Abstract
The lifting device (1) comprises an upper station (2), a lower station (3) and lifting platforms (10, 11). The upper side station (2) and the lower side station (3) have lateral loading tables (5, 6). The lateral placing tables (5, 6) move only in the horizontal direction. The elevating tables (10, 11) move only in the vertical direction. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lifting device and a sorting device for moving a conveyed article in an up-down direction. The lifting device and the sorting device according to the present invention are used, for example, in applications where objects to be conveyed are transferred between upper and lower conveyors arranged in a three-dimensional conveyor line. The lifting device and the sorting device according to the present invention can be used for changing the delivery destination and the receiving destination of the transported material.
Background
Postal staff and express staff sort the collected small packages or goods according to different places of arrival. For example, the collected cargos and the like are concentrated in a specific sorting area, and thus sorted and loaded into a truck or the like according to the place of departure. In the sorting area, the conveying lines are distributed vertically and horizontally, and the collected goods are concentrated according to different places to be removed. Here, the transport lines in the sorting section are branched from the main transport path into a plurality of sub transport paths (sub transport paths), and further branched into a plurality of sub transport paths (grandchild transport paths) and great grandchild transport paths.
In addition, recently, sorting has become finer, and there is a situation where the conveyor line has to be made more complicated. Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The conventional lifting device is a device that has a lower station and an upper station, and one lifting table and the like that reciprocate therebetween. Therefore, the lifting device of the prior art has a disadvantage of poor conveying efficiency. That is, in the conventional elevator apparatus, when the conveyed material is switched from the conveyor provided at the lower portion to the conveyor provided at the upper portion, the conveyed material is conveyed from the conveyor on the lower side to the station on the lower side of the elevator apparatus. Then, the lifting platform or the like is lifted to move the conveyed object to the upper station. Then, the conveyed article is sent out from the upper station to the upper conveyor.
Therefore, if the lifting platform or the like is located at the upper station of the lifting device, the lifting platform or the like is not present at the lower station, and the conveyed material cannot be fed to the lifting device. Therefore, in the conventional elevator apparatus, the conveyance object needs to be kept in standby before the elevator apparatus in order to wait for the arrival of the elevator table or the like.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object thereof is to provide a lifting device with high conveyance efficiency. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sorting apparatus capable of efficiently sorting conveyed articles.
Means for solving the problems
An aspect for solving the above problem is a lifting device, including: an upper side station; a lower side station; a plurality of lifting loading platforms moving up and down between the upper side station and the lower side station; one or more upper lateral tables at the upper station, which move in a lateral direction; and one or more lower lateral tables located at the lower station, the lower lateral tables moving in a lateral direction, wherein when any of the elevating tables is located at the upper station, the upper lateral table is located adjacent to the elevating table and forms a continuous conveyance path with the elevating table, when the elevating table is located at the lower station, the upper lateral table moves to a position where the elevating table is located, and when any of the elevating tables is located at the upper station, the lower lateral table is located adjacent to the elevating table and forms a continuous conveyance path with the elevating table, and when the elevating table is located at the lower station, the lower lateral table moves to a position where the elevating table is located.
The lifting apparatus of the present embodiment includes a plurality of lifting tables. Therefore, when one (one) of the elevating tables is positioned at the upper station, the other (the other) of the elevating tables can be stopped at the lower station. Similarly, when one of the elevating tables is positioned at the lower station, the other elevating table can be stopped at the upper station. Therefore, for example, the conveyance object can be fed to the mounting table of the lower station while the conveyance object at the upper station is being discharged from the lifting device.
In the lifting device of this aspect, the upper side station includes an upper side lateral placing table, and the lower side station includes a lower side lateral placing table.
When the elevating table is positioned at the upper station, the upper lateral table is positioned adjacent to the elevating table, and a continuous conveyance path is formed by the upper lateral table and the elevating table. Therefore, when the elevating table is positioned at the upper station, the conveyance object can be carried into or out of the elevating table.
Similarly, when the elevating table is located at the lower station, the conveyance object can be carried into or out of the elevating table.
Further, when the elevating table is separated from the upper station, the upper lateral table moves to a position where the elevating table is located, and another position of the upper station becomes an empty space, so that another elevating table can enter the empty space.
Similarly, in the lower station, when the elevating table is separated from the lower station, the lower lateral table moves to a position where the elevating table is located, and another position of the lower station forms an empty space, so that another elevating table can enter the empty space.
Preferably, the elevating table, the upper lateral table, and the lower lateral table are each provided with a conveyor (conveyor belt) device.
According to this aspect, the conveyance object can be smoothly carried into and out of the elevating table.
Preferably, the plurality of elevating tables are connected by a linear member, and one of the elevating tables moves upward while the other moves downward, and the other moves upward while the other moves downward.
According to this aspect, since the raising and lowering of the tables are performed synchronously, time is less wasted.

