本发明公开了一种用于儿童保暖的面料及其制备方法,包括外层、PU膜层、亚麻纤维面料层、珊瑚绒面料层、远红外线辐射层、防静电层和内层,所述外层下设有PU膜层,所述PU膜层下设有亚麻纤维面料层,所述亚麻纤维面料层下设有珊瑚绒面料层,所述珊瑚绒面料层下设有远红外线辐射层,所述远红外线辐射层下设有防静电层,所述防静电层下设有内层。有益效果:能够辐射回人体最需要的波长为4‑14μm的远红外线,使之与人体细胞共振产生热效应,切实提高保暖效果,保暖效果极佳,同时具有结实、耐穿、不易破损等优点。

Description

一种用于儿童保暖的面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及儿童保暖面料领域,具体来说,涉及一种用于儿童保暖的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
衣服是儿童的第二皮肤,对儿童身体的成长起着致关重要的作用,儿童服装面料的性能要求应该是严上加严。由于儿童的皮肤比较娇嫩、敏感,同时儿童活泼、好动,所以童装的面料首先要保证面料性能温和,不易造成儿童皮肤过敏,同时需具备良结实、耐穿、不易损坏等性能,因为儿童一般比较顽皮。
冬季儿童需要保暖效果好的布料来制成童装,市场上也有一些保暖面料,例如专利号为CN201510053837.7的中国专利公开了一种抑菌保暖贴身纺织面料,虽然具有厚度薄、重量轻、体积小的特点,物美价廉,穿着美观,且抗寒能力较强的优点,但是冬季天气干燥,而儿童又活泼好动,衣服上就容易产生静电,静电会使儿童容易产生皮肤病,影响儿童的健康,并且儿童相对成年人来说自身产热效率低,儿童相比于成年人更惧怕寒冷,所以儿童使用的面料需要拥有更好的保暖效果。
中国专利(CN2376377Y)公开了一种远红外保健保暖复合绒,由7层材料组成:无纺布中间层(4),其二侧的远红外纤维绒(3)和(5),远红外纤维层外层的胶黏层(2)和(6)及最外层针织或机织面料(1)和(7),虽然也公开了设置远红外纤维层起到保暖效果,但是其结构设计不合理,层级厚度无法控制,不能起到抗静电、抗菌以及防水的功能;中国专利(CN205685897U、CN105835496A)公开了一种防水透湿防火全涤纶PU防护面料,包括包括面料主体、防水透湿层、网眼布、PU膜层和阻燃涂层,虽然其公开了在面料中设置PU膜层和防静电层起到防静电和防水效果,但是其组成结构复杂,且含有胶层,不环保,不适合用于儿童用面料;中国专(CN206264473A)公开了一种抗菌的防屏蔽、防水、防静电面料,包括PU涂层、抗菌层、导电纤维层、屏蔽层,PU涂层位于抗菌层外侧,导电纤维层位于抗菌层屏蔽层之间,虽然其具有防静电、防水效果,但是不具备保暖保健功能,且舒适性差,不适合用于制备儿童服饰用品;中国专利(CN101445983A)公开了一种高强度防火防辐射保健面料,其将芳纶纤维经过分散纺丝液浸泡处理,然后在芳纶纤维上包覆乙醇海藻纤维,干燥处理后纺织尘面料,虽然其声称具有防辐射和保健功能功能,但是其防辐射和保健性能并不好,而且不具备保暖、防静电、抗菌等效果,而且舒适性差,不适合用于制备儿童服饰用品。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于儿童保暖的面料及其制备方法,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于儿童保暖的面料包括外层、PU膜层、亚麻纤维面料层、珊瑚绒面料层、远红外线辐射层、防静电层和内层,所述外层下设有PU膜层,所述PU膜层下设有亚麻纤维面料层,所述亚麻纤维面料层下设有珊瑚绒面料层,所述珊瑚绒面料层下设有远红外线辐射层,所述远红外线辐射层下设有防静电层,所述防静电层下设有内层。
进一步的,所述外层为涤纶面料层。
进一步的,所述内层为纯棉面料层。
进一步的,所述内层的内表面设有一层抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为甲壳质。
进一步的,所述远红外线辐射层由亚微米级远红外陶瓷材料溶于合成纤维中,使合成纤维中含远红外陶瓷材料,含远红外陶瓷材料的合成纤维编织为远红外线辐射层的内层,天然纤维编织为远红外线辐射层的外层,含远红外陶瓷材料的合成纤维与天然纤维通过针织方式连在一起形成远红外线辐射层。
进一步的,所述的防静电层为聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料层,其厚度为0.5mm。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于儿童保暖的面料的制备方法。
该用于儿童保暖的面料的制备,包括以下步骤:
准备好适量的上述各原材料以及适量布料黏合剂、PU膜、珊瑚绒面料和棉线;
将准备好的涤纶合成纤维、亚麻纤维、纯棉纤维分别用纺织机纺织成涤纶面料、亚麻纤维面料、纯棉面料;
将准备好的涤纶面料、PU膜、亚麻纤维面料、珊瑚绒面料、纯棉面料分别置于杀菌液中浸泡杀菌,并进行干燥,除皱;
