Description

Parking timing method, device, equipment and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of entrance and exit management, in particular to a parking timing method, a parking timing device, parking timing equipment and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
At present, two parking management schemes are mostly adopted by a parking lot for owners of vehicles with multiple vehicles or shared vehicle operators, and one scheme is that the owners of the vehicles with the multiple vehicles or the shared vehicle operators are required to purchase enough monthly rented parking spaces in the frequently-parked parking lot; and the other is to pay parking fee to the owner or the shared vehicle operator who owns a plurality of vehicles according to the temporary vehicle charging standard. However, the two management modes have certain disadvantages, firstly, the cost of car owners and shared car operators is increased when enough monthly parking spaces are purchased, and parking space resources are wasted in most of time; secondly, according to the temporary vehicle charging standard, as the temporary vehicle parking charging is generally higher, more expenditure costs can be borne by vehicle owners and shared vehicle operators who often need to park vehicles in a certain parking lot. Therefore, the two parking lot management modes cannot balance parking space resources with the expenditure costs of car owners and operators.
In summary, how to effectively solve the problem that the balance between parking space resources and the expenditure costs of car owners and operators cannot be achieved is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field at present.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an implementation of a parking timing method according to an embodiment of the invention, which may include the following steps:
s101: when the vehicle to be discharged is detected, according to the identification information of the vehicle to be discharged, the in-field record information of the time period when the vehicle to be discharged stays in the current parking field in the target parking time period when the vehicle to be discharged parks in the current parking field is called out from other vehicles under the owner name of the vehicle to be discharged.
The parking management system of the parking lot can detect whether vehicles to be discharged from the discharging passage exist in real time. And the parking management system can pre-input the identification information of all vehicles under the owner name, such as the license plate information of each vehicle, and associate each identification information. When the vehicle to be discharged is detected, the identification information of the vehicle to be discharged can be obtained, the target parking time period of the vehicle to be discharged for parking in the current parking lot at this time can be obtained, and according to the identification information of the vehicle to be discharged, the in-parking record information of the vehicle to be discharged, which stays in the current parking lot for the time period belonging to the target parking time period, in other vehicles under the owner name of the vehicle to which the vehicle to be discharged belongs can be called. It should be noted that the term "belonging to the target parking time zone" here means that the target parking time zone is regarded as belonging to the target parking time zone as long as there is a time length that coincides with the target parking time zone.
S102: whether a vehicle with an entering time or an exiting time belonging to the target parking time period exists is judged according to the on-site record information, if so, step S103 is executed, and if not, step S105 is executed.
After the in-field recorded information that the current parking time in the parking field belongs to the target parking time period is obtained from the other vehicles under the owner's main name, whether a vehicle with the entering time or the leaving time belonging to the target parking time period exists or not can be judged according to the in-field recorded information. Here, the determination of whether the entry time and the exit time belong to the target parking time period generally means the determination of whether the entry time and the exit time are within the target parking time period, excluding the start time point of the target parking time period.
S103: and dividing the target parking time periods to obtain first sub time periods by taking the entry time of the vehicle with the entry time belonging to the target parking time period and the departure time of the vehicle with the departure time belonging to the target parking time period as first dividing points.
If the vehicles with the entrance time belonging to the target parking time period or the vehicles with the exit time belonging to the target parking time period are determined to exist, the entrance time of the vehicles with the entrance time belonging to the target parking time period and the exit time of the vehicles with the exit time belonging to the target parking time period are used as first dividing points, and the target parking time periods are divided to obtain first sub-time periods.
S104: and performing parking timing operation on the vehicle under the owner name in relation to the target parking time period by combining the superposition relationship between the current parking time of the target vehicle with the departure time belonging to the target parking time period and the size relationship between the number of the vehicles under the owner name staying in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the owner in each first sub-time period.
After dividing the target parking time period in which the vehicle to be parked at the current parking lot is parked at the current parking lot into a plurality of first sub-time periods, combining the coincidence relation between the current parking time of the target vehicle with the parking lot belonging to the target parking time period and the target parking time period, and the size relation between the number of the vehicles parked at the current parking lot under the owner name and the number of the pre-purchased positions of the vehicle owners in each first sub-time period, and performing parking management operation on the vehicles under the owner name in relation to the target parking time period by adopting a first preset management rule.
