技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车前照灯模组,具体是一种双透镜汽车前照灯模组,通过双透镜及双光源实现远近光切换。
背景技术
汽车和其它机动车的前照灯分为近光灯和远光灯,近光和远光分开的车灯显然造价要高许多。针对分立车灯存在的问题,现在有许多车辆将近光和远光放在一个车灯里边,通过电磁铁带动遮光板实现近光和远光的转换。电磁铁转换的近光、远光车灯,存在机械部件磨损和打火导致寿命短的弊端。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种双透镜汽车前照灯模组,通过双透镜及双光源实现远近光切换,与现有机械运动部件实现远近光切换的方式相比,延长了车灯的使用寿命,低功耗。
为了解决所述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种双透镜汽车前照灯模组,包括沿前照灯光轴依次设置的近光光源、远近光光源、后透镜和前透镜,前透镜凸面为自由曲面,另一面为圆弧面和平面,后透镜的凸面为自由曲面,另一面为平面,前透镜的凸面和后透镜的凸面均朝向前照灯的出光侧;近光光源与后透镜的距离为S1,近光光源与远近光光源的距离为S2,前透镜与后透镜的距离为S3,

进一步的,透镜固定支架为两端敞开的空心圆柱体,前透镜和后透镜分别通过卡簧固定在透镜固定支架的两端。
进一步的,透镜固定支架上设有球头固定件和调节固定件。
进一步的,前透镜的直径为d1,后透镜的直径为d2,d1=d2,且50mm<d1<70mm。
进一步的,前透镜圆弧面为R1,70mm<R1<100mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过双透镜及双光源实现远近光切换,与现有机械运动部件实现远近光切换的方式相比,不含电磁铁,不含反光杯,因为反光杯对光能的损耗比透镜大很大,所以本发明能降低功耗,通过电磁铁控制遮光板转动的过程中,会存在机械部件磨损和打火导致寿命短,本发明取消这些部件后,能降低磨损,大大延长车灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示,传统双光投射式车灯的光路包括光源11、椭球面反光杯12、遮光板13、电磁铁14和透镜15,光源11发出的光经过椭球面反光杯12、透镜15后出射,遮光板13是实现远近光切换的部件,电磁铁14是控制遮光板13是否挡在椭球面反光杯12与透镜15之间从而实现远近光切换,电磁铁14与遮光板13之间有带动遮光板13运动的机械运动部件。在此切换过程中,存在机械部件磨损和打火导致寿命短的弊端。
为了消除此弊端,实现无电磁铁切换,本实施例提供一种双透镜汽车前照灯模组,如图2所示,包括沿前照灯光轴依次设置的近光光源21、远近光光源23、后透镜28和前透镜27,前透镜27凸面为自由曲面,另一面为圆弧面和平面,后透镜28的凸面为自由曲面,另一面为平面,前透镜27的凸面和后透镜28的凸面均朝向前照灯的出光侧;近光光源21与后透镜28的距离为S1,近光光源21与远近光光源23的距离为S2,前透镜27与后透镜28的距离为S3,

本实施例中,前透镜27的自由曲面和后透镜28的自由曲面均为对称式曲面。
本实施例中,近光光源21和远近光光源23均为集成封装光源,具体的,它们均是LED光源,近光光源的功率是10瓦,发光面为矩形发光面,远近光光源的功率是15瓦,发光面为矩形发光面。
本实施例中,前透镜27的直径为d1,后透镜28的直径为d2,d1=d2,且50mm<d1<70mm。前透镜27圆弧面为R1,70mm<R1<100mm。
如图3、4、5所示,近光光源21焊接在近光电路板22上,远近光光源23焊接在远近光电路板24上,连接电路板的近光光源21、远近光光源23均固定在散热器25上,散热器25底部连接散热器后盖26,前透镜27和后透镜28分别固定在透镜固定支架210的两端,透镜固定支架210与散热器25连接在一起后固定在安装支架29上。
本实施例中,透镜固定支架210为两端敞开的空心圆柱体,在透镜固定支架210上设有透镜卡槽,前透镜27和后透镜28分别通过透镜固定卡簧211固定在透镜固定支架210的两端,然后通过透镜模组固定板212固定在安装支架29上。
透镜固定支架210上设有球头固定件213和调节固定件214,球头固定件213为固定点。调节固定件214为方向调节点,此处所述固定和方向调节是指本前照灯模组在整个前照灯中的固定和方向调节,与远近光切换没有关系。
需要近光时,近光光源21发光,其发出的光经过后透镜28和前透镜27的折射后射出,由于近光光源21与前后透镜的位置关系以及前后透镜的设计,光线射出方向得以改变,集中射向前方的相对较少,光线图如图6a所示,光形图如图7所示,是近光;需要远光时,近光光源23发光,其发出的光经过后透镜28、前透镜27的折射后射出,由于远近光光源23与前后透镜的位置关系以及前后透镜的设计,光线集中射向前方的相对较多,向四周扩散的相对较少,光线图如图6b所示,光形图如图8所示,是远光。

1.一种双透镜汽车前照灯模组,其特征在于:包括沿前照灯光轴依次设置的近光光源、远近光光源、后透镜和前透镜,前透镜凸面为自由曲面,另一面为圆弧面和平面,后透镜的凸面为自由曲面,另一面为平面,前透镜的凸面和后透镜的凸面均朝向前照灯的出光侧;近光光源与后透镜的距离为S1,近光光源与远近光光源的距离为S2,前透镜与后透镜的距离为S3,

5.根据权利要求1所述的双透镜汽车前照灯模组,其特征在于:近光光源和远近光光源均固定在散热器上,散热器底部连接散热器后盖,前透镜和后透镜分别固定在透镜固定支架的两端,透镜固定支架与散热器连接在一起后固定在安装支架上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双透镜汽车前照灯模组,其特征在于:透镜固定支架为两端敞开的空心圆柱体,前透镜和后透镜分别通过卡簧固定在透镜固定支架的两端。
7.根据权利要求5所述的双透镜汽车前照灯模组,其特征在于:透镜固定支架上设有球头固定件和调节固定件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双透镜汽车前照灯模组,其特征在于:前透镜的直径为d1,后透镜的直径为d2,d1=d2,且50mm<d1<70mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的双透镜汽车前照灯模组,其特征在于:前透镜圆弧面为R1,70mm<R1<100mm。
