Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cervical spondylosis and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cervical spondylosis and application thereof.
Background
Cervical spondylosis (cervicalsponylosis) is a syndrome of a series of symptoms and signs caused by degenerative change of cervical intervertebral discs, strain or trauma, dynamic and static balance disorder of soft tissues and vertebrae of neck, intervertebral disc protrusion (or bulging), ligament calcification and hyperosteogeny, so as to stimulate or press cervical nerve roots, spinal cords and blood vessels; the modern society is in tension in working rhythm, people often need to sit for a long time, work at desk for a long time, and stay up overnight in overtime, so that the cervical spondylosis becomes the most common chronic disease in the modern society, and great inconvenience is brought to the life and work of people. At present, the treatment of cervical spondylosis is mainly divided into non-operative treatment, operative treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment:
1. non-surgical treatment
Has good curative effect on most of symptomatic cervical spondylosis patients. Comprises cervical vertebra traction, neck surrounding and neck braking, neck physical therapy, improvement of bad working position and sleeping posture, adjustment of pillow height and other methods. The radicular, vertebral arterial and sympathetic cervical spondylosis are treated mainly non-surgically in the early stage and are mostly cured by non-surgical treatment. When traction and fixation treatment are carried out, some medicines can be selected for use, and the curative effect is better. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, muscle relaxants, neurotrophic agents, etc. are often used in combination. Such as enteric aspirin, fenbiplate, cyclooxygenase 2(COX2) inhibitors, eperisone, mecobalamin, and the like.
(1) Traction of jaw occipital belt
The cervical vertebra traction of the jaw pillow belt can be a sitting position or a horizontal position, the traction weight is 3-5 kg, the duration of each time is 20-30 minutes, 2 times/day, and 2 weeks is a treatment course.
(2) Neck circumference or inflatable neck circumference treatment
The neck cover has various types, and doctors can select the neck cover according to the requirements and characteristics of patients. The inflatable neck circumference has two functions of fixing and traction. The fixation period should be about 3 weeks to maintain and consolidate the therapeutic effect.
2. Surgical treatment
(1) Surgical indications
Significant compression of the spinal cord or nerve roots has led to spinal degeneration; although the disease condition is not serious, the conservative treatment is not effective for half a year or normal life and work are affected; or radiculopathic pain is severe and conservative treatment is ineffective; or some muscles of the upper limbs, especially the muscles in the hands, have weak and atrophy, and have a trend of developing after conservative treatment for 4-6 weeks, the operation treatment should be adopted.
(2) Common operation mode for cervical spondylosis
① anterior cervical decompression fusion, which is a common operation of cervical vertebral body secondary total cutting, nerve decompression, titanium cage bone grafting, and titanium plate fixation fusion, the operation directly cuts intervertebral disc tissue, osteophyte or proliferated fibrous tissue compressing nerves in front of spinal cord, and directly decompresses spinal cord or nerve root.
② posterior decompression is to complete 'indirect decompression' by means of posterior spinal cord shift, the current commonly used operation is vertebral plate single (double) open door spinal canal enlarging and forming, cervical vertebra lateral mass titanium plate fixation or pedicle screw rod fixation, and in recent years, centerpice fixation is used to keep the mobility of cervical vertebra.
③ the traditional common cervical hemilaminectomy decompression and cervical total lamina resection are rarely used.
3. Chinese medicine treatment
The current main traditional Chinese medicine treatment comprises neck rehabilitation granules, girald daphne tablets, bone strengthening capsules and the like, and all the medicines are on the premise that the cervical vertebra is not very seriously stressed. If the cervical vertebra nerve is very severely compressed, the current medicines are difficult to relieve, and finally, the operation treatment is recommended.
Therefore, the existing non-operative treatment method has long effect time and delays the working time; certain risks and sequelae exist in surgical treatment; the existing traditional Chinese medicine has long effect taking time.

Traditional plaster matrix:
1: the black plaster matrix, sesame oil, tung oil and lead pill are decocted, the manual workshop type production has long history, the process is complex and complicated, the unified specification is not realized, the matrix is completely felt by the individual, the curative effect is approved, but the heavy metal lead is contained, and the negative effect is realized.
2: the ointment matrix of the oil wax type does not contain lead or lead, has no side effect, but has poor viscosity.
3: the rosin plaster matrix is composed of rosin and camphor, is well formed, but has poor viscosity and multiple grades of rosin, and is produced seasonally.
4: the white plaster matrix mainly comprises oil and uterine powder, and has high cost and is not commonly used.
The four types of traditional plaster matrixes are widely used, the curative effects are confirmed after long-term verification, but the four types of plaster matrixes have the common characteristics of manual household workshop-type production, small quantity and no standard, cannot meet the requirements of social mass production, and are exiting from the mainstream of the plaster production field.
The following are several major plaster matrices used in modern plaster mass production.
1: the plaster matrix is convenient to produce, does not contain lead, but is easy to cause pollution, inconvenient to transport and store and high in production cost.
2: the plaster matrix of cataplasm type is prepared by mixing hot melt adhesive and solvent type and heating, has the advantages of good viscosity, but poor drug permeability.
3: the solvent-based hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive plaster matrix has good durability, but the plaster has complex production process, high cost and great pollution.
4: the solid plaster matrix prepared by the traditional process is convenient to produce and use, good in durability and good in viscosity, is the mainstream matrix in the plaster production market, and has the defects of more manufacturers and different processes.
5: the solid hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive plaster matrix prepared by the new process is in a solid shape, the color can be customized according to the requirements of customers, the production and the use are convenient, the drug-loading rate is large, the penetration is easy, the durability is good, the viscosity is good, the defect is that the technological content of the plaster matrix is high, and the production process is not popularized in a large area.
The plaster base may be selected as desired, and is not particularly limited herein.