(3) a third path that is a path for carrying in the conveyance object from the first side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyance object to the first side surface side of the upper station, or for carrying in the conveyance object from the second side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyance object to the second side surface side of the upper station;
(4) a fourth path that is a path for carrying in the conveyance object from the first side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the second side surface side of the lower station, or for carrying in the conveyance object from the second side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the first side surface side of the lower station;
(5) a fifth route that is a route for carrying in a conveyed article from the first side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyed article to the second side surface side of the upper station, or a route for carrying in a conveyed article from the second side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyed article to the first side surface side of the upper station; and
(6) and a sixth route that is a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the first side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the first side surface side of the lower station, or a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the second side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the second side surface side of the lower station.
The lifting device may have multiple levels of upper side stations.
The sorting apparatus is provided with a plurality of stations at different positions, each station having a plurality of areas in which tables are arranged, and a plurality of elevating tables that move between the stations at different heights and a lateral table that moves laterally in each station, wherein when any of the elevating tables is located in an area in any of the stations, a continuous conveyance path is formed by the lateral table and the elevating table in an area adjacent to the lateral table in the station, and when the elevating table is separated from the station, the area in which the lateral table is located moves to a position where the elevating table is located, the area in which the lateral table is located becomes empty, and the other elevating table is housed in the area that becomes empty.
Effects of the invention
The lifting device and the sorting device of the present invention have stations up and down, and the conveying object can be conveyed to the lifting platform of the other station in the process of discharging the conveying object from the lifting platform at one station. Therefore, the lifting device and the sorting device have high conveying efficiency. In addition, the lifting device and the sorting device of the invention can be used for sorting conveyed objects, and the sorting efficiency is high.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be further described.
The apparatus shown in fig. 1 can be used flexibly as an apparatus for raising and lowering a transported object or changing a delivery destination or a receiving destination of the transported object. The device shown in fig. 1 can also be used as a lifting device and also as a sorting device. Hereinafter, the apparatus shown in fig. 1 will be described as the lifting apparatus 1.
The lifting device (sorting device) 1 has an upper side station 2 and a lower side station 3 as shown in fig. 1, 8 and 9. The stations 2 and 3 are places where transported objects are loaded and unloaded. In the present embodiment, the lower station 3 is a part that feeds the article 100 into the elevator 1, and the upper station 2 is a part that feeds the article 100 out of the elevator 1.
The upper station 2 and the lower station 3 have lateral tables 5 and 6, respectively. That is, the upper side station 2 has an upper side lateral table 5, and the lower side station 3 has a lower side lateral table 6. The upper lateral table 5 is a table that moves only in the horizontal direction at the upper station 2. On the other hand, the lower lateral table 6 is a table that moves only in the horizontal direction at the lower station 3.
The upper lateral placing table 5 and the lower lateral placing table 6 are each equipped with a small-sized conveyor device, and can linearly convey the object 100.
As shown in fig. 1, 8, and 9, the lifting apparatus 1 includes 2 lifting tables 10 and 11. The elevating tables 10 and 11 move only in the vertical direction between the upper station 2 and the lower station 3. A small-sized conveyor device is also mounted on the elevating tables 10 and 11, and the object 100 can be linearly conveyed.
As an apparatus attached to the lifting device 1, an upper side conveyor 15 and a lower side conveyor 16 are included.
The following description will be made in detail.
As shown in fig. 1, the lifting device 1 of the present embodiment has a frame-shaped frame 20. The frame 20 has a total length L in which the vertically movable tables 10 and 11 can be arranged in a line. The frame 20 has a width W that allows the elevating tables 10 and 11 to be placed inside.
The inside of the frame 20 is roughly divided into 2 areas. That is, the frame 20 has a total length L, and the interior thereof is divided into a front region F and a rear region R in the longitudinal direction.
In the frame 20, as shown in fig. 2, 4 longitudinal guides 21, 4 transverse guide rails 27, 28, and 2 transverse racks 32, 33 are provided. Further, a longitudinal rack 26 is provided in each longitudinal guide 21.
In detail, a pair of vertical guides 21 is provided in the front region F and the rear region R of the frame 20 so as to face each other. I.e., the longitudinal guides 21Fr, 21Fl in the front region F on both sides of the width thereof. In addition, the rear region R has longitudinal guides 21Rr, 21Rl on both sides of the width thereof. The longitudinal guides 21 are each disposed in a vertical posture. The longitudinal guide 21 has a groove-like cross-sectional shape as shown in fig. 5 and 7, and includes a base wall portion 22 and left and right side wall portions 23 and 25. Further, a vertical rack 26 is provided inside the one side wall portion 23. In the present embodiment, the other side wall portion 25 functions as a guide.
In the present embodiment, pulleys 17 are provided near the upper and lower ends of the 4 vertical guides 21. To describe the arrangement of the pulleys 17 with the frame 20 as the center, 4 pulleys 17a, 17b, 17c, and 17d are provided on one surface side in the width direction of the frame 20. The 4 pulleys 17a, 17b, 17c, and 17d provided on one surface side constitute the same plane. Similarly, 4 pulleys 17e, 17f, 17g, and 17h are provided on the other side in the width direction of the frame 20. The 4 pulleys 17e, 17f, 17g, and 17h provided on the other surface side are also located on the same plane.
