3. the antistatic agent is arranged in the invention to protect the electronic product, so that the electronic product cannot be damaged due to static electricity.
Description of the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention;
the specific implementation mode is as follows:
the invention is further illustrated below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a carrier tape for electronic product transportation, including: the base material layer 1, and top layer 2 and bottom layer 3 covering the upper and lower surfaces of the base material layer 1.
The substrate layer 1 adopts a PET mylar sheet, namely a modified PET material with improved strength, rigidity and heat resistance after a certain reinforcing material is mixed in PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Mylar tabs are commonly used as gaskets in electronic products. In the present invention, the base material layer 1 is a carrier layer using mylar sheet. In addition, positioning holes 10 are uniformly formed and distributed on the base material layer 1 in a die cutting mode. The manufacturing method comprises the step of enabling the molded substrate layer 1 to pass through an automatic die cutting die, and continuously and uniformly forming positioning holes 10 in the substrate layer. The shape and size of the positioning hole 10 can be set according to products such as electronic components for actual production. The thickness of the substrate layer 1 is also made according to actual production, and is usually between 1 and 5 mm.
The top layer 2 adopt transparent PET material, it pastes in the surface of substrate layer 1, top layer 2 passes through the sticky upper surface that pastes at substrate layer 1 of PU. The bottom layer 3 is made of a DE PET material with a color and is adhered to the bottom surface of the base material layer 1.
During production, the PU adhesive is coated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate layer 1, and then the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 3 are respectively compounded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate layer 1.
The top layer 2 and the bottom layer 3 are both made of PET materials, so that the top layer 2 and the bottom layer 3 can be conveniently separated from the base material layer 1. The bottom layer 3 is made of a colored PET material (usually, a blue PET release film is selected), which is used for facilitating identification of the upper and lower surfaces of the carrier tape and has a fool-proof effect. And the carrier tape is prevented from being reversely loaded during feeding.
Because the invention is used for conveying electronic products such as electronic components, and the like, at least one layer of materials in the substrate layer 1, the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 3 is added with an antistatic agent in order to avoid the damage to the electronic products caused by static electricity in the transmission process. In actual production, the following modes can be adopted:
the first mode is as follows:
and adding an antistatic agent into the PU glue. Namely, 1 to 5 weight percent of antistatic agent is added into the PU glue. Preferably 2%. The antistatic agent is preferably a polyurethane antistatic agent. The polyurethane antistatic agent is a compound consisting of a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, can help to reduce the surface resistance of a plastic material, and has a high-efficiency antistatic effect. The polyurethane antistatic agent is an internal antistatic agent, so the addition amount thereof can be increased more than necessary.
When the PU adhesive is used, the PU adhesive added with the polyurethane antistatic agent is coated on the two front sides of the substrate layer 1, and then the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 3 are compounded on the two front sides of the substrate layer 1.
The test of this example was carried out with the following test results:
the second mode is as follows:
antistatic agents are respectively added into the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 3. The polyurethane antistatic agent is also added into the surface layer 2, and the addition amount is 1-3%. The bottom layer 3 is also added with polyurethane antistatic agent, and the addition amount is 1-3%.
The two modes can also be combined, namely, antistatic agents are added into the PU glue and the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 3. Thus, the upper and lower antistatic effects can be formed. The mode is adopted to better provide the antistatic effect and ensure the safety of electronic products. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the polyurethane antistatic agent in the PU adhesive from being precipitated, the polyurethane antistatic agent is also added into the surface layer 2 and the bottom layer 3 so as to ensure the antistatic effect of the whole carrier tape.
The test of this example was carried out with the following test results:
before the electronic product manufacturing method is used, the base material layer 1 of the manufacturing number is compounded with the bottom layer, then the electronic product is placed in the positioning hole 10 of the base material layer 1, and then the surface layer is covered on the surface of the base material layer 1. The electronic product is required to be used, the whole carrier tape is conveyed through the conveying device, the surface layer 2 can be peeled off from the substrate layer 1 through the winding device, and the electronic product is exposed and is grabbed by the manipulator.
It should be understood that the above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
