本发明公开了一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机,包括工作台,所述工作台底面后端的两侧均安装有金属支撑脚,所述工作台底面前端的两侧均安装有带沟槽金属支撑脚,两个所述带沟槽金属支撑脚的内侧安装有板材卷,所述工作台上端面的前端安装有细辊,所述工作台的两侧均安装有竖向带槽支撑板,两个所述竖向带槽支撑板顶端的内侧安装有压料辊,所述竖向带槽支撑板的后侧安装有竖向支撑板,两个所述竖向支撑板的内侧安装有从动辊,所述从动辊的上方安装有主动辊,其中一个所述竖向支撑板的外侧安装有齿轮箱。本发明方便进行多刀头裁切,且参数调整方便,出料冷却方便。

一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机技术领域,具体为一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机。
背景技术
自动裁切机是用于各行各业的片材的分割与裁切,它不需要任何模具;通过系统软件来控制,然后直接对产品进行裁切,只要在操作平台上设置好相应的参数,电脑传输相应的指令给裁切机;裁切机就根据接受的设计图稿进行快速裁切,自动化程序高;操作简单。是很多行业所采用的裁切设备。
但是,现有的汽车零部件零部件生产中所使用的板材裁切生产条状板材时,单刀头裁切机耗时长,多刀头裁切机刀头安装拆卸繁琐;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的汽车零部件零部件生产中所使用的板材裁切生产条状板材时,单刀头裁切机耗时长,多刀头裁切机刀头安装拆卸繁琐等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机,包括工作台,所述工作台底面后端的两侧均安装有金属支撑脚,所述工作台底面前端的两侧均安装有带沟槽金属支撑脚,两个所述带沟槽金属支撑脚的内侧安装有板材卷,所述工作台上端面的前端安装有细辊,所述工作台的两侧均安装有竖向带槽支撑板,两个所述竖向带槽支撑板顶端的内侧安装有压料辊,所述竖向带槽支撑板的后侧安装有竖向支撑板,两个所述竖向支撑板的内侧安装有从动辊,所述从动辊的上方安装有主动辊,其中一个所述竖向支撑板的外侧安装有齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱的外表面安装有步进电机,所述工作台的外侧安装有金属框梁,所述金属框梁的上端面设置有条形滑动槽,所述条形滑动槽的两侧均安装有防滑橡胶条,所述金属框梁的一侧安装有切割装置收纳箱,所述条形滑动槽和切割装置收纳箱的内侧均安装有可调节切割装置,所述金属框梁的后侧安装有数控闸刀,所述数控闸刀的后端面安装有轴流式风机,所述数控闸刀的下方安装有刀座,且刀座位于工作台的上端面,所述工作台上端面的后端设置有取料槽,所述可调节切割装置包括工型限位块,所述工型限位块的两侧均安装有禁锢旋钮,所述禁锢旋钮的底端安装有圆形橡胶块,所述工型限位块的底面安装有激光切割头。
优选的,所述主动辊的顶端贯穿竖向支撑板延伸至齿轮箱的内部,所述从动辊的顶端贯穿竖向支撑板延伸至齿轮箱的内部。
优选的,所述金属框梁的前端面设置有刻度线,所述切割装置收纳箱与金属框梁的一侧完全贴合,所述切割装置收纳箱与金属框梁通过螺栓固定。
优选的,所述禁锢旋钮贯穿工型限位块,所述禁锢旋钮与工型限位块通过螺纹连接。
优选的,所述禁锢旋钮的底端设置有卡槽,所述禁锢旋钮与圆形橡胶块通过卡槽连接。
优选的,所述激光切割头的上端面与工型限位块的底面完全贴合,所述工型限位块的底面与激光切割头通过螺钉固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过带沟槽金属支撑脚可以将成卷的板材直接放置,进料方便,通过细辊和压料辊辅助进料;
