). The warp-knitted spacer fabric with the variable gauge is used for laying in the subsequent preparation of the warp-knitted spacer fabric with the variable gauge.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting the spacing wires at the corresponding positions by a preset length includes:
and connecting the spacing wires at the corresponding positions in a preset length by adopting a mechanical connection mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, a mechanical connection method can be adopted to connect the spacing threads at the corresponding positions of the folded warp-knitted spacer fabric slicing piece by a preset length. For example, the preset length is gradually increased from the two folded sides to the middle, and the finally formed variable-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric is a variable-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric with a large middle interval and a small edge interval.
The preparation method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for preparing the variable-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric with non-unique gauge between two fabric surfaces, overcomes the limitation that the gauge (the length of the spacer yarn) between the two fabric surfaces of one warp-knitted spacer fabric is unique in the traditional technical scheme, and can be used for preparing the warp-knitted spacer fabric meeting various appearance requirements.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a variable-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric, as shown in fig. 7, which includes two fabric surfaces, wherein the spacing between the two fabric surfaces is not unique, such as a first fabric surface 211 and a second fabric surface 212, and the spacing between the first fabric surface 211 and the second fabric surface 212 is not unique. That is, the space between the first fabric surface 211 and the second fabric surface 212 is not only fixed, that is, the length of the spacer yarn 23 at the corresponding position between the first fabric surface 211 and the second fabric surface 212 is not only unique. As shown in the drawing, the length of the spacer filaments gradually increases from the two sides to the middle.
According to the variable-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric provided by the embodiment of the invention, the gauge between the two fabric surfaces is not unique, so that the formed warp-knitted spacer fabric is not single in appearance, and the variable-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric with various appearances can be formed according to the requirements of users, so that the requirements of various occasions on the appearance of the warp-knitted spacer fabric are met.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, the term "connected" may be a direct connection or an indirect connection. The connection can be through a wire or other connection structure, such as a hose. The present solution is not particularly limited.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
