本发明涉及一种建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板, 其特点是以基板作横向延接,由二外端被支持元件嵌 夹,且被定位元件固定,基板有贯通二表面的孔,由二 表面间形成有粗糙表面可被喷浆。

Description

本发明涉及一种建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,它属于建筑物壁墙施工技术领域。
目前,传统的建筑物壁墙施工方法多采用模板式、砖块式;模板式施工技术人员要求较高,且需配合水电工、绑铁工成阶段性施工,工程进度慢,且模板内的水泥浆易空洞,壁墙结构强度低;砖块方式速度慢,且水电管路需待壁墙叠好后再打洞埋设,壁面易裂,结构强度弱;且这些公知方法也不适合作大楼建筑。
本发明的目的是要提供一种建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,壁施工方法简便、快速、应用范围广。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,基板可被横向延接,及由二外端被支持元件嵌夹,以定位元件固定,基板有贯通二表面的孔,由二表面形成有粗糙面可喷浆。由塑胶或金属等适当材质制成硬板,基板有上下贯通的空心管,二表面间有贯通孔,在一端边有结合孔,使基板可由相邻结合孔被连接元件结合。基板表面有凸出肋条、槽轨或粗糙表面。空心管有塞套盖盖为密封盖,或有通孔。基板孔成规格化。基板近二端边的结合孔为对称排列。基板的孔可供连接构件结合,连接构件可由倒钩钩附,及以横槽和直槽供钢筋卡入,或用网挂置。基板的相邻空心管设有导管,且二端有进、出管路,热气在管路中循环流动。
由于采用上述方案,本发明墙壁的构筑简便、容易、施工快速、墙壁重量轻、强度大。
下面通过附图与实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。

本发明是以基板被定位元件由顶、底及一侧边固定在顶、底板及已构筑完成之柱,另一侧边可横向延接,以横向筑成较大面积的壁,由壁的二个较大面积,以喷浆方式筑墙,待其干涸即形成壁,在施工中如需设制管路时,基板可供管路构件穿附结合,如需增加强度时,还可供钢筋或金属网附着。
参见图1,在构筑壁时,必先有梁、柱或上、下地板,本发明采用定位元件12(图4)将支持元件11固定在适当的柱1或梁、上、下地板上,支持元件11支持基板2,使基板2固定。基板2可用塑胶、金属材料等各种材料制作,押制成型,并根据需要可截成数种规格尺寸,基板2为减少水泥的浪费设计成有中空的空心管21,空心管21可减少壁墙的重量;空心管21顶、底边可用塞22盖合,必要时,塞22上开通孔,以供电路配线穿过;塞22有定位孔23,供定位元件固定在上、下地板上;为使壁墙有较好的隔音、隔热效果,基板2还可在空心管内置入发泡体等隔音、隔热材料;塞22本身也可不塞套,使水泥浆可从空心管的孔中注入,以使其与上、下地板粘合,以增加基板2的砌合效果。
如图2、3所示;基板2有通孔23,使喷在基板2二侧的水泥浆可互相结合,通孔23按规则排列,还具有钩接附件功能,基板2二个侧边设有结合孔24,成对规则排列,当二基板2拼接时,可通过结合孔24用铁丝、螺栓等连接元件连接固定;基板2二个面可形成粗糙表面和凹凸的肋条或槽轨,以使水泥浆牢固附着在基板上。
如图4、5、6所示实施例1中,利用数基板2做横向绵延接设,由其拼接边用铁丝等连接元件25固定,且在二外端边以支持元件11嵌夹,支持元件11被定位元件12固定在柱1上,在基板2顶、底边各用塞22套入,部分塞22还被定位元件12固定在上、下地板,基板2表面可被喷浆、整饰。
喷浆主要由水泥、砂等材料复合而成,其喷浆速度约可为20 1/nr,1小时约可喷浆1200 1/nr,厚度约1.5cm,每小时约可施工80平方米,喷浆后60分钟开始干燥,120分钟后硬化。
如图7所示实施例2中;可在基板2所设孔23连接构件26钩附,连接构件26可采用简单的钩附方式,被定位在基板2的孔23由连接构件26上设有横槽与直槽,使钢筋可用卡夹方式被固定,因此,钢筋就不用系绑即可固定,且使钢筋的交错间距固定不变,并使成型的壁达到较佳的强度。
如图8所示实施例3中;连接构件26可被钩附在基板2的孔23上,连接构件26的终端呈尖状,及以横槽供网3钩附,这样,可使网3在灌浆时不外张变形,成型的壁也较为坚固,水泥喷浆效果较好。
如图9所示实施例4中;成型的壁需予设各种管路配件时,可通过塞22的孔,将管路、管线穿套其中,同时,在基板2表面的肋条、槽轨也可供管路隐设、固定定位,壁在喷浆后,管路即埋设其中,日后维修、增设也易从壁外找寻壁内管路。
如图10、11所示实施例5中;当建筑物的壁墙内欲导入热气,形成暖墙时,在基板2的空心管21内可植入导管28,采用粘接方式使导管28具良好的导通作用,由头部设进、出管路,使热气在其间循环流通。

1、一种建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征在于基板可被横向延接,及由二外端被支持元件嵌夹,以定位元件固定,基板有贯通二表面的孔,由二表面形成有粗糙面可喷浆。
2、一种建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征在于由塑胶或金属等适当材质制成硬板,基板有上下贯通的空心管,二表面间有贯通孔,在一端边有结合孔,使基板可由相邻结合孔被连接元件结合。
3、如权利要求2所述的建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征是基板表面有凸出肋条、槽轨或粗糙表面。
4、如权利要求2所述的建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征是空心管有塞套盖,盖为密封盖,或有通孔。
5、如权利要求2所述的建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征是基板孔成规格化。
6、如权利要求2所述的建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征是基板近二端边的结合孔为对称排列。
7、如权利要求2所述的建筑物的壁施工方法及其基板,其特征是基板的孔可供连接构件结合,连接构件可由倒钩钩附,及以横槽和直槽供钢筋卡入,或用网挂置。