Further, the frame 20 is provided with a pair of upper lateral rails 27a, 27b and a pair of lower lateral rails 28a, 28 b. The upper lateral rails 27a and 27b each have a groove-like cross-sectional shape and are provided near the upper portion of the frame 20. The upper lateral rails 27a and 27b extend in the horizontal direction, have a length extending over substantially the entire length of the frame 20, and span the front region F and the rear region R.
The lower lateral rails 28a and 28b are also formed in a groove shape in cross section. The lower lateral cross rails 28a, 28b are provided at a lower position of the frame 20. The lower lateral rails 28a and 28b also extend in the horizontal direction, have a length extending over substantially the entire length of the frame 20, and span the front region F and the rear region R.
An upper lateral rack 32 is provided below one of the upper lateral rails 27 b. The upper lateral rack 32 is disposed horizontally in parallel with the upper lateral rail 27 b. Further, a lower lateral rack 33 is provided on one of the lower lateral rails 28 b. The lower lateral rack 33 is disposed horizontally in parallel with the lower lateral rail 28 b.
Next, the upper lateral mounting table 5 will be described. As shown in fig. 3, the upper lateral stand 5 includes a moving table 40, a conveyor unit 41, suspension rollers (コロ, roller)43, and a travel motor 45. The movable table 40 is a member constituting a frame of the upper lateral placing table 5, and is a member having a rectangular shape and made of a steel frame. That is, the mobile station 40 has side members 44a and 44b arranged horizontally and a connecting member (not shown) connecting them, and has a quadrangular configuration.
The side members 44a and 44b are provided with 2 hangers 46a and 46b, respectively. A beam member 48 is connected to an upper end portion of each hanger 46a, 46b, and the suspension roller 43 is attached to the beam member 48. The suspension roller 43 is disposed outward of the beam member 48 and is freely rotatable.
A travel motor 45 is fixed to one of the side surface members 44 b. The traveling motor 45 is attached so that the rotation shaft is in a vertical posture. A pinion 47 is attached to an output shaft of the travel motor 45.
A transmitter 41 is formed in a frame-like portion of the movable stage 40. The conveyor portion 41 has the same structure as a known roller conveyor, and is a member in which a plurality of rollers 50 are provided between the side members 44a and 44b of the moving table 40. The rollers 50 are linked by a belt, not shown, and are interlocked with each other. One of the rollers 50 is a roller with a built-in motor, and is rotated by supplying power to the internal motor. That is, one of the rollers 50 is a member incorporating a motor and a speed reducer in a roller main body, and rotates with a driving force. The other rollers 50 are idle rollers, and are driven rollers that are rotated by power transmitted from rollers built in the motor via a belt.
Next, the lower lateral mounting table 6 will be described. The lower lateral table 6 is configured such that the upper lateral table 5 is turned upside down.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower lateral table 6 includes a moving table 60, a conveyor section 61, a traveling roller 63, and a traveling motor 65. The moving table 60 is a member constituting a frame of the lower lateral placing table 6, and is a member constituting a square shape by a steel frame, and has side members 64a and 64b horizontally arranged and a connecting member (not shown) connecting them, and constitutes a square shape. The side members 64a and 64b are provided with 2 leg members 66a and 66b, respectively. And a traveling roller 63 is attached to the lower end of each leg member 66a, 66 b. The traveling roller 63 is provided inward of the leg members 66a and 66b, and is rotatable.
A travel motor 65 is fixed to one of the side surface members 64 b. The travel motor 65 is attached so that the rotation axis is in a vertical posture. A pinion gear 67 is attached to an output shaft of the travel motor 65.
A conveyor section 61 is formed in a frame-like portion of the moving table 60. The conveyor section 61 has the same structure as a known roller conveyor, and a plurality of rollers 70 are provided between the side members 64a and 64b of the moving table 60. The rollers 70 are linked by a belt, not shown, and are interlocked with each other. One of the rollers 70 is a roller built in the motor, and the other rollers 70 are idle rollers.
Next, the elevating tables 10 and 11 will be described. Since 2 elevating tables 10 and 11 have the same configuration, the right elevating table 11 in the drawing will be described first.
As shown in fig. 5, the elevating table 11 includes an elevating table 80, a conveyor section 81, a pinching roller 83 functioning as an elevating guide roller, and an elevating motor 85. The elevating table 80 is a member constituting a frame of the elevating table 10, and is a member having a rectangular shape made of a steel material. That is, the lift table 80 has side members 84a and 84b horizontally arranged and a connecting member 86 connecting them, and is configured in a quadrangular shape.
The side members 84a and 84b are provided with attitude support members 87, respectively. The posture support 87 extends in the vertical direction. A pair of pinching rollers 83 are attached to the posture support 87 near the upper and lower ends thereof. As shown in fig. 7, the pinching roller 83 is constituted by a pair of pinching rollers 83a and 83b facing each other with a predetermined gap therebetween.
The pinching rollers 83a and 83b are rotatable.
As shown in fig. 6, a lifting motor 85 is fixed to the bottom of the lifting table 80. The lifting motor 85 is attached so that the rotation shaft is in a horizontal posture. A toothed pulley 88 is attached to an output shaft of the elevating motor 85.
