Description

一种LED前照灯多透镜结构
技术领域
本发明属于汽车灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED前照灯多透镜结构。
背景技术
全LED前照灯已渐成主流整车厂的首要选择,透镜式LED模组的多样性及造型可塑性深得整车厂及用户的喜爱。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:但在城市里的夜间行车,点亮近光灯时,只有一个近光透镜点亮,其余的透镜均未发光,显示不出多透镜的优势,严重的影响了整灯的造型效果及整车美观度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种近光点亮时,实现远光透镜在主可视范围内的通透点亮效果的LED前照灯多透镜结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种LED前照灯多透镜结构,具有:
下盖,所述下盖的第一端设有开口;
远光透镜,安装在所述下盖的开口上;
电路板,安装在所述下盖上,所述电路板位于所述远光透镜后部;
远光LED,安装在所述电路板上;
辅助光源,安装在所述电路板上;
散热器,安装在所述下盖上,所述散热器位于所述电路板后部;
后盖,安装在所述下盖上,所述后盖位于所述下盖后部;
风扇,安装在所述后盖上;
第一上盖,与所述下盖连接,所述第一上盖覆盖所述下盖的上方开口;
第二上盖,与所述第一上盖连接。
所述第一上盖上设有通孔,所述第二上盖上对应所述通孔位置处设有散热孔。
所述辅助光源在高度方向上在远光LED的上方4~8MM;辅助光源照射方向的位置0~6MM以内。
辅助光源透过透镜后形成的光型在截止线下方五度以下,且辅助光源光型在与近光光型叠加后满足法规的前提下提高车辆前方视野范围内的照度。
辅助光源与近光同时点亮时,辅助光源光型在与近光光型叠加后的近光截止线上方的光强在400cd以下,以保证满足法规的要求。
辅助光源的电源由近光电源供电,当近光灯点亮时,辅助光源同时点亮。
所述辅助光源单颗或多颗成线性排列LED。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果,实现远光透镜在主可视范围内的通透点亮效果。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
参见图1-14,一种LED前照灯多透镜结构,具有:
下盖,下盖的第一端设有开口;
远光透镜,安装在下盖的开口上;
电路板,安装在下盖上,电路板位于远光透镜后部;
远光LED,安装在电路板上;
辅助光源,安装在电路板上;
散热器,安装在下盖上,散热器位于电路板后部;
后盖,安装在下盖上,后盖位于下盖后部;
风扇,安装在后盖上;
第一上盖,与下盖连接,第一上盖覆盖下盖的上方开口;
第二上盖,与第一上盖连接。
第一上盖上设有通孔,第二上盖上对应通孔位置处设有散热孔。
在远光透镜模组上新增一LED模组,LED设置可分为单颗或多颗成线性排列,其高度方向及光源照射方向的位置需综合透镜位置、透镜类型进行综合调整确认,保证透镜点亮时的通透性。新增LED模组在高度方向上应控制在功能性光源(原光源)的上方4~8MM的范围内;光源照射方向的位置应控制在0~6MM以内,具体的数值需结合透镜类型作匹配性调整。
新增LED模组透过透镜后形成的光型需要控制在截止线下方五度以下,且使新增光型在近光光型的合理叠加范围,以保证其光型在满足法规的前提下尽可能的提高车辆前方视野范围内的有效照度,如图10所示。
新增LED模组与近光同时点亮时,其近光截止线上方的光强应控制在400cd以下,以保证满足法规的要求;图11所示的为新增光源的等照度曲线示意图,图12、图13为光型叠加后的等照度曲线示意图。
辅助光源的电源由近光电源供电,当近光灯点亮时,辅助光源同时点亮。
辅助光源单颗或多颗成线性排列LED。新增LED模组后需新增散热面积或被动散热装置。
在远光透镜模组或非近光透镜模组上新增一组LED光源,满足透镜点亮时的通透照明效果,但不影响近光光型及相关法规。新增LED光源在非近光透镜模组的光源照射方向的垂直平行面上。
发光装置,用于汽车前置照明,包括基架、远光透镜模组、近光透镜模组,非近光透镜模组区域包括一种辅助光源,辅助光源与近光透镜模组共同点亮,辅助光源与近光透镜模组共同点亮,点亮后辅助光源与近光透镜模组的出光合成后在近光截止线上方的光强小于400cd。辅助光源通过透镜形成的光型在近光截止线下方五度以下。辅助光源与近光透镜模组的电源供电。辅助光源位于远光透镜模组内,通过远光透镜模组的透镜出光。
采用上述的结构后,通过新增一组或多组LED光源模组,使LED前照灯在夜间的照明过程中完美的展现出了整灯的设计意图,在满足照明的前提下给用户一种新的体验,真正的实现了多透镜LED模组在夜间行驶中的造型效果。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种LED前照灯多透镜结构,其特征在于,具有:
下盖,所述下盖的第一端设有开口;
远光透镜,安装在所述下盖的开口上;
电路板,安装在所述下盖上,所述电路板位于所述远光透镜后部;
远光LED,安装在所述电路板上;
辅助光源,安装在所述电路板上;
散热器,安装在所述下盖上,所述散热器位于所述电路板后部;
后盖,安装在所述下盖上,所述后盖位于所述下盖后部;
风扇,安装在所述后盖上;
第一上盖,与所述下盖连接,所述第一上盖覆盖所述下盖的上方开口;
第二上盖,与所述第一上盖连接;
所述第一上盖上设有通孔,所述第二上盖上对应所述通孔位置处设有散热孔;
所述辅助光源在高度方向上在远光LED的上方4~8MM;
辅助光源透过透镜后形成的光型在截止线下方五度以下,且辅助光源光型在与近光光型叠加后满足法规的前提下提高车辆前方视野范围内的照度;
辅助光源与近光同时点亮时,辅助光源光型在与近光光型叠加后的近光截止线上方的光强在400cd以下;
