The motor controller 5 controls high voltage on the whole vehicle, which is the prior art, and is mainly realized by controlling the on-off of a main positive relay and a main negative relay arranged between a battery pack and high-voltage electric equipment (a motor, a DCDC converter and the like). The motor controller 5 is connected to an instrument controller 8 on the vehicle. After receiving the start prohibition instruction, the motor controller 5 sends a signal to the meter controller 8 when receiving the signal sent by the start switch 4, and the meter controller 8 controls the meter display screen 9 to display that the vehicle is not authorized to start.
And the vehicle-mounted communication terminal 3 is wirelessly connected with the APP on the handheld terminal 2. After the car rental order is generated, the car networking platform 1 sends a secret key according to the car rental order APP and the car-mounted communication terminal 3 of the rented car, the secret key is transmitted through the APP and the car-mounted communication terminal 3 in a wireless communication mode, the car-mounted communication terminal 3 analyzes and compares the secret key, if the secret key is matched, a control instruction is sent to the car body controller 7, and the car door is unlocked by the car body controller 7. authorizing the rented vehicle to start working normally: after a car rental order is generated, the car networking platform (1) searches out the information of the rented car in the car rental order according to the information of the car rental order, and sends an authorized starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) of the car, the vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) sends the authorized starting instruction to the motor controller (5) of the car, and after the motor controller (5) receives the authorized starting instruction, the high voltage electricity of the whole car is started when a starting signal of the car starting switch (4) is received;
locking the car when the car rental order is finished: when a rented vehicle is flamed out, the operation of finishing the renting order is carried out through the APP installed on the handheld terminal (2) and the vehicle networking platform (1) in a communication mode, then the vehicle networking platform (1) finds out rented vehicle information in the rented vehicle order which is finished, and sends a start-forbidding instruction to the vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) sends the start-forbidding instruction to the motor controller (5) of the vehicle, and after the motor controller (5) receives the start-forbidding instruction, the motor controller does not respond when receiving a starting signal of the vehicle starting switch (4).

The electric vehicle work control method based on the cloud platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the APP is used for communicating with the vehicle networking platform (1) to send a vehicle returning instruction and a vehicle renting order, the vehicle networking platform (1) receives the information and then obtains information of a vehicle needing to be returned, the vehicle networking platform (1) obtains the state of a starting switch (4) of the vehicle according to a vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) of the vehicle, the vehicle renting order can be ended when the starting switch (4) is in a closed state, and otherwise the vehicle networking platform (1) sends the information to the APP to remind a customer of flameout the vehicle.

The electric vehicle work control method based on the cloud platform as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein after a vehicle renting order is ended, the vehicle networking platform (1) acquires whether personnel still exist in the rented vehicle according to the detection unit (6) on the rented vehicle, if the personnel still exist, the vehicle networking platform (1) sends information reminding a client of ending the vehicle renting and asking for leaving the vehicle to the APP, if the personnel do not exist on the rented vehicle, the vehicle networking platform (1) sends a control signal to the vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) of the rented vehicle, the vehicle-mounted communication terminal (3) sends the control signal to the vehicle body controller (7), and the vehicle body controller (7) controls the vehicle door to be locked.