将纯棉面料层上表面均匀涂抹一层聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料,并在纯棉面料的下表面涂抹一层甲壳质,得到抗静电面料;
将亚麻纤维面料和珊瑚绒面料叠放在一起,并用棉线缝合,得到保暖抑菌面料;
将上述抗静电面料的上表面均匀的涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将远红外线辐射层放置在涂有面料黏合剂的抗静电面料上,得到远红外线辐射面料;
将上述远红外线辐射面料上表面均匀的涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将上述保暖抑菌面料放置在涂有面料黏合剂的远红外线辐射面料上,得到复合面料一;
将上述复合面料一上表面均匀涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将PU膜放置在涂有面料黏合剂的复合面料一上,得复合面料二;
将上述复合面料二上表面均匀涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将涤纶面料放置在涂有面料黏合剂的复合面料二上,得复合面料三;
将上述复合面料三热压,再静置,得半成品面料,再将半成品面料在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂,面料经定型机柔软定型,去飞边、溢料即得所述用于儿童保暖的面料。
该方法进一步的,所述杀菌液的温度为40℃,浸泡杀菌的时间为3h。
该方法进一步的,所述复合面料三的热压温度为60℃,热压时间为5min,热压压力为3Mpa,静置时间为6h。
该方法进一步的,所述柔软定型工序为:面料先于135℃下柔软定型,然后于165℃再定型。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过设置PU膜层、亚麻纤维面料层、珊瑚绒面料层、远红外线辐射层、防静电层,使得面料具有防水、抗菌的功能,不会产生静电,不会导致儿童皮肤过敏,能够吸附儿童皮肤表面的潮气,让儿童不容易患有皮肤病,并且能够辐射回人体最需要的波长为4-14μm的远红外线,使之与人体细胞共振产生热效应,切实提高保暖效果,保暖效果极佳,同时具有结实、耐穿、不易破损等优点。
(2)、本发明通过将外层设置为为涤纶面料层,使得面料外层具有高强度、耐拉扯、耐热性好、不易起皱和耐磨性好的优点。
(3)、本发明通过将内层设置为纯棉面料层,使得面料内层具有柔软、透气、吸湿、耐碱等特点。
(4)、本发明通过在内层的内表面设置抗菌剂,使得面料的内层具有抗菌的性能,能够抑制儿童皮肤表面的细菌增长。
(5)、本发明通过在合成纤维里溶入亚微米级远红外陶瓷材料,使得远红外线辐射层能够辐射回人体最需要的波长为4-14μm的远红外线,使之与人体细胞共振产生热效应。
(6)、本发明通过设置聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料层,使得面料具有防静电的功能。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对发明做出进一步的描述:
请参阅图1,根据本发明实施例的一种用于儿童保暖的面料,包括外层1、PU膜层2、亚麻纤维面料层3、珊瑚绒面料层4、远红外线辐射层5、防静电层6和内层7,所述外层1下设有PU膜层2,所述PU膜层2下设有亚麻纤维面料层3,所述亚麻纤维面料层3下设有珊瑚绒面料层4,所述珊瑚绒面料层4下设有远红外线辐射层5,所述远红外线辐射层5下设有防静电层6,所述防静电层6下设有内层7。
根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种用于儿童保暖的面料的制备方法。
如图2所示,在实际生产过程中,该用于儿童保暖的面料的制备,包括以下步骤:
S101、准备好适量的上述各面料以及适量布料黏合剂、PU膜、珊瑚绒面料和棉线;
S103、将准备好的涤纶合成纤维、亚麻纤维、纯棉纤维分别用纺织机纺织成涤纶面料、亚麻纤维面料、纯棉面料;
S105、将准备好的涤纶面料、PU膜、亚麻纤维面料、珊瑚绒面料、纯棉面料分别置于杀菌液中浸泡杀菌,并进行干燥,除皱;
S107、将纯棉面料上表面均匀涂抹一层聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料,并在纯棉面料的下表面涂抹一层甲壳质,得到抗静电面料;
S109、将亚麻纤维面料和珊瑚绒面料叠放在一起,并用棉线缝合,得到保暖抑菌面料;
S111、将上述抗静电面料的上表面均匀的涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将远红外线辐射层放置在涂有面料黏合剂的抗静电面料上,得到远红外线辐射面料;
