Description
Technical field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating osteomyelitis and bone nonunion.
Two background art
Osteomyelitis (Traumatic Osteomyelitis) is an infectious disease on bones, the main clinical manifestation is bone defect and subsequent bone nonunion, and the bone defect and the subsequent bone nonunion are often accompanied by the conditions of fracture, soft tissue and muscle damage, and the bone defect is easily caused if the bone defect and the subsequent bone nonunion are not controlled for a long time. Osteomyelitis is caused by high-energy injuries such as traffic accidents, industrial injuries in manual labor and the like, and is more and more common in modern society.
The purpose of treating osteomyelitis is to control infection, repair bone defects, and restore continuity of bones, thereby maximally restoring limb functions. Except for surgical operations, the treatment is generally assisted by medicines, but the inflammatory part of osteomyelitis is protected by muscles, soft tissues, hyperplasia parts and even bone fragments, and the obvious curative effect cannot be obtained by simple antibiotics (including slow-release antibiotics). Although the traditional Chinese medicine is good at the chronic bone diseases, the traditional accumulation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine is insufficient due to the rare diseases caused by the high-energy trauma in ancient times. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition suitable for treating osteomyelitis is found according to the traditional Chinese medicine thought, and is a thought with a great development prospect.
Disclosure of the invention
Aiming at the problems, the applicant provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating osteomyelitis and nonunion through scientific compatibility and adjustment of processing modes on the basis of the traditional prescription for treating osteomyelitis, nonunion and femoral head necrosis, has definite curative effect, and can be used alone or in an auxiliary way for treating osteomyelitis diseases.
On one hand, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating osteomyelitis and bone nonunion, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of large-leaf potato, 3-15 parts of rhizoma polygoni orientalis, 30-120 parts of burdenia glabrata root, 3-15 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 10-60 parts of aralia elata root, 3-15 parts of loranthus parasiticus, 3-20 parts of potentilla trifoliata, 3-15 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 3-10 parts of swertia blanco, 3-30 parts of astilbe chinensis and 3-60 parts of pearl vegetable root.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating osteomyelitis and bone nonunion provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 20 parts of large-leaf potato, 5 parts of rhizoma polygoni orientalis, 50 parts of burdenia koenigii root, 8 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 20 parts of aralia elata root, 10 parts of loranthus parasiticus, 10 parts of potentilla trifoliata, 8 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 8 parts of swertia blanco, 8 parts of astilbes chinensis and 25 parts of pearl vegetable root.
Further, the large-leaf potato and the burkholderia root are fermented by using distiller's yeast.
Further, the distiller's yeast is rice wine distiller's yeast.
Further, the method for processing the large-leaf potatoes and the bull green rhynchophylla roots by using the distiller's yeast comprises the following steps: adding 50 parts of water and 3 parts of distiller's yeast into the large-leaf potato and the burkholderia root, fermenting for 10 days at 37 ℃, taking out the large-leaf potato and the burkholderia root, and airing to serve as raw materials.
Furthermore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is in the form of decoction.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared according to the following method: (1) weighing the required amount of medicinal materials; (2) adding purified water which is 3 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials to soak the medicinal materials for 12 hours; (3) decocting for 2 hours, filtering and pouring out the decoction, adding purified water which is 3 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and decocting according to the same steps to obtain the decoction; (4) mixing the two decoctions, and collecting the medicinal liquid.
On the other hand, the invention provides a method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps of (1) weighing the required amount of medicinal materials; (2) adding purified water which is 3 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials to soak the medicinal materials for 12 hours; (3) decocting for 2 hours, filtering and pouring out the decoction, adding purified water which is 3 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and decocting according to the same steps to obtain the decoction; (4) mixing the two collected decoctions
On the other hand, the invention provides the application of the large-leaf potatoes and the bull chingium root which are subjected to the fermentation treatment of the distiller's yeast in the preparation of the medicines for treating osteomyelitis and nonunion.
Further, the distiller's yeast is rice wine distiller's yeast.

(3) adding purified water which is 3 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials to soak the medicinal materials for 12 hours;
(4) decocting for 2 hours, filtering and pouring out the decoction, adding purified water which is 3 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and decocting according to the same steps to obtain the decoction; (5) mixing the two decoctions, and collecting the medicinal liquid.
Example 2 Effect on animal models of fracture
15 male New Zealand white rabbits (about 2 kg) are selected and divided into 3 groups, and after anesthesia, the left lower limb is shaved and disinfected. Cutting skin at the anterior and medial border of the cavity bone, removing periosteum to expose the upper and medial side of the cavity bone, drilling into medullary cavity with bone station, extracting part of medulla, injecting 50 μ l of 3% steel cod liver oleate and 5 μ l of 2X10 into the medullary cavity6cfu/ml Staphylococcus aureus, hole sealing backstitchAnd mixing the skin.
After the molding is finished, the three groups are respectively gavaged with 20ml of the traditional Chinese medicine composition 1 in the embodiment 1, the traditional Chinese medicine composition 2 in the embodiment 1 and purified water every day, and the administration is continuously carried out for 3 weeks.
On the day of molding, after 3 weeks of treatment after molding, ear edge blood was sampled to detect alkaline phosphatase and white blood cell count. And (5) carrying out CT scanning on the model making position image after 3 weeks of model making treatment.
The alkaline phosphatase levels and white blood cell counts were as follows:
the result shows that the anti-inflammatory effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition 1 in the osteomyelitis is obviously better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine composition 2 in the traditional formula, the CT detection result shows that the two traditional Chinese medicine compositions have similar effects of promoting the bone recovery of the osteomyelitis part in a short term and are both better than that of a purified water group (in the typical situation, see figures 1 and 2), and the traditional Chinese medicine composition 1 is expected to obtain a better bone recovery result due to the good anti-inflammatory effect in a long term.
EXAMPLE 3 clinical effects of the Chinese medicinal composition of the present invention on treating osteomyelitis
And (3) observation of curative effect:
when the clinic treats osteomyelitis, a formula (300 mL each time twice a day) similar to the traditional Chinese medicine composition 2 in example 1 is generally used, and according to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis curative effect standard issued by the State administration of traditional Chinese medicine (curing: general symptoms and local swelling and pain disappear, wound heals after ulceration, no dead bone exists in X-ray radiograph, general symptoms are improved, swelling and pain are relieved, a sore is not healed, dead cavities and dead bones exist in the X-ray radiograph, ineffectiveness, the general symptoms and local symptoms cannot be controlled, focus is not relieved or continues to develop in the X-ray radiograph), the effective rate is about 80% after a three-month treatment period, and the cure rate is about 40%.
After the formula of the traditional Chinese medicine composition 2 in the example 1 is changed, the effective rate is still about 80% after three-month treatment period, but the cure rate reaches more than 65%, and the effect on the osteomyelitis caused by infection is obviously better than that of the traditional formula (part of the osteomyelitis and the femoral head necrosis are related to autoimmunity and endocrine, and the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine are difficult to cure).
