(1) in the running process of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted terminal based on Beidou positioning acquires the position information of the vehicle in real time, and uploads the remaining running mileage to a lease monitoring center;
(2) when the remaining driving mileage of the vehicle is smaller than a first set value, the leasing monitoring center controls the vehicle-mounted terminal to perform low-oil alarm prompt and simultaneously displays a selection information interface for judging whether to add oil or not;
(3) when refueling is selected, a first electronic refueling ticket is sent to the APP end of the user, the vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled to give a sending information prompt and display a map of a nearby refueling station, and the first electronic refueling ticket is used for completing refueling to obtain a first refueling reward;
(4) when the refueling is not selected, the vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled to send out a travel distance limit prompt, the shortest travel distance between the position of the vehicle and a nearest refueling station is calculated in real time, and when the shortest travel distance is smaller than the remaining travel distance of the vehicle and reaches a second set value, the vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled to send out a mandatory selection prompt of immediate vehicle returning and/or immediate refueling;
(5) when the vehicle is selected to return immediately, the vehicle-mounted terminal starts a map to display the position of a legal parking place nearby so as to guide the vehicle to run to the parking place nearby;
(6) when the user selects to refuel immediately, a second electronic refuel ticket is sent to the APP end of the user, the position of a gas station with the closest distance is displayed in a map mode, and refuel is completed by using the second electronic refuel ticket to obtain a second refuel reward;
(7) after the vehicle is used, the leasing monitoring center calculates vehicle leasing cost according to the vehicle driving mileage, time, oil consumption and oil adding reward conditions, and feeds the vehicle leasing cost back to the user APP terminal for automatic fee deduction.

The Beidou positioning-based rental vehicle monitoring and management method according to claim 1, wherein the step (1) is preceded by: the user side downloads the APP of the rental car, after registration is successful, the user APP rents the car and feeds the car back to the rental monitoring center, the rental monitoring center sends a control instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal to open a car door, meanwhile, the identity authentication module is opened to perform identity authentication on the user, and after authentication is successful, the car is allowed to be started.

The Beidou positioning-based rental vehicle monitoring and management method according to claim 1, wherein during vehicle renting, the vehicle position, the remaining driving mileage, the refueling rule, the renting condition and the charging terms of a vehicle to be rented can be checked through the user APP terminal.