The drive shaft 93 is rotatably provided in parallel with the lifting motor 85. And pinions 95 are provided at both ends of the drive shaft 93. A toothed pulley 96 is attached to an intermediate portion of the drive shaft 93.
A toothed belt 97 is wound around a toothed pulley 88 fixed to the lift motor 85 and a toothed pulley 96 attached to the drive shaft 93.
A conveyor portion 81 is formed in a frame-like portion of the elevating table 80. The conveyor portion 81 has the same structure as the upper lateral placement table 5 and the like described above, and is a member in which a plurality of rollers 90 are provided between the side members 84a, 84 b. The rollers 90 are linked by a belt (not shown) and interlocked. One of the rollers 90 is a roller built in the motor, and the other rollers 90 are idle rollers.
The other elevating platform 10 is the same as the right elevating platform 11.
Next, the correlation between the respective members will be described.
The upper lateral tables 5 are located on the upper side of the frame 20, and are provided in a suspended posture from the upper lateral rails 27a, 27b of the frame 20. That is, the suspension rollers 43 of the upper lateral stand 5 are engaged with the upper lateral rails 27a and 27b, and the movable stand 40 is suspended by the suspensions 46a and 46 b.
Further, a pinion 47 of the traveling motor 45 mounted on the upper lateral table 5 is engaged with the upper lateral rack 32. Therefore, when the traveling motor 45 is rotated, the moving table 40 of the upper lateral placing table 5 moves in the horizontal direction.
The lower lateral tables 6 are located on the lower side of the frame 20, and are provided in a posture standing from the lower lateral rails 28a and 28b of the frame 20. That is, the traveling rollers 63 of the lower lateral table 6 are engaged with the lower lateral rails 28a and 28b, and the moving table 60 is supported at a position of a predetermined height by the leg members 66a and 66 b.
Further, the pinion gear 67 of the traveling motor 65 mounted on the lower lateral table 6 is engaged with the lower lateral rack 33. Therefore, when the traveling motor 65 is rotated, the moving table 60 of the lower lateral table 6 moves in the horizontal direction.
The vertically movable mounting table 10 is located in the rear region R of the frame 20, and a pair of pinching rollers 83a and 83b provided on the attitude support 87 are engaged with the side wall portions 25 of the vertical guides 21Rr and 21 Rl. That is, the side wall portion 25 of the vertical guide 21 is sandwiched between the pair of pinching rollers 83a, 83 b. In addition, pinions 95 provided at both ends of the drive shaft 93 are engaged with the longitudinal racks 26 in the longitudinal guides 21Rr, 21 Rl. Therefore, when the elevating motor 85 is rotated, the elevating table 80 of the elevating table 10 moves in the horizontal direction.
The other elevating platform 11 is positioned in the front region F of the frame 20, and a pair of pinching rollers 83a and 83b provided on the attitude support 87 are joined to the side wall portions 25 of the vertical guides 21Fr and 21 Fl. In addition, pinions 95 provided at both ends of the drive shaft 93 are engaged with the longitudinal racks 26 in the longitudinal guides 21Fr, 21 Fl.
The elevating table 11 in the front area F is elevated in accordance with the elevating table 10 in the rear area R. That is, the lifting table 11 on the front area F side and the lifting table 10 on the rear area R side are connected by 4 linear members 98 such as wire rods.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 14, the upper surfaces of the vertically movable mounting table 10 and the vertically movable mounting table 11 are connected to each other by 2 linear members 98a and 98 b. In addition, the intermediate portions of the 2 linear members 98a, 98b are wound around the 4 pulleys 17a, 17b, 17f, 17e on the upper side, and the traveling (running) direction can be changed. Similarly, the lower surfaces of the elevating table 10 and the elevating table 11 are connected to each other by 2 linear members 98c and 98 d. The intermediate portions of the 2 linear members 98c and 98d are wound around the 4 pulleys 17c, 17d, 17g, and 17h on the lower side, and the traveling direction can be changed.
In the present embodiment, 2 linear members 98a and 98d suspended on 4 pulleys 17a, 17b, 17c, and 17d constituting the same plane are connected in a ring shape via the elevating table 10 and the elevating table 11 on one side surface side of the frame 20. Similarly, 2 linear members 98b and 98c suspended on 4 pulleys 17e, 17f, 17g, and 17h constituting the same plane are connected in a ring shape via the elevating table 10 and the elevating table 11 on the other side surface side of the frame 20. Therefore, the lifting table 11 on the front area F side and the lifting table 10 on the rear area R side are moved up and down by the linear member (wire material) 98 and the pulley 17, and one is moved down and the other is moved up. That is, the elevating table 11 in the front area F and the elevating table 10 in the rear area R are always elevated in opposite directions.
In the lifting apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the upper lateral placing table 5 is always positioned on the upper side of the frame 20, and the moving table 40 is always positioned at a constant height. That is, the moving table 40 of the upper lateral table 5 is always moved in the horizontal direction only by driving the traveling motor 45 at the upper station 2. The moving base 40 of the upper lateral table 5 is always reciprocated between the rear area R and the front area F at the upper station 2.
