Abstract
The invention discloses a processing method of ginger pinellia decoction pieces, which is different from the traditional processing method in that before treatment with ginger and alum, a hypochlorite solution is adopted to soak the ginger pinellia, and in the soaking process, the temperature is controlled below 8 ℃ in order to prevent hypochlorite from decomposing; the ginger processed pinellia decoction pieces prepared by the processing method of the invention not only improve the leaching rate, but also have the appearance of light yellow, and the glossiness and the transparency of the ginger processed pinellia are better than those of the conventional ginger processed pinellia. The ginger pinellia decoction pieces disclosed by the invention are good in appearance and high in leaching rate, and have better medicinal value and economic value.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, in particular to a processing method of ginger processed pinellia decoction pieces.
Background
Pinellia ternate, named as traditional Chinese medicine. Is dried tuber of pinellia tuber of Araceae. Collected in summer and autumn, cleaned, removed of outer skin and fibrous root, and dried in the sun. The northeast, the north China and the Yangtze river basin are distributed. Has effects of eliminating dampness and phlegm, lowering adverse qi and relieving vomit, and relieving oppression and resolving hard mass. Can be used for treating damp phlegm and cold phlegm, cough, asthma, excessive phlegm, phlegm retention, dizziness, palpitation, wind phlegm, vertigo, phlegm syncope, headache, emesis, regurgitation, feeling of fullness in chest and epigastrium, and globus hystericus; it is indicated for abscess with phlegm nodule.
The whole plant of pinellia is toxic, wherein tubers have high toxicity, and the poisoning can be caused by eating 0.1-1.8g of pinellia; can cause strong stimulation to mucosa of oral cavity, larynx and digestive tract; the oral cavity and tongue can be numb when a small amount of the medicine is taken, and burning pain and swelling, voice failure, vomiting, general numbness, slow and irregular respiration, spasm, dyspnea and death due to paralysis can be caused when a large amount of the medicine is taken; taking raw ban Xia in large quantities can cause permanent aphonia. Because of its high toxicity, ban Xia is processed and used, it is divided into Fa ban Xia, Jiang ban Xia and Qing ban Xia according to the processing method.
At present, the ginger and pinellia are processed mainly by adopting a method of slicing ginger, decocting the ginger into decoction, adding alum and pinellia, decocting together, slicing and drying in the air, and the method is greatly influenced by manual operation, so that the appearance of the pinellia in the processing process is poor, and the economic value of the ginger and pinellia is influenced; moreover, the quality of processed pinellia tuber cannot be guaranteed, and potential danger is brought to the users, so that a processing method of the processed pinellia tuber decoction pieces is needed to be researched.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a processing method of ginger processed pinellia decoction pieces.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a processing method of ginger processed pinellia decoction pieces comprises the following steps:
A. placing raw pinellia ternate in a traditional Chinese medicine soaking tank, adding water until the liquid level is higher than the material level of the pinellia ternate, heating a small amount of hypochlorite, keeping the temperature of the traditional Chinese medicine soaking tank at 3-8 ℃, sealing, preserving heat, soaking for more than 72 hours, removing soaking water, and washing the pinellia ternate with water for 2-3 times;
B. slicing rhizoma Zingiberis recens, placing in a boiling pan, decocting with 0.5-1 times of water, and filtering to obtain decoction;
C. b, squeezing the decocted ginger by using a juicer to obtain juice, combining the obtained juice with the decoction obtained in the step B, adding alum, stirring and dissolving to obtain alum ginger juice;
D. adding the alum ginger juice obtained in the step C into the soaked pinellia ternata obtained in the step A, adding water until the liquid level is higher than the material level of the pinellia ternata, heating to enable the temperature of the materials in the soaking tank to rise to 100 ℃, decocting for 40-60min, stopping heating, sealing and preserving heat for soaking for more than 24h when the temperature of the materials drops to 40 ℃, and removing the soaking liquid;
E. adding 1 time of water into the soaking tank, sealing, rotating the tank body of the soaking tank clockwise and counterclockwise for 3-5min respectively, repeating the operation for 3 times, washing off residual Alumen in rhizoma Pinelliae, taking out rhizoma Pinelliae, slicing, and drying.
Preferably, the hypochlorite is sodium hypochlorite or potassium hypochlorite.
More preferably, the addition amount of the hypochlorite is 0.1-0.3% of the mass of the water.
Preferably, the dosage of the ginger is as follows: the mass ratio of the ginger to the raw pinellia ternate is 1: (3-5); the dosage of the alum is as follows: the mass ratio of the alum to the ginger is 1: (2-3).
Preferably, in the steps A and D, the water is added in an amount that the liquid level is 10cm higher than the level of the pinellia ternate material.
The invention has the advantages that: the processing method of the ginger pinellia decoction pieces is different from the traditional processing method in that before the ginger and the alum are processed, the raw pinellia is soaked by hypochlorite solution, and in the soaking process, the temperature is controlled below 8 ℃ in order to prevent hypochlorite decomposition; the ginger processed pinellia decoction pieces prepared by the processing method of the invention not only improve the leaching rate, but also have the appearance of light yellow, and the glossiness and the transparency of the ginger processed pinellia are better than those of the conventional ginger processed pinellia. The ginger pinellia decoction pieces disclosed by the invention are good in appearance and high in leaching rate, and have better medicinal value and economic value.