S113、将上述远红外线辐射面料上表面均匀的涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将上述保暖抑菌面料放置在涂有面料黏合剂的远红外线辐射面料上,得到复合面料一;
S115、将上述复合面料一上表面均匀涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将PU膜放置在涂有面料黏合剂的复合面料一上,得复合面料二;
S117、将上述复合面料二上表面均匀涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将涤纶面料放置在涂有面料黏合剂的复合面料二上,得复合面料三;
S119、将上述复合面料三热压,再静置,得半成品面料,再将半成品面料在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂,面料经定型机柔软定型,去飞边、溢料即得所述用于儿童保暖的面料。
通过本发明的上述方案,能够通过设置PU膜层2、亚麻纤维面料层3、珊瑚绒面料层4、远红外线辐射层5、防静电层6,使得面料具有防水、抗菌的功能,不会产生静电,不会导致儿童皮肤过敏,能够吸附儿童皮肤表面的潮气,让儿童不容易患有皮肤病,并且能够辐射回人体最需要的波长为4-14μm的远红外线,使之与人体细胞共振产生热效应,切实提高保暖效果,保暖效果极佳,同时具有结实、耐穿、不易破损等优点。
在具体应用时,对于外层1来说,所述外层1为涤纶面料层,使得外层1具有高强度、耐拉扯、耐热性好、不易起皱和耐磨性好的优点;对于内层7来说,所述内层7为纯棉面料层,使得内层7具有柔软、透气、吸湿、耐碱等特点;对于内层7来说,所述内层7的内表面设有一层抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为甲壳质,使得内层7具有抗菌的性能,能够抑制儿童皮肤表面的细菌增长;对于远红外线辐射层来说,所述远红外线辐射层5由亚微米级远红外陶瓷材料溶于合成纤维中,使合成纤维中含远红外陶瓷材料,含远红外陶瓷材料的合成纤维编织为远红外线辐射层5的内层,天然纤维编织为远红外线辐射层5的外层,含远红外陶瓷材料的合成纤维与天然纤维通过针织方式连在一起形成远红外线辐射层5,使得远红外线辐射层能够辐射回人体最需要的波长为4-14μm的远红外线,使之与人体细胞共振产生热效应;对于防静电层6来说,所述的防静电层6为聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料层,其厚度为0.5mm,使得面料具有防静电的功能。
另外为了更清楚的理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下通过具体实例对本发明的上述方案进行详细说明。
实施例一:对于外层1来说,所述外层1设置为皮革面料层。皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮,革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,采用该方案,使得用于儿童保暖的面料不仅保暖,而且非常美观,手感舒适,并且防水。
实施例二:对于外层1来说,所述外层1设置为戈尔特斯面料层。由于戈尔特斯面料平均每平方寸有90亿个比水珠小2万倍的小孔,使雨水不能渗透,因此戈尔特斯户外服绝对防水,每个戈尔特斯面料的小孔比水蒸气分子大700倍,人体的汗气能轻易透过戈尔特斯面料挥发,使儿童皮肤保持舒适、干爽,戈尔特斯面料表面的细孔极小,形成极佳的防风效能,故能阻挡冷风透入,戈尔特斯面料必须通过严格测试,采用该方案,使得用于儿童保暖的面料不仅保暖,而且能够长期维持防水、透气、防风功能。
实施例三:对于内层7来说,所述内层7设置为莫代尔面料层。莫代尔纤维源于产自欧洲的灌木主要是榉木制成木质浆液后经过专门的纺丝工艺制作而成莫代尔面料,莫代尔纤维是一种纤维素纤维,所以与棉一样同属纤维素纤维,是纯正的人造纤维,莫代尔面料对生理无害并且可以生物降解。莫代尔面料兼有棉的柔软、丝的光泽和麻的滑爽,三种纤维的功能,而且其吸水、透气都优于棉,触感轻薄柔软,是贴身衣物的理想选择,采用该方案,使得用于儿童保暖的面料不仅保暖,而且能够增加其吸水、透气性能,使得用于儿童保暖的面料内层触感轻薄柔软,对儿童皮肤不产生刺激。
