本发明涉及一种抗震性能好的隔墙板,其包括墙体、上部卡槽以及下部导槽;其中,所述墙体包括装饰面板、结构体、填充体以及悬挂绳;所述结构体呈柱状结构,并依次拼接;所述填充体填充于结构体的空腔内;所述装饰面板固定于结构体的外侧面;所述悬挂绳设置在结构体的顶部;所述上部卡槽卡持于墙体的上部,其上设有抗震挂钩,悬挂绳挂于抗震挂钩上;所述下部导槽卡持于墙体的底部。本发明的隔墙板具有结构简单、施工方便,隔声性能较好且抗震性能好等诸多优点。

Description

一种抗震性能好的隔墙板
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种隔墙板,具体涉及一种抗震性能好的隔墙板,属于建筑工程技术领域。
【背景技术】
目前建筑物内使用的隔墙板主要有两种类型,一种是以混凝土材料为主体的轻质隔墙板,一种是轻钢龙骨石膏板隔墙板。
混凝土轻质隔墙板重量相对较大,安装时需要采用钢钉进行固定,然后拼缝处用砂浆填缝。这种做法施工时较麻烦,同时因为该隔墙板安装时用钢钉彼此连接,以及与建筑主体结构连接,属于刚性连接,在地震效应下,该连接处极易破坏,导致隔墙倒塌,造成人员伤害。
轻钢龙骨石膏板隔墙板施工相对复杂,需要先支设轻钢龙骨框架,然后填充轻质隔声材料,外敷石膏板,最后与建筑主体进行固定连接。该隔墙重量较轻,但施工麻烦,在地震效应下也存在倒塌风险。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种创新的抗震性能好的隔墙板,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、施工方便,隔声性能较好且抗震性能好的隔墙板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种抗震性能好的隔墙板,其包括墙体、上部卡槽以及下部导槽;其中,所述墙体包括装饰面板、结构体、填充体以及悬挂绳;所述结构体呈柱状结构,并依次拼接;所述填充体填充于结构体的空腔内;所述装饰面板固定于结构体的外侧面;所述悬挂绳设置在结构体的顶部;所述上部卡槽卡持于墙体的上部,其上设有抗震挂钩,悬挂绳挂于抗震挂钩上;所述下部导槽卡持于墙体的底部。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:单个结构体呈正八边形的柱状结构,通过螺栓或铆接连接相邻结构体的拼接面而形成一整体的结构体。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:所述结构体的拼接面在结构体顶部设有一段凸起;所述悬挂绳设置在凸起的顶部。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:所述结构体的一端突出所述装饰面板形成突出端;所述结构体的另一端凹陷入装饰面板形成空腔端,使得相邻结构体的突出端嵌入空腔端。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:所述上部卡槽呈翻转的凹字形,其内口宽度同所述凸起宽度,高度大于所述凸起高度,其卡持于凸起上;所述上部卡槽设置有螺栓孔。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:所述抗震挂钩呈一个直角和倒V形的组合形状;一个直角边用螺栓通过上部卡槽的螺栓孔与建筑物梁连接,螺栓亦固定住上部卡槽;另一个直角边与倒V形的一个斜边相连,形成一个向下的锐角端;倒V形的顶部抵接所述上部卡槽的底面。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:所述悬挂绳卡入所述抗震挂钩的锐角端。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板进一步为:所述下部导槽呈凹字形,内口宽度同结构体横向截面宽度;所述下部导槽侧面厚度和装饰面板厚度相同;所述下部导槽底面等间距布置有螺栓孔。
本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板还可为:所述装饰面板与结构体之间通过胶结连接或射钉连,或在相邻结构体拼接处的凹槽内设置连接件与装配面板相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板结构简单,其结构体刚度较好,且形状规整,容易拼接,亦可以根据需要组成不同长度的墙体组合段,结构体内的空腔可以填入填充体,以达到保温隔声的作用。
2.本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板的装饰面板与结构体之间既可以通过在外侧面处胶结连接或射钉连接,亦可以通过在相邻结构体拼接处形成的凹槽内设置连接件与装配面板相连,因此为装饰面板材质的选择提供了多种选择的可能。
3.本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板通过上部卡槽、下部导槽可将墙体位置固定住,同时因导槽和卡槽的作用,墙体在安装时不需要再去控制墙体垂直度,施工方便快捷,同时每个墙体组合段亦能相互嵌合,既能保证墙体拼接紧密,亦可避免通缝。
4.本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板的悬挂绳卡入抗震挂钩内,悬挂绳不易从抗震挂钩中脱出来,由此在地震荷载作用下,在隔墙固定件破坏后,悬挂绳能立即起效,将墙板悬挂住,避免了隔墙板的倒塌,从而防止出现人员伤亡事故。
5.本发明的抗震性能好的隔墙板是一种组合隔墙,墙体安装后可以根据需要进行拆卸并再次组装,为建筑内的空间重新分割提供了便利,同时也提高了隔墙的利用率,避免材料浪费。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅说明书附图1至附图8所示,本发明为一种抗震性能好的隔墙板,其由墙体1、上部卡槽2以及下部导槽3等几部分组成。
其中,所述墙体1由装饰面板11、结构体12、填充体13以及悬挂绳14等几部分组成。所述结构体12呈柱状结构,并依次拼接。在本实施方式中,单个结构体12呈正八边形的柱状结构,通过螺栓或铆接连接相邻结构体12的拼接面121而形成一整体的结构体12。
所述填充体13填充于结构体12的空腔内,以提高墙体1的隔音或保温等性能。
所述装饰面板11固定于结构体12的外侧面,具体的说,装饰面板11与结构体12之间既可以通过在外侧面123处胶结连接或射钉连接,亦可以通过在相邻结构体拼接处形成的凹槽124内设置连接件与装配面板11相连,因此为装饰面板11材质的选择提供了多种选择的可能。
进一步的,所述结构体12的拼接面121在结构体12顶部设有一段凸起1211。所述结构体12的一端突出所述装饰面板11形成突出端15;所述结构体12的另一端凹陷入装饰面板11形成空腔端16,使得相邻结构体12的突出端15嵌入空腔端16,如附图8所示,从而根据需要组成不同长度的墙体组合段,并能保证墙体拼接紧密,亦可避免通缝。
所述悬挂绳14设置在结构体12的顶部,具体的说,所述悬挂绳14设置在凸起1211的顶部。
所述上部卡槽2卡持于墙体1的上部,其上设有抗震挂钩22,悬挂绳14挂于抗震挂钩22上。具体的说,所述上部卡槽2呈翻转的凹字形,其内口宽度同所述凸起1211宽度,高度大于所述凸起1211高度,其卡持于凸起1211上;所述上部卡槽2设置有螺栓孔211。
所述抗震挂钩22呈一个直角和倒V形的组合形状;一个直角边222用螺栓通过上部卡槽2的螺栓孔211与建筑物梁连接,螺栓亦固定住上部卡槽2;另一个直角边222与倒V形的一个斜边223相连,形成一个向下的锐角端224。所述悬挂绳14卡入所述锐角端224。所述倒V形的顶部抵接所述上部卡槽2的底面。由于倒V形的抗震挂钩22,悬挂绳14不宜从抗震挂钩22中脱出来,由此在地震荷载作用下,在隔墙固定件破坏后,悬挂绳14能立即起效,将墙板1悬挂住,避免了隔墙板的倒塌,从而防止出现人员伤亡事故。
所述下部导槽3卡持于墙体1的底部。具体的说,所述下部导槽3呈凹字形,内口宽度同结构体12横向截面宽度;所述下部导槽3侧面31厚度和装饰面板11厚度相同。所述下部导槽3底面32等间距布置有螺栓孔321。
本发明的具有较好抗震性能的隔墙板通过上部卡槽2、下部导槽3可将墙体位置固定住,同时因上部卡槽2、下部导槽3的作用,墙体1在安装时不需要再去控制墙体垂直度,施工方便快捷。
本发明的具有较好抗震性能的隔墙板,在安装后可以根据需要进行拆卸并再次组装,为建筑内的空间重新分割提供了便利,同时也提高了隔墙的利用率,避免材料浪费。

