The invention discloses a cleaning preparation for removing pesticide residues, which comprises edible salt, ozone water, sodium bicarbonate, activated carbon, calcium carbonate and an auxiliary agent, wherein the edible salt, the ozone water, the sodium bicarbonate, the activated carbon, the calcium carbonate and the auxiliary agent are prepared from 5-10 parts by weight of edible salt, 30-40 parts by weight of ozone water, 10-20 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 10-15 parts by weight of activated carbon, 10-15 parts by weight of calcium carbonate and 5-10 parts by weight of the auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises a cosolvent and a surfactant, and the weight ratio of the cosolvent to the surfactant is 1: 1. The cleaning preparation for removing pesticide residues provided by the invention can effectively separate the pesticide attached to the surfaces of the vegetables and fruits, effectively decompose carbamate and organic phosphorus substances of the pesticide, effectively kill harmful bacteria on the surfaces of the vegetables and fruits, does not damage nutrient substances of the vegetables and fruits, is environment-friendly and harmless, and has a pesticide removal rate of more than eighty percent.

Background
Since the influence of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits on human health has been widely paid attention to, food poisoning may occur due to eating of vegetables and fruits containing pesticide residues. People also try to wash vegetables and fruits by using common detergents, and although the common detergents can wash off part of residual pesticides, a large amount of residues still exist, and the residues of the detergents can also have adverse effects on human health.