Specifically, when a target vehicle with departure time belonging to a target parking time period is determined, the time when the target vehicle parks in the current parking lot and the overlapping time of the target parking time period can be identified, because the first charging is carried out and the time sequence is considered, if the target vehicle parks in the current parking lot when the target vehicle departs, the time needing parking timing is generated on a current parking lot device of the target vehicle and the subsequent charging time length is convenient, the timing and charging operation is carried out when the target vehicle departs, the time length of the time length does not need to be considered, and therefore the overlapping time length in the target parking time period can be removed from consideration. The number of pre-purchased parking spaces of the car owner is smaller than the number of the cars under the name of the car owner, the relationship between the number of the cars under the name of the car owner and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the car owner in each remaining first sub-time period is judged, and parking timing operation is performed on the first sub-time period in which the number of the cars staying in the current parking space is larger than the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces, so that parking charging operation can be performed conveniently according to timing duration, and parking timing and charging operation are performed on a target parking time period according to the difference between the number of the cars and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces and the preset charging standard of the unit duration of the current parking space.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a splitting effect of splitting a parking time period of a vehicle to be departed in the embodiment of the present invention, assuming that there are A, B, C vehicles under the owner name and two parking spaces are purchased in a current parking lot in advance, where a starting point of three curves in the time axis of fig. 2 is a vehicle entering time and an ending point is a leaving time. Taking the detected departure time of the vehicle C as an example, the current parking timing calculation process is described. Firstly, according to the departure time of a vehicle C to be departed, finding out the in-field records of other vehicles owned by the vehicle owner at the moment, namely obtaining the in-field records of A, B two vehicles, traversing the obtained in-field records, checking whether the departure time or the entrance time is the record in the target parking time period from the departure of the vehicle C to the entrance of the vehicle C, and if the departure time or the entrance time is the record in the target parking time period from the departure of the vehicle C to the entrance of the vehicle C, segmenting the target parking time period of the vehicle C to obtain a plurality of first sub time periods, namely a time period 1 and a time period 2. And traversing the obtained time periods, checking whether the number of vehicles in the field in each time period is greater than the number of the parking spaces of the vehicle owner, if so, indicating that the time period needs timing charging, otherwise, the timing charging is not needed. In the time period 1, only A, C cars are in the field, which is equal to the number of the pre-purchased car of the car owner, and in the time period 2, A, B, C cars are in the field, which is greater than the number of the pre-purchased car owned by the car owner, so that the parking timing operation of one car needs to be performed on the time period 2, and the amount of money to be paid can be obtained by multiplying the time period 2 by the preset charging standard of unit time length subsequently, and the car owner is charged.
S105: and performing parking timing operation on the vehicles under the owner names in relation to the target parking time period according to the size relation between the number of the vehicles under the owner names in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the owners.
Wherein, the number of the pre-purchased vehicles is less than that of the vehicles under the owner name.
If it is determined that there is no vehicle whose entry time belongs to the target parking time period or no vehicle whose exit time belongs to the target parking time period, the parking timing operation may be performed on the vehicle under the owner name with respect to the target parking time period according to a size relationship between the number of vehicles under the owner name staying in the current parking lot and the number of pre-purchased parking spaces of the owner in the target parking time period. In other words, in this case, it is stated that the number of the vehicle owner parked in the current parking lot is unchanged in the whole process of the current parking lot of the vehicle to be departed, if the number of the vehicles under the name of the vehicle owner staying in the current parking lot is greater than the number of the pre-purchased parking places of the vehicle owner after the vehicle to be departed enters the parking lot, the product of the difference and the target parking time period is directly calculated according to the difference between the two, and then the parking fee required to be paid by the vehicle owner at present can be obtained by multiplying the obtained value by the preset charging amount of unit time period. And if the number of the vehicles under the name of the vehicle owner staying in the current parking lot is less than or equal to the number of the pre-purchased vehicle positions of the vehicle owner after the vehicles to be discharged enter the parking lot, the fact that the vehicle owner does not need to pay the parking fee in the target parking time period is indicated.
According to the technical scheme, the number of the parking spaces purchased by the vehicle owner is smaller than the number of the vehicles under the name of the vehicle owner, when the vehicle of the vehicle owner to be parked is parked out of the parking lot, the target parking time period of the vehicle to be parked in the current parking lot is divided according to the parking time period of the vehicle under the name of the vehicle owner to be parked in the target parking time period. Therefore, the parking timing operation can be carried out on the vehicles under the owner names in relation to the target parking time period by combining the superposition relationship between the current parking time of the target vehicles with the departure time belonging to the target parking time period and the size relationship between the number of the vehicles under the owner names staying in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the vehicle owners in each first sub-time period. Therefore, a vehicle owner or a shared vehicle operator is not required to purchase a large number of parking spaces, the expenditure cost of the vehicle owner and the operator is reduced, the purchased parking spaces are fully utilized, and the parking space resources are well utilized.