The lower lateral tables 6 are always located on the lower side of the frame 20, and the movable table 60 is always located at a certain lower position. That is, the moving table 60 of the lower lateral table 6 is always positioned at the lower station 3, and is moved only in the horizontal direction by driving the traveling motor 65. The moving table 60 of the lower lateral table 6 is always positioned at the lower station 3, and reciprocates between the rear area R and the front area F.
On the other hand, the elevating table 10 is always located in the rear region R of the frame 20, and reciprocates between the upper side station 2 and the lower side station 3. The elevating platform 11 is always positioned in the front area F of the frame 20, and reciprocates between the upper side station 2 and the lower side station 3.
In the lifting apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the lifting tables 10 and 11 are lifted and lowered, and when the upper side station 2 and the lower side station 3 are empty, the upper side lateral table 5 and the lower side lateral table 6 are moved in the horizontal direction to be moved to the empty side.
For example, when the elevating platform 10 is located at the upper station 2 of the rear area R, the other elevating platform 11 is located at the lower station 3 of the front area F.
When focusing attention on the upper station 2, the elevating table 10 is provided in the rear area R, and the upper lateral table 5 is provided in the front area F. The height of the elevating table 80 of the elevating table 10 is the same as that of the moving table 40 of the upper lateral table 5. More specifically, the height of the mounting surface of the conveyor portion 81 of the vertically movable mounting platform 10 is the same as the height of the mounting surface of the conveyor portion 41 of the upper lateral mounting platform 5.
When the elevating motor 85 is driven to lower the elevating table 10, the rear region R of the upper station 2 where the elevating table 10 is located before the movement is in an empty state. In the present embodiment, if the rear region R of the upper station 2 is in an empty state, the upper lateral table 5 of the upper station 2 moves, and the place where the elevating table 10 is located is filled. That is, the upper lateral table 5 moves from the front area F to the rear area R. As a result, the upper station 2 is in an empty state in the front area F.
Similarly, the lower station 3 has a lifting table 11 in the front area F and a lower lateral table 6 in the rear area R. The elevation table 80 of the elevation table 11 is at the same height as the moving table 60 of the lower lateral table 6. More specifically, the height of the mounting surface of the conveyor portion 81 of the vertically movable mounting platform 11 is the same as the height of the mounting surface of the conveyor portion 61 of the lower lateral mounting platform 6.
When the elevating table 11 is raised in a state where the elevating table 11 is present in the front area F and the lower lateral table 6 is present in the rear area R, the lower lateral table 6 of the lower station 3 is moved, and the place where the elevating table 11 is present is filled. That is, the lower lateral table 6 moves from the rear area R to the front area F. As a result, the lower station 3 is in an empty state in the rear area R.
When the elevating table 10 on the rear area R is further lowered and the elevating table 11 on the front area F is raised, the elevating table 10 on the rear area R reaches the lower station 3 and the elevating table 11 on the front area F reaches the upper station 2. The elevating table 10 and the elevating table 11 are respectively housed in a portion that is in an empty state.
Next, a series of operations when the lifting device 1 is used to lift and lower the objects 100 and 101 will be described with reference to fig. 10 and the following. In the present embodiment, an upper side conveyor 15 and a lower side conveyor 16 are included as devices attached to the lifting device 1. The upper conveyor 15 is located at the same height as the upper station 2 of the lifting device 1. More specifically, the height of the mounting surface of the upper conveyor 15 is the same as the height of the mounting surface of the conveyor portion 41 of the upper lateral table 5. The lower side conveyor 16 is located at the same height as the lower side station 3 of the lifting device 1. More specifically, the height of the mounting surface of the lower conveyor 16 is the same as the height of the mounting surface of the conveyor portion 61 of the lower lateral table 6.
In fig. 10(a), the elevating table 10 is provided at the lower station 3 in the rear area R, and the elevating table 11 is provided at the upper station 2 in the front area F.
In this state, the first conveyed material 100 is placed on the lower conveyor 16 and transferred as shown in fig. 10(a), and when it reaches the lifting device 1, the height of the lifting platform 10 positioned lower in the lower station 3 is equal to the height of the lower conveyor 16. Therefore, by driving the conveyor portion 81 of the vertically movable mounting table 10, the first conveyed object 100 can be drawn into the vertically movable mounting table 10 as shown in fig. 10 (b).
When the elevating platform 10 is raised as shown in fig. 10(c), the rear region R of the lower station 3 where the elevating platform 10 is originally located is left vacant. The front area F of the upper station 2 where the elevating platform 11 originally was located is empty.
In this state, as shown by arrows in fig. 10(c), the upper lateral table 5 and the lower lateral table 6 move horizontally in the stations 2 and 3, and move to a position where the upper lateral table is empty as shown in fig. 11 (d). As a result, as shown in fig. 11(d), the moving destinations of the respective elevating tables 10 and 11 become empty. That is, the rear area R of the upper station 2, which is the upper part of the ascending/descending table 10, is in an empty state, and the front area F of the lower station 3, which is the lower part of the descending/descending table 11, is in an empty state.
