The contents of the dichlorvos raw medicines in the raw medicine containing pipes in the above embodiments are the same, and the number of the raw medicine containing pipes in the smoking agent is the same.
Evaluation of Performance
1. Stability test of smoking agent
Referring to HG3631.1999 and the standard method established by food and agriculture organization of the United nations, the degradation rate of the effective component content of dichlorvos is tested by storing the smoke agent at (54 Shi 2) DEG C for 1 week which is equivalent to natural storage for 1 year under normal temperature condition, and storing the smoke agent for 2 weeks which is equivalent to natural storage for 2 years under normal temperature condition.
2. Quality evaluation of smoking agent
The smoke agent prepared in the embodiment 1-12 is put into a constant temperature oven (80 +/-2) DEG C, and observed for 1 time every 2 hours within 72 hours, if the smoke agent is spontaneously combusted, the quality is unqualified, and if the smoke agent is not spontaneously combusted, the quality is qualified.
3. Ignition rate test of smoke agent
20 dichlorvos smoke agents were prepared according to examples 1-12, and the number of smoke agents that were successfully ignited by the flame-out was recorded and the flame-out rate was calculated in the same manner.
4. Effective smoke formation rate test of smoke agent
Firstly, a dichlorvos smoke agent is placed in a cigarette box, 100ml of toluene is accurately absorbed and injected into each absorption bottle respectively, and the smoke agent is ignited after the device is connected. Starting the vacuum pump after 1min, controlling the air flow, and continuously, uniformly and stably bubbling the bubbles until no air appears. And (4) completely transferring the liquid in the absorption bottle into a 500ml volumetric flask, flushing the absorption bottle, the catheter and the smoke collection barrel by using toluene, merging the washing liquid into the volumetric flask, and fixing the volume to 500ml by using the toluene. And analyzing the content of the dichlorvos in the toluene absorption liquid by adopting high performance liquid chromatography.
The smoke formation rate X is calculated using the following formula:

m-the content (g) of dichlorvos in the dichlorvos smoke agent;
C 1-the content of active ingredients in the absorption liquid;
C 2-effective component content of dichlorvos in the dichlorvos smoke agent.
5. Indoor toxicity test
Collecting 3-4-year old larvae of Bombycis Mori, placing into insect cage with moso bamboo branches, inserting base of the moso bamboo branches into culture dish containing water, placing into relatively closed room, uniformly placing 3 dichlorvos smoke agent in the room, closing door after pulling and burning, opening door and window after 20min to discharge smoke, investigating 2h, 5h and 7h after pesticide application, and counting larval mortality.

As can be seen from the table 1, the potassium perchlorate is used for replacing the traditional potassium chlorate to be used as a preparation raw material of the fuel, so that the possibility of spontaneous combustion of the smoke agent is effectively reduced, and the smoke generating rate of the smoke agent is ensured by adjusting other fuel components and contents in the smoke agent, so that the smoke can be more effectively released and diffused to act on the surface of a plant; in addition, the cyclodextrin and the specific surfactant are added into the dichlorvos technical, so that the thermal stability of the dichlorvos technical and the adhesive force acting on the surface of plants are effectively improved, the utilization rate of the pesticide is effectively improved, and the control effect of the pesticide is enhanced.

Claims (10)

1. A dichlorvos smoke agent is characterized in that the smoke agent comprises a primer pipe, a pulling gun, a raw pesticide containing pipe and a box cover; the box cover and the ignition powder tube are connected in a tenon joint mode, and a cavity is formed between the box cover and the ignition powder tube; the pulling cannon is arranged at the center of the cavity, and the raw medicine containing pipes are arranged in the cavity and are uniformly distributed around the pulling cannon;
the pulling gun comprises a pulling wire, a first medicine layer, a second medicine layer and a packaging layer; the outer layer of one end of the stay wire is coated with a first fuel as a drug twist, the first drug layer wraps the drug twist, the second drug layer wraps the first drug layer, the packaging layer wraps the second drug layer, and the other end of the stay wire is exposed out of the packaging layer;
the inside of the raw medicine containing tube is filled with a dichlorvos raw medicine, a heat stabilizer and a synergist.
2. The dichlorvos smoke agent as defined in claim 1, wherein the priming powder tube is further filled with a second propellant, and the second propellant is prepared from 45-60 parts by weight of potassium nitrate, 12-18 parts by weight of sulfur, 20-26 parts by weight of kaolin, 23-53 parts by weight of ammonium chloride and 24-36 parts by weight of bagasse powder.
3. The dichlorvos smoke agent according to claim 1, wherein the first fuel comprises 75-105 parts by weight of potassium perchlorate, 37-52 parts by weight of sugarcane powder and 12-18 parts by weight of carbon powder.
4. The dichlorvos smoke agent as defined in claim 1, wherein the first layer contains a third fuel, and the third fuel is prepared from 12-18 parts by weight of red phosphorus, 45-60 parts by weight of potassium perchlorate, 22-37 parts by weight of sugarcane flour, 4.5-10.5 parts by weight of binder, and 30-60 parts by weight of water.
5. The dichlorvos smoke agent according to claim 1, wherein the second chemical layer contains a fourth chemical, and the fourth chemical is prepared from 45-75 parts by weight of potassium nitrate, 12-18 parts by weight of sulfur, 20-34 parts by weight of sugarcane flour, 4-8 parts by weight of a binder and 30-60 parts by weight of water.
6. The dichlorvos smoking agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the dichlorvos technical, the heat stabilizer and the synergist is 1: (0.25-0.4): (0.05-0.25).
7. The dichlorvos smoking agent of claim 6, wherein the thermal stabilizer is cyclodextrin.
8. The dichlorvos smoke agent of claim 6, wherein the synergist is a gemini surfactant.
9. The dichlorvos smoke agent of claim 8, wherein the gemini surfactant is a sulfonate gemini surfactant.
10. The dichlorvos fumigant according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the preparation method of the larval cannon comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing medicinal twist: putting potassium perchlorate, sugarcane powder and carbon powder in a container according to parts by weight, and mixing the components in parts by weight according to a ratio of 1: 1, adding water according to the weight ratio, stirring to dissolve the mixture in water to prepare a first fuel, putting one end of a stay wire into the first fuel for dipping, taking out the stay wire after the stay wire is fully dipped with the first fuel, and twisting the stay wire with the first fuel;
s2: preparation of the first medicine layer: placing red phosphorus, potassium perchlorate, sugarcane powder, adhesive and water in a container according to the parts by weight, stirring to prepare a third fuel, placing the carrier material of the first fuel layer in the container for dipping, and taking out the carrier material to be used as the first fuel layer;
s3: preparing a second medicine layer: putting potassium nitrate, sulfur, sugarcane powder, an adhesive and water in a container according to the parts by weight, stirring to prepare a fourth fuel, putting the carrier material of the second fuel layer in the container for dipping, and taking out the carrier material to prepare a second fuel layer;
s4: the gun is manufactured according to the sequence that the first medicine layer is wrapped by the medicine twist, the second medicine layer is wrapped by the first medicine layer and the second medicine layer is wrapped by the packaging layer, the gun is stored in a wet state and is dried when in use.