It should be noted that, based on the first embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a corresponding improvement scheme. In the following embodiments, steps that are the same as or correspond to those in the first embodiment may be referred to each other, and corresponding advantageous effects may also be referred to each other, which are not described in detail in the following modified embodiments.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another implementation of a parking timing method according to an embodiment of the invention, where the method may include the following steps:
s301: when the vehicles to be discharged are detected, whether the vehicles under the owner name of the vehicles to be discharged have the timing duration to be processed generated by the previous discharge is inquired according to the license plate information of the vehicles to be discharged, if yes, the step S302 is executed, and if not, the step S302 is skipped, and the step S303 is directly executed.
When the vehicle to be discharged is detected, the license plate information of the vehicle to be discharged can be obtained. The parking timing records of all the car owners can be associated with the license plate information of the car owners in advance, and after the license plate information of the cars to be parked is obtained, whether the to-be-processed timing duration generated by early departure exists in all the cars under the names of the car owners of the cars to be parked can be inquired according to the license plate information of the cars to be parked. If yes, it indicates that the owner may not process the generated parking time duration for some reason when driving the vehicle in the name of the owner to leave the parking lot, for example, if the owner does not carry cash at the previous leaving time, the mobile phone does not have to wirelessly scan the code to pay the generated parking fee, in this case, the step S302 may be continuously executed, and if the owner does not, the step S302 may be skipped to directly execute the step S303.
S302: and processing the timing time to be processed.
And under the condition that the to-be-processed timing duration generated by early departure of each vehicle under the owner name of the to-be-departed vehicle is determined, processing can be performed on the to-be-processed timing duration.
S303: and calling the in-site recorded information of the target parking time period of the vehicle to be discharged in the current parking lot among other vehicles under the owner name of the vehicle to be discharged.
S304: whether a vehicle having an entering time or an exiting time belonging to the target parking time zone exists is determined based on the in-field recorded information, if so, step S305 is executed, otherwise, step S305 is skipped and step S306 is directly executed.
S305: and dividing the target parking time periods to obtain first sub time periods by taking the entry time of the vehicle with the entry time belonging to the target parking time period and the departure time of the vehicle with the departure time belonging to the target parking time period as first dividing points.
S306: judging whether an expired time slot of a monthly card pre-transacted by an owner exists in the target parking time slot, if so, executing a step S307, and if not, executing a step S311 on the premise of meeting the judgment condition of S304; if not, step S312 is executed if the determination condition of S304 is not satisfied, and if so, step S313 and step S314 are executed.
When it is detected that the vehicle to be departed is departed, it may be determined whether an expiration time period in which the month card pre-handled by the vehicle owner expires exists within the target parking time period, and on the premise that it is determined that the vehicle in which the entry time or the departure time belongs to the target parking time period exists, if it is determined that the expiration time period in which the month card pre-handled by the vehicle owner expires exists within the target parking time period at the same time, step S307 may be continuously performed. If it is determined that there is no expired time period for the monthly card pre-transacted by the vehicle owner within the target parking time period on the premise of determining that there is a vehicle with the entering time or the leaving time belonging to the target parking time period, the step S311 may be continuously performed. On the premise that it is determined that there is no vehicle whose entering time or leaving time belongs to the target parking time period, if it is determined that there is no expired time period of the monthly card pre-transacted by the vehicle owner in the target parking time period, the step S312 may be continuously executed. On the premise that it is determined that there is no vehicle whose entering time or leaving time belongs to the target parking time period, if it is determined that there is an expired time period in which the monthly card pre-transacted by the vehicle owner expires within the target parking time period, the steps S313 and S314 may be continuously performed.
S307: and segmenting the target parking time period by taking the starting time point and the ending time point of the overdue time period as second segmentation points to obtain second sub time periods.
On the premise that the vehicle with the entrance time or the exit time belonging to the target parking time period is determined, if the overdue time period in which the monthly card pre-handled by the vehicle owner expires is determined in the target parking time period, the target parking time period can be segmented by taking the starting time point and the ending time point of the overdue time period as second segmentation points to obtain second sub-time periods.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating another segmentation effect of segmenting the parking time period of the vehicle to be departed in the embodiment of the present invention, where a time period 3 marked by a dotted line perpendicular to the time axis is an expiration time period, and intersections of two dotted lines and the time axis are, in tandem, an expiration time (a starting time point of the expiration time period) and a delay time (an ending time point of the expiration time period), respectively, or a vehicle to be departed in the seat C is taken as an example, the target parking time period of the vehicle to be departed C is segmented, so as to obtain the time period 3 (a second sub-time period).