Then, as shown in fig. 11(e), the vertically movable mounting table 10 reaches the upper station 2, and the vertically movable mounting table 10 is stored at a position where the upper lateral mounting table 5 is originally located (the rear region R of the upper station 2). As a result, the height of the elevating platform 10 and the height of the upper lateral platform 5 are uniform, and the conveyor portions 81 and 41 of the two conveyor portions constitute a continuous conveyance path.
Then, the conveyor units 81 and 41 of both are driven, and as shown in fig. 11(f), the first conveyance object 100 is transferred from the vertically movable table 10 to the upper lateral table 5, and finally, as shown in fig. 12(g), is discharged from the vertically movable device 1 to the upper conveyor 15.
On the other hand, when the lower station 3 is concerned, as shown in fig. 11(e), the lower lateral placing table 6 and the elevating placing table 11 are also aligned in height in the lower station 3, and the conveyors 81 and 61 of both form a continuous conveying path.
When the second conveyance object 101 reaches the lifting device 1, the second conveyance object 101 is pulled into the lower lateral placing table 6 as shown in fig. 11(e), and further enters the adjacent lifting placing table 11 as shown in fig. 11(f) and 12 (g).
Next, as shown in fig. 12(h), when the elevating table 10 on the rear region R side is lowered, the elevating table 11 on the driven front region F side is raised, and the second conveyance object 101 placed on the elevating table 11 is raised.
As the elevating platform 11 is raised, the front area F of the lower station 3 is in an empty state, and as shown in fig. 12(h) and 12(i), the lower lateral platform 6 is moved horizontally to fill the position where the elevating platform 11 was originally located.
Similarly, the upper station 2 is also in an empty state in the rear region R as the elevating table 10 is lowered, and the upper lateral table 5 is horizontally moved to fill the position where the elevating table 10 originally was located, as shown in fig. 12(h) and 12 (i).
Then, as shown in fig. 13(j) and 13(k), the conveyance object 101 is discharged from the elevating table 11 to the upper conveyor 15.
After that, the series of operations described above is repeated to continuously move the conveyed material from the lower conveyor 16 to the upper conveyor 15.
In the lifting device 1 of the present embodiment, while one of the areas R, F is raised to discharge the conveyed material 100 that has reached the upper station 2, a new conveyed material can be conveyed to the lower station 3 of the other area R, F. Therefore, the conveyed material can be conveyed to the upper side without wasting time.
In the above-described embodiment, as a device attached to the lifting device 1, one upper conveyor 15 and one lower conveyor 16 are provided. That is, the upper side conveyor 15 and the lower side conveyor 16 are provided only on one side surface of the lifting device 1. However, as shown in fig. 15, 2 upper conveyors 15 and 2 lower conveyors 16 may be provided as devices attached to the lifting device 1. That is, the upper conveyors 15a and 15b may be provided on both side surfaces of the upper station 2 of the elevator apparatus 1, and the lower conveyors 16a and 16b may be provided on both side surfaces of the lower station 3.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the transport object 100 is transported from the lower side to the upper side has been described, and the lifting device 1 of the present embodiment can be used also in an application where the transport object 100 is transported from the upper side to the lower side. The side surface of the lifting device 1, that is, the first side surface or the second side surface of the lifting device 1, from which the conveyance object is fed, may be any side surface from which the conveyance object is fed.
If a possible delivery route is illustrated, as shown in fig. 15.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 15, the lower station 3 can feed and discharge the conveyance object from both side surfaces of the elevator apparatus 1, that is, the first side surface and the second side surface of the elevator apparatus 1, and the upper station 2 can feed and discharge the conveyance object from both side surfaces of the elevator apparatus 1.
Fig. 15(a) and 15(c) show a different-layer straight-line ascending path for feeding the conveyance object from the lower station 3 and one side surface of the lifting device 1 to the upper station 2 and to the side of the traveling direction of the conveyance object, and a different-layer straight-line descending path for feeding the conveyance object from the upper station 2 and one side surface of the lifting device 1 to the lower station 3 and to the side of the traveling direction of the conveyance object.
In other words, fig. 15(a) and 15(c) show a first route in which the conveyance object is fed from the first side surface side in the lower station 3 and the conveyance object is fed to the second side surface side in the upper station 2, or in which the conveyance object is fed from the second side surface side in the lower station 3 and the conveyance object is fed to the first side surface side in the upper station 2. Fig. 15(a) and 15(c) show a fourth route in which the conveyance object is fed from the first side surface side in the upper station 2 and the conveyance object is fed to the second side surface side in the lower station 3, or the conveyance object is fed from the second side surface side in the upper station 2 and the conveyance object is fed to the first side surface side in the lower station 3.
Fig. 15(b) shows a lower linear travel route for feeding a conveyed material from one side surface of the lower station 3 and the lifting device 1 and feeding the conveyed material from the other side surface of the lower station 3, and an upper linear travel route for feeding the conveyed material from one side surface of the upper station 2 and the lifting device 1 and feeding the conveyed material from the other side surface of the upper station 2.