1.一种抗震性能好的隔墙板,其特征在于:包括墙体、上部卡槽以及下部导槽;其中,所述墙体包括装饰面板、结构体、填充体以及悬挂绳;所述结构体呈柱状结构,并依次拼接;所述填充体填充于结构体的空腔内;所述装饰面板固定于结构体的外侧面;所述悬挂绳设置在结构体的顶部;所述上部卡槽卡持于墙体的上部,其上设有抗震挂钩,悬挂绳挂于抗挂钩上;所述下部导槽卡持于墙体的底部;
所述抗震挂钩呈一个直角和倒V形的组合形状;一个直角边用螺栓通过上部卡槽的螺栓孔与建筑物梁连接,螺栓亦固定住上部卡槽;另一个直角边与倒V形的一个斜边相连,形成一个向下的锐角端;倒V形的顶部抵接所述上部卡槽的底面;所述悬挂绳卡入所述抗震挂钩的锐角端;
所述装饰面板与结构体之间通过胶结连接或射钉连,或在相邻结构体拼接处的凹槽内设置连接件与装配面板相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗震性能好的隔墙板,其特征在于:单个结构体呈正八边形的柱状结构,通过螺栓或铆接连接相邻结构体的拼接面而形成一整体的结构体。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗震性能好的隔墙板,其特征在于:所述结构体的拼接面在结构体顶部设有一段凸起;所述悬挂绳设置在凸起的顶部。
