s3: starting a translation motor 203 on the translation device 200, driving a synchronous belt 207 on a translation synchronous belt wheel 205 to move forward by the translation motor 203 through a synchronous belt shaft 206, and driving a seedling clamping device 300 to move forward to the upper part of the seedling planting flowerpot conveying device 400 by a guide rail sliding block assembly 208 fixed on the synchronous belt 207 through a seedling clamping device fixing profile 212;
s4: while S2 is running, the planting flowerpot on the planting flowerpot conveying device 400 is conveyed to the upper part of the auxiliary conveying belt 402 through the main conveying belt 401 and the conveying belt transition plate 403; a double-shaft cylinder 602 and a material blocking cylinder 606 on the flowerpot positioning device 600 are opened, and the seedling planting flowerpot above the auxiliary conveying belt 402 is positioned;
s5: the seedling clamping device 300 opens the vertical double-shaft cylinder 304 and the translation double-shaft cylinder 308 to enable pot seedlings to be placed into corresponding seedling planting flowerpots, and finally the vertical double-shaft cylinder 304 and the translation double-shaft cylinder 308 are reset, and the seedling planting flowerpots implanted with the pot seedlings continue to move forwards;
s6: and (3) opening a soil compacting double-shaft cylinder 503 on the flowerpot soil compacting device 500, driving a soil compacting sheet 509 on a soil compacting rod 508 to perform soil compacting motion downwards by the soil compacting double-shaft cylinder 503 through a soil compacting guide rail sliding block component 507, and conveying the soil compacted soil to the main conveying belt 401 through the auxiliary conveying belt 402.
The working principle is as follows:
in the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, after the conveyer belt motor 108 is started, the synchronous pulley 109 is driven to operate, so that the driving roller 102 starts to rotate, and the conveyer belt 106 and the driven roller 103 of the seedling raising tray are driven to move. The seedling tray is placed above the seedling tray conveyor belt 106 and is positioned through the isolation plate 113; the seedling raising tray is conveyed to the lower part of the seedling clamping device 300 along with the seedling raising tray conveying belt; the vertical biaxial cylinder 304 is now in a contracted state. The seedling planting flowerpot above the main conveying belt 401 is conveyed from the right end of the main conveying belt 401 to the left, conveyed to the auxiliary conveying belt 402 through the conveying belt transition plate 403, and when the double-shaft cylinder 602 is pushed out, the positioning plate 603 is pushed out along with the conveying belt transition plate and positions the seedling planting flowerpot; the material blocking cylinder 606 extends out and blocks the flowerpot so as to be positioned conveniently; the translation double-shaft cylinder 308 pushes the fork frame shaft 309 to enable the fork frame connecting rod 311 to slide and contract along the seedling clamping guide rail 307, so that the clamping jaw fingers 314 are accurately positioned above the seedling raising plate; then the vertical double-shaft cylinder 304 pushes the connecting section bar 305 to enable the lower half part of the seedling clamping device to be lowered to the lowest state, and then the pneumatic fingers 313 drive the fingers 314 of the clamping jaws to contract, so that pot seedlings are clamped; after clamping, the vertical double-shaft cylinder 304 contracts, and the lower half part of the seedling clamping device ascends. Then, a translation motor 203 on the side surface of the translation device rack 201 rotates to drive a synchronous belt 207 on a translation synchronous belt wheel 205 to move, and the synchronous belt 207 moves to drive a synchronous belt fixing block 209 and the whole seedling clamping device 300 connected to the synchronous belt fixing block 209 to move to the position above the seedling planting flowerpot conveying device 400; the translation double-shaft cylinder 308 is opened to enable the lower half part of the seedling clamping device to descend, the pneumatic fingers 313 drive the clamping jaw fingers 314 to be opened, and pot seedlings fall into the seedling planting flowerpot on the seedling planting flowerpot conveying device 400. The material blocking cylinder 606 and the double-shaft cylinder 602 contract, the seedling planting flowerpot is continuously conveyed leftwards to the position below the flowerpot soil compacting device 500 to wait for soil compacting, when the soil compacting double-shaft cylinder 503 extends out, the central rod 504 connected to the soil compacting double-shaft cylinder 503 also moves downwards, so that the connecting rod 505 is driven to move downwards, the guide rail connecting rod connecting piece 506 also moves downwards along the guide rail sliding groove 511, and the soil compacting rod 508 below the guide rail connecting rod connecting piece 506 moves downwards along with the guide rail connecting rod connecting piece; as the soil compacting piece 509 is fixed on the soil compacting rod 508, the soil compacting piece 509 also moves downwards to perform soil compacting work, and after soil compacting is completed, the soil compacting piece 509 is lifted to complete soil compacting; finally, the seedling planting flowerpot continues to move left into the main conveyor belt 401 to complete the whole transplanting process.

the seedling raising tray conveying device comprises a translation device rack (201) which is connected with each other and fixed above a seedling raising tray conveying device (100), a translation motor (203) is arranged on one side of each translation device rack (201) through a translation motor fixing plate (202), synchronous belt shafts (206) are respectively arranged at two ends of each translation device rack (201), translation synchronous belt wheels (205) are arranged on the synchronous belt shafts (206), one synchronous belt shaft (206) is connected with the output end of the translation motor (203), and synchronous belts (207) are sleeved on the two translation synchronous belt wheels (205); every translation device frame (201) top still is equipped with guide rail sliding block set spare (208), the slider outside portion of guide rail sliding block set spare (208) be equipped with hold-in range (207) matched with hold-in range fixed block (209), be equipped with through pressing from both sides seedling device mounting (211) on the slider of two guide rail sliding block set spares (208) and press from both sides seedling device fixed section bar (212), be equipped with sensor trigger piece (213) on the slider inside portion of guide rail sliding block set spare (208), the inboard of translation device frame (201) is equipped with sensor (210) with sensor trigger piece (213) matched with.