In other words, fig. 15(b) shows a second route in which the conveyed material is fed from the first side surface side in the lower station 3 and the conveyed material is fed to the second side surface side in the lower station 3, or the conveyed material is fed from the second side surface side in the lower station 3 and the conveyed material is fed to the first side surface side in the lower station 3. Fig. 15(b) shows a fifth route in which the conveyed material is fed from the first side surface side in the upper station 2 and the conveyed material is fed to the second side surface side in the upper station 2, or the conveyed material is fed from the second side surface side in the upper station 2 and the conveyed material is fed to the first side surface side in the upper station 2.
Fig. 15(d) shows a U-turn-around ascending path for feeding the transported material from the lower station 3 and one side surface of the lifting device 1 to the upper station 2 and feeding the transported material to the opposite side to the traveling direction of the transported material, and a U-turn-around descending path for feeding the transported material from the upper station 2 and one side surface of the lifting device 1 to the lower station 3 and feeding the transported material to the opposite side to the traveling direction of the transported material.
In other words, fig. 15(d) shows a third route in which the conveyed material is fed from the first side surface side in the lower station 3 and fed to the first side surface side in the upper station 2, or the conveyed material is fed from the second side surface side in the lower station 3 and fed to the second side surface side in the upper station 2. Fig. 15(d) shows a sixth route in which the conveyed material is fed from the first side surface side in the upper station 2 and the conveyed material is fed to the first side surface side in the lower station 3, or the conveyed material is fed from the second side surface side in the upper station 2 and the conveyed material is fed to the second side surface side in the lower station 3.
When the lifting device 1 is used as a sorting device, it is desirable that the above-described respective routes can be switched according to a predetermined signal.
At least, the device is preferably a device capable of selecting and carrying out at least any of different layer straight direction routes (the first route or the fourth route) and any of straight traveling routes (the second route or the fifth route), and capable of changing the discharge direction according to the conveyed material.
In the above-described embodiment, the frame 20 has two regions R, F and 2 lifting tables 10 and 11 are disposed, but the frame 20 may be divided into 3 or more regions R, F and 3 or more lifting tables may be disposed.
However, in this case, it is necessary to provide independent elevating power sources for the elevating tables 10 and 11. Further, a plurality of lateral placement tables need to be provided in each station 2, 3.
Fig. 16 shows a lifting device 8 having 3 lifting tables 10, 11, 12. In the lifting device 8, 2 upper lateral placing tables 5a and 5b are provided at the upper station 2. In addition, 2 lower lateral tables 6a and 6b are also provided in the lower station 2. In fig. 16, the elevating tables 10, 11, and 12 are shown by hatching.
In the lifting apparatus 8 of the present embodiment, when any of the lifting tables 10, 11, 12 is positioned at the upper station 2, the upper lateral tables 5a, 5b are positioned adjacent to the lifting tables 10, 11, 12 to form a continuous conveyance path. Similarly, when any of the elevating tables 10, 11, and 12 is positioned at the lower station 3, the lower lateral tables 6a and 6b are positioned adjacent to the elevating tables 10, 11, and 12 to form a continuous conveyance path.
When the elevating tables 10, 11, 12 are separated from the upper station 2 or the lower station 3, the upper lateral tables 5a, 5b or the lower lateral tables 6a, 6b move to the positions where the elevating tables 10, 11, 12 were located.
In addition, the above-described embodiment has a 2-layer structure, and only one upper side station 2 is provided above the lower side station 3, but a more-layer structure may be adopted.
Fig. 17 shows a 3-tier lifting device 13 having a 2-tier upper station.
The lifting device 13 includes a 3-tier station (upper-side station) 35 and a 2-tier station (upper-side station) 36. The 3-tier station 35 has the same structure as the previous embodiment, and includes an upper lateral table 5.
The 2-stage station 36 is a floor between the lower station 3 and the 3-stage station 35, and is located lower than the middle of the stations by the lower station 3.
The 2-stage station 36 has an upper lateral table 37.
As shown in fig. 17(a), if the elevating table 10 is positioned at the lower station 3 and the elevating table 11 is positioned at the 3-layer station 35, the elevating table 10 is moved to the 3-layer station 35 and the elevating table 11 is moved to the lower station 3, the description will be given.
In this case, as shown in fig. 17(a), the upper lateral table 37 of the 2-tier station 36 is positioned in the front area F, and the rear area R is left vacant.
In this state, the elevating platform 10 in the rear area R is raised to pass through the rear area R of the 2-tier station in an empty state.
Since the vertically movable platform 10 in the rear area R and the vertically movable platform 11 in the front area F operate in synchronization with each other, they intersect each other at a position above the 2-stage point 36 as shown in fig. 17 (b).
Then, when the elevating platform 10 in the rear area R passes through the 2-layer station 36, the upper lateral platform 37 at the 2-layer station 36 is moved from the front area F to the rear area R as shown in fig. 17(c), and the front area F is set to an empty state. The elevating platform 11 in the front area F continues to descend and passes through the front area F of the 2-tier station 36 in an empty state.
Then, as shown in fig. 17(d), the vertically movable platform 10 in the rear area R finally reaches the 3-tier station 35, and the vertically movable platform 11 in the front area F finally reaches the lower station 3.
