本发明涉及一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1).先将碳酸氢钠、无水柠檬酸、葡萄糖按重量比为5‑10:8‑12:1进行混合,搅拌均匀;(2).随后边搅拌边加入步骤(1)总重量0.5‑5%的水,其中水以喷雾状的形式加入,进行反应8‑20min,反应后在30‑90℃条件下加热20‑60min除去体系中的水分,即可制得泡腾片用颗粒。本发明的优点:1.原料组分简单,制得的颗粒较大、抗湿性强;2.采用本法制得的颗粒与其他原料进行压片,压片不粘冲、压片过程对湿度没有要求,制得的泡腾片具有稳定性好、硬度高的特点;3.采用本方法制得的腾片颗粒压片制成的泡腾片崩解时间短。

技术领域
本发明属泡腾片制备技术领域,涉及一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,泡腾片的应用反应越来越多,例如在药品、保健品、固体饮料等。自九十年代泡腾片生产工艺要求高的问题一直伴随着至今,对湿度要求高,压片时由于粉末较多导致片剂硬度差,目前泡腾片造粒主要有干法造粒和湿法造粒两种,但是这两种方法造出的颗粒都不能很好解决泡腾片稳定性和硬度不高问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,采用该方法制备的泡腾片用颗粒再与其他原料进行混合压片,可有效提高泡腾片的硬度和稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1).先将碳酸氢钠、无水柠檬酸、葡萄糖按重量比为5-10:8-12:1进行混合,搅拌均匀;
(2).随后边搅拌边加入步骤(1)总重量0.5-5%的水,其中水以喷雾状的形式加入,进行反应8-20min,反应后在30-90℃条件下加热20-60min除去体系中的水分,即可制得泡腾片用颗粒。
进一步,所述步骤(1)中碳酸氢钠:无水柠檬酸:葡萄糖的重量比优选为7-9:7-10:1。
进一步,所述步骤(2)中水的加入量为总重量的2-3%。
本发明中通过葡萄糖具有吸湿性,来吸收柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠反应生成水,从而防止变成链式连锁反应;通过水作为无水柠檬酸和碳酸氢钠的催化剂,水以喷雾状的形式加入,能够喷洒均匀,防止结块;通过加热快速除去反应体系中的水,使柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠产生化学反应中间形成一层惰性的柠檬酸钠(C6H8O7+NaHCO3→Na3C6H5O7),将柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠之间“彻底”隔离,使两者之间不会发生反应,解决了泡腾片稳定性问题,使得泡腾片抗湿强稳定性好。
本发明的优点:1.原料组分简单,制得的颗粒较大、抗湿性强;2.采用本法制得的颗粒与其他原料进行压片,压片不粘冲、压片过程对湿度没有要求,制得的柠檬酸泡腾片具有稳定性好、硬度高的特点;3. 采用本方法制得的泡腾片颗粒压片制成的泡腾片崩解时间短(由5min缩短至3 min)。
具体实施方法
一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,具体实施步骤如下:
实施例1
(1)将40.0g 碳酸氢钠、40.0g 柠檬酸、10.0g葡糖糖倒入500ml三口烧瓶中用电动搅拌器搅拌6 min;
(2)然后边搅拌边加入水3g,水以喷雾状的形式加入,10 min后加热到30℃-50℃,加热20 min,即得泡腾片用颗粒。
实施例2
(1)将50.0g 碳酸氢钠、25.0g 柠檬酸、25.0g 葡萄糖搅拌倒入500ml三口烧瓶中用电动搅拌器搅拌8 min;
(2)然后边搅拌边加入水7g,水以喷雾状的形式加入,12 min后加热到30℃-70℃,加热30 min,即得泡腾片用颗粒。
实施例3
(1)将20.0g 碳酸氢钠、20g 葡萄糖、70.0g柠檬酸在容器中混合,搅拌混合8 min;
(2)然后边搅拌边加入水5g,水以喷雾状的形式加入,8min后加热到50℃-90℃ ,加热50 min,即得泡腾片用颗粒。
实施例4
(1)将40.0g 碳酸氢钠、50.0g柠檬酸、15g 葡萄糖在容器中混合,搅拌混合15 min;
(2)然后边搅拌边加入水7g,水以喷雾状的形式加入,20min后加热到60℃-90℃,加热60 min,即得泡腾片用颗粒。

1.一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1).先将碳酸氢钠、无水柠檬酸、葡萄糖按重量比为5-10:8-12:1进行混合,搅拌均匀;
(2).随后边搅拌边加入步骤(1)总重量0.5-5%的水,其中水以喷雾状的形式加入,进行反应8-20min,反应后在30-90℃条件下加热20-60min除去体系中的水分,即可制得泡腾片用颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中碳酸氢钠:无水柠檬酸:葡萄糖的重量比优选为7-9:7-10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种泡腾片用颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中水的加入量为总重量的2-3%。