2、本发明通过步进电机带动齿轮箱,通过齿轮箱传动主动辊和从动辊进行转动,将板材原料运输到金属框梁的下方进行裁切;
3、本发明通过条形滑动槽的内侧安装有可调节切割装置对板材进行裁切,通过禁锢旋钮可以松或者紧工型限位块从而选择使用一定数量的可调节切割装置进行使用,不使用的可调节切割装置滑动放置到切割装置收纳箱内进行储存,通过金属框梁前端面设置有刻度线进行裁切的参数调节;
4、本发明通过数控闸刀进行截断,通过数控闸刀的后端面安装有轴流式风机方便对切割的板材进行冷却,方便取料。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种汽车零部件生产用板材裁切机,包括工作台1,工作台1底面后端的两侧均安装有金属支撑脚2,工作台1底面前端的两侧均安装有带沟槽金属支撑脚6,两个带沟槽金属支撑脚6的内侧安装有板材卷7,工作台1上端面的前端安装有细辊8,工作台1的两侧均安装有竖向带槽支撑板5,两个竖向带槽支撑板5顶端的内侧安装有压料辊9,竖向带槽支撑板5的后侧安装有竖向支撑板3,两个竖向支撑板3的内侧安装有从动辊4,从动辊4的上方安装有主动辊12,其中一个竖向支撑板3的外侧安装有齿轮箱10,齿轮箱10的外表面安装有步进电机11,工作台1的外侧安装有金属框梁13,步进电机11带动齿轮箱10,通过齿轮箱10传动主动辊12和从动辊4进行转动,将板材原料运输到金属框梁13的下方进行裁切,金属框梁13的上端面设置有条形滑动槽15,条形滑动槽15的两侧均安装有防滑橡胶条14,金属框梁13的一侧安装有切割装置收纳箱17,条形滑动槽15和切割装置收纳箱17的内侧均安装有可调节切割装置16,金属框梁13的后侧安装有数控闸刀18,数控闸刀18的后端面安装有轴流式风机19,方便对切割的板材进行冷却,数控闸刀18的下方安装有刀座20,且刀座20位于工作台1的上端面,工作台1上端面的后端设置有取料槽21,可调节切割装置16包括工型限位块22,工型限位块22的两侧均安装有禁锢旋钮23,禁锢旋钮23的底端安装有圆形橡胶块24,工型限位块22的底面安装有激光切割头25。
进一步,主动辊12的顶端贯穿竖向支撑板3延伸至齿轮箱10的内部,从动辊4的顶端贯穿竖向支撑板3延伸至齿轮箱10的内部。
进一步,金属框梁13的前端面设置有刻度线,切割装置收纳箱17与金属框梁13的一侧完全贴合,切割装置收纳箱17与金属框梁13通过螺栓固定,提高固定的牢固性。
进一步,禁锢旋钮23贯穿工型限位块22,禁锢旋钮23与工型限位块22通过螺纹连接,提高连接的稳定性。
进一步,禁锢旋钮23的底端设置有卡槽,禁锢旋钮23与圆形橡胶块24通过卡槽连接,提高连接的稳定性。
进一步,激光切割头25的上端面与工型限位块22的底面完全贴合,工型限位块22的底面与激光切割头25通过螺钉固定,提高固定的牢固性。
工作原理:使用时,将装置放置到合适的位置,接通电源,将成卷的板材放置到两个带沟槽金属支撑脚6的内侧,将板材原料贯穿细辊8和压料辊9的下方,将板材顶端插入主动辊12和从动辊4之间,打开步进电机11,通过步进电机11带动齿轮箱10,通过齿轮箱10传动主动辊12和从动辊4进行转动,将板材原料运输到金属框梁13的下方进行裁切,确定好条状板材裁切的尺寸,通过条形滑动槽15的内侧安装有可调节切割装置16对板材进行裁切,通过禁锢旋钮23可以松或者紧工型限位块22从而选择使用一定数量的可调节切割装置16进行使用,不使用的可调节切割装置16滑动放置到切割装置收纳箱17内进行储存,通过金属框梁13前端面设置有刻度线进行裁切的参数调节,调整好对应的可调节切割装置16后,打开对应的可调节切割装置16对板材进行裁切,裁切完成后,打开数控闸刀18进行切断,打开轴流式风机19,通过数控闸刀18的后端面安装有轴流式风机19方便对切割的板材进行冷却,通过取料槽21方便操作员进行取料,效率高。