In addition, in the lifting device 13 of the present embodiment, the transport object can be sent out to the 2-tier station 36, or the transport object can be sent in from the 2-tier station 36.
In the lifting device 13 of the present embodiment, the 2-tier station 36 is located between the lower station 3 and the 3-tier station 35 and is located lower than the lower station 3 than the middle of the two stations, but may be located closer to the 3-tier station 35.
The linear member 98 is not limited to a wire, and a chain, a rope, a belt, or the like may be used.
In the above-described embodiment, the elevation motor 85 as the power source for elevation is mounted on both the elevation tables 10 and 11, but the elevation motor 85 may be mounted on only one of the elevation tables 10 and 11, and the other may be driven by the linear member 98.
In the above-described embodiment, the elevating motors 85 as the elevating power sources are mounted on the elevating tables 10 and 11, and the elevating tables 10 and 11 may be elevated by an operation such as rolling up the linear members 98 by providing the elevating motors on the frame 20 side.
Further, the power of the elevating motor 85 is transmitted to the conveyor portion 81 by switching with a clutch or the like, and the conveyor portion 81 can be driven.
Similarly, in the above-described embodiment, the traveling motors 45 and 65 are provided on the upper lateral table 5 and the lower lateral table 6, respectively, or only one of them may be provided. Further, the upper lateral mounting table 5 and the lower lateral mounting table 6 may be coupled by a linear member 98 such as a wire or a chain, and one of the upper lateral mounting table 5 and the lower lateral mounting table 6 may be moved by a moving motor to be driven by the other.
Further, the traveling motor may be provided on the frame 20 side, and the upper lateral table 5 and the lower lateral table 6 may be moved synchronously by an operation such as linear movement of the linear member.

Claims (8)
1. A lifting device is characterized in that:
the method comprises the following steps: an upper side station; a lower side station; a plurality of lifting loading platforms capable of moving up and down between the upper station and the lower station; one or more upper lateral tables at the upper station, which are movable in a lateral direction; and one or more lower lateral tables at the lower lateral station, which are movable in the lateral direction,
when any one of the elevating tables is positioned at the upper station, the upper lateral table is positioned adjacent to the elevating table, and a continuous conveying path is formed by the upper lateral table and the elevating table,
when the elevating table is separated from the upper station, the upper lateral table is moved to a position where the elevating table is located,
when any one of the elevating tables is positioned at the lower station, the lower lateral table is positioned adjacent to the elevating table, and a continuous conveying path is formed by the lower lateral table and the elevating table,
when the elevating table is separated from the lower station, the lower lateral table is moved to a position where the elevating table is located.
2. The lifting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that:
the elevating platform, the upper lateral platform and the lower lateral platform are all provided with a conveyor device.
3. The lifting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that:
the plurality of elevating tables are connected by a linear member, and when one of the elevating tables moves upward, the other elevating table moves downward, and when one of the elevating tables moves downward, the other elevating table moves upward.
4. The lifting device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that:
the plurality of elevating tables are connected by a linear member, and when one of the elevating tables moves upward, the other elevating table moves downward, and when one of the elevating tables moves downward, the other elevating table moves upward.
5. The lifting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the lifting device has a first lateral side and a second lateral side,
the lower station can feed and/or discharge the conveyed material from the first and/or second lateral side of the lifting device,
the upper station can feed and/or discharge the conveyed material from the first side and/or the second side of the lifting device,
the conveyance object can be conveyed at least along any of the following routes:
(1) a first route which is a route for carrying in a conveyed article from the first side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyed article to the second side surface side of the upper station, or a route for carrying in a conveyed article from the second side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyed article to the first side surface side of the upper station,
(2) a second route which is a route for carrying in the conveyed material from the first side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyed material to the second side surface side of the lower station, or a route for carrying in the conveyed material from the second side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyed material to the first side surface side of the lower station,
(3) a third route which is a route for carrying in the conveyed material from the first side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyed material to the first side surface side of the upper station, or a route for carrying in the conveyed material from the second side surface side of the lower station and carrying out the conveyed material to the second side surface side of the upper station,
(4) a fourth route that is a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the first side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the second side surface side of the lower station, or a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the second side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the first side surface side of the lower station,
(5) a fifth route that is a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the first side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the second side surface side of the upper station, or a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the second side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the first side surface side of the upper station,
(6) and a sixth route that is a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the first side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the first side surface side of the lower station, or a route for carrying in the conveyance object from the second side surface side of the upper station and carrying out the conveyance object to the second side surface side of the lower station.
6. The lifting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:

7. The lifting device as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that:
with multiple levels of upper side stations.
8. A sorting device characterized by:
a plurality of stations are provided at different positions, each station has a plurality of areas for arranging the loading table, and comprises a plurality of lifting loading tables moving among the stations with different heights and a transverse loading table moving in the transverse direction in each station,
when any one of the elevating tables is located in an area in any station, the lateral tables of the station are located in adjacent areas to form a continuous conveying path by the lateral tables and the elevating tables,
when the elevating table is separated from the station, the horizontal table is moved to a position where the elevating table is located, and the area where the horizontal table is located is in an empty state,
the other elevating table is accommodated in the region that becomes the empty state.