S308: and removing each overlapped time period of each first sub time period and each second sub time period to obtain each third sub time period.
After the target parking time period is segmented by taking the starting time point and the ending time point of the expiration time period as second segmentation points to obtain each second sub-time period, each overlapping time period with each second sub-time period in each first sub-time period can be removed to obtain each third sub-time period. As shown in fig. 4, the time segment 3 is removed, and the time segment 1, the time segment 2, and the time segment 4 are obtained.
S309: and performing parking timing operation on the vehicles under the owner name in relation to each third time period by combining the coincidence relation between the current parking time of the target vehicles with the departure time belonging to the target parking time period and each third sub-time period and the size relation between the number of the vehicles under the owner name staying in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the owners in each third sub-time period, so as to obtain first initial timing duration.
After the third sub-time periods are obtained, the parking timing operation can be performed on the vehicles under the owner names in relation to the third time periods to obtain the first initial timing duration by combining the coincidence relation between the current parking time of the target vehicle with the parking time belonging to the target parking time period and the third sub-time periods and the size relation between the number of the vehicles under the owner names staying in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the vehicle owners in the third sub-time periods.
In connection with the above example, as can be seen from fig. 4, in the target parking time period of the vehicle C, the departure record of the vehicle under the owner name does not exist, the size relationship between the number of vehicles under the owner name staying in the current parking lot and the number of pre-purchased vehicle positions of the owner in the time period 1, the time period 2, and the time period 4 can be respectively calculated, there are only A, C vehicles in the parking lot in the time period 1, which is equal to the number of pre-purchased vehicle positions of the owner, and there are A, B, C three vehicles in the parking lot in the time period 2, which is greater than the number of pre-purchased vehicle positions owned by the owner, so that the parking timing operation of one vehicle needs to be performed on the time period 2 and the time period 4 respectively.
S310: and summing the first initial timing duration and each overlapping time to obtain a first target timing duration.
After the first initial timing duration is obtained, the first initial timing duration and each overlapping time may be summed to obtain a first target timing duration. Subsequently, the amount to be paid can be obtained by multiplying the preset charging standard of unit time length and the first target timing time length, and the owner is charged
S311: and performing parking timing operation on the vehicle under the owner name in relation to the target parking time period by combining the superposition relationship between the current parking time of the target vehicle with the departure time belonging to the target parking time period and the size relationship between the number of the vehicles under the owner name staying in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the owner in each first sub-time period.
S312: and performing parking timing operation on the vehicles under the owner names in relation to the target parking time period according to the size relation between the number of the vehicles under the owner names in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the owners.
Wherein, the number of the pre-purchased vehicles is less than that of the vehicles under the owner name.
S313: and performing parking timing operation on the vehicle under the owner name in relation to the target parking time period according to the size relation between the number of the vehicles under the owner name staying in the current parking lot and the number of the pre-purchased parking spaces of the vehicle owner in the remaining time periods except the overdue time period in the target parking time period to obtain second initial timing duration.
On the premise that the vehicles with the entrance time or the exit time belonging to the target parking time period do not exist, if the overdue time period with the month cards pre-transacted by the vehicle owners is determined to exist in the target parking time period, the parking timing operation can be performed on the vehicles with the names of the vehicle owners in relation to the target parking time period according to the size relation between the number of the vehicles with the names of the vehicle owners staying in the current vehicle yard and the number of the pre-purchased vehicle positions of the vehicle owners in the remaining time periods except the overdue time period in the target parking time period, and the second initial timing time length is obtained.
S314: and summing the second initial timing duration and the expiration time period to obtain a second target timing duration.
And summing the second initial timing duration and the expiration time period to obtain a second target timing duration. In other words, under the condition, the parking amount of the vehicle owner in the current parking lot is unchanged in the whole process of parking in the current parking lot when the vehicle to be departed enters the parking lot, if the number of the vehicles under the name of the vehicle owner staying in the current parking lot is calculated to be larger than the number of the pre-purchased vehicle positions of the vehicle owner, the product of the difference and the second target timing time duration is directly calculated according to the difference between the two, and then the calculated value is multiplied by the preset charging amount in unit time duration to obtain the parking fee which needs to be paid by the vehicle owner currently.