实施例四:对于内层7来说,所述内层7设置为竹纤维面料。竹纤维,是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维。竹纤维面料具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线等功能,采用该方案,使得用于儿童保暖的面料不仅保暖,而且具有良好的吸水性和透气性,能够抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线,并且不会引起皮肤的过敏现象,能显著提高机体免疫能力,还具有滋润儿童皮肤的生物功效。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过设置PU膜层2、亚麻纤维面料层3、珊瑚绒面料层4、远红外线辐射层5、防静电层6,使得面料具有防水、抗菌的功能,不会产生静电,不会导致儿童皮肤过敏,能够吸附儿童皮肤表面的潮气,让儿童不容易患有皮肤病,并且能够辐射回人体最需要的波长为4-14μm的远红外线,使之与人体细胞共振产生热效应,切实提高保暖效果,保暖效果极佳,同时面料外层具有结实、耐穿、不易破损等优点,面料内层具有抑菌、柔软、吸湿、防静电、不刺激皮肤等优点。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于儿童保暖的面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
准备好适量的上述各原材料以及适量布料黏合剂、PU膜、珊瑚绒面料和棉线;
将准备好的涤纶合成纤维、亚麻纤维、纯棉纤维分别用纺织机纺织成涤纶面料、亚麻纤维面料、纯棉面料;
将涤纶面料、PU膜、亚麻纤维面料、珊瑚绒面料、纯棉面料分别置于杀菌液中浸泡杀菌,并进行干燥,除皱;
将纯棉面料上表面均匀涂抹一层聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料,并在纯棉面料的下表面涂抹一层甲壳质,得到抗静电面料;
将亚麻纤维面料和珊瑚绒面料叠放在一起,并用棉线缝合,得到保暖抑菌面料;
将上述抗静电面料的上表面均匀的涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将远红外线辐射层放置在涂有面料黏合剂的抗静电面料上,得到远红外线辐射面料;
将上述远红外线辐射面料上表面均匀的涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将上述保暖抑菌面料放置在涂有面料黏合剂的远红外线辐射面料上,得到复合面料一;
将上述复合面料一上表面均匀涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将PU膜放置在涂有面料黏合剂的复合面料一上,得复合面料二;
将上述复合面料二上表面均匀涂抹一层面料黏合剂,再将涤纶面料放置在涂有面料黏合剂的复合面料二上,得复合面料三;
将上述复合面料三热压,再静置,得半成品面料,再将半成品面料在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂,面料经定型机柔软定型,去飞边、溢料即得所述用于儿童保暖的面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述杀菌液的温度为40℃,浸泡杀菌的时间为3h。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合面料三的热压温度为60℃,热压时间为5min,热压压力为1Mpa,静置时间为6h。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柔软定型工序为:面料先于135℃下柔软定型,然后于165℃再定型。
5.一种根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法制备的用于儿童保暖的面料包括外层、PU膜层、亚麻纤维面料层、珊瑚绒面料层、远红外线辐射层、防静电层和内层,所述外层下设有PU膜层,所述PU膜层下设有亚麻纤维面料层,所述亚麻纤维面料层下设有珊瑚绒面料层,所述珊瑚绒面料层下设有远红外线辐射层,所述远红外线辐射层下设有防静电层,所述防静电层下设有内层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料,其特征在于,所述外层(1)为涤纶面料层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料,其特征在于,所述内层(7)为纯棉面料层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料,其特征在于,所述内层(7)的内表面设有一层抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为甲壳质。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料,其特征在于,所述远红外线辐射层(5)由亚微米级远红外陶瓷材料溶于合成纤维中,使合成纤维中含远红外陶瓷材料,含远红外陶瓷材料的合成纤维编织为远红外线辐射层(5)的内层,天然纤维编织为远红外线辐射层(5)的外层,含远红外陶瓷材料的合成纤维与天然纤维通过针织方式连在一起形成远红外线辐射层(5)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种用于儿童保暖的面料,其特征在于,所述的防静电层(6)为聚萘乙炔抗静电涂料层,其厚度为0.5mm。
