Description

Elastic flannel fabric
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a flannel improved knitted fabric product, and particularly relates to an elastic flannel fabric.
Background
Flannel is English (the Chinese translation of Flano or Flannel, domestic Flannel generally refers to a woolen fabric with a pattern-sandwiched style woven by mixed-color carded wool yarns, and a layer of plump and fine wool covers the Flannel, so that the Flannel does not expose texture, is soft and smooth in hand feeling and has good heat-insulating property, therefore, people usually use Flannel on the inner layer of clothes.
The Chinese patent with publication number CN103541145A discloses a method for manufacturing spandex flannel fabric, which sequentially comprises the following steps: warping, weaving, slitting, shaping, napping, ironing, shearing, shaping, dyeing and shaping; wherein the weaving adopts warp knitting weaving, and the warp knitting weaving adopts
An electronic positive yarn feeding mode; the fabric is woven by face yarns, middle yarns and bottom yarns, wherein the face yarns are 111.1dtex to 166.6dtex polyester textured yarns, the middle yarns are 55.5dtex to 83.3dtex polyester semi-gloss yarns, and the bottom yarns are 33.3dtex to 44.4dtex spandex; however, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a three-layer textile structure of the face yarn, the middle yarn and the bottom yarn, which realizes the form elasticity of the flannel fabric, but is still a layered structure, so that the human body loses the warm-keeping and soft feeling experience of flannel positioned in the inner layer when in use, and the face yarn and the middle yarn layer also have the problems of crease resistance, poor shaping effect and easy bloat, and the technical scheme adopts the polyester fiber as the basic fabric, does not belong to flannel coarse wool yarn in strict sense, and the warm-keeping degree and the softness do not achieve the effect of flannel.
Therefore, the applicant hopes to improve the flannel fabric to obtain the elastic flannel fabric so as to enrich the various requirements of human body for aesthetic sense, and the prior art does not refer to the case, and for this reason, the applicant concentrates on research and development of the subject fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an elastic flannel fabric, which has the advantages of warmth retention and softness while maintaining the flannel fabric, and achieves excellent anti-wrinkle and elastic shaping effects with good texture.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an elastic flannel fabric comprises 70-90% of wool fibers and 10-30% of spandex fibers, and is prepared by simultaneously soaking the wool fibers and the spandex fibers in a compatilizer concentrated solution, stirring and mixing, and then preparing modified spandex wool yarns with a metric count range of 20-60Nm by a blending process, so as to ensure that at least part of the outer surfaces of the modified spandex wool yarns are coated with the compatilizer; and then, respectively taking the modified spandex wool yarns as elastic flannel warp yarns and elastic flannel weft yarns, and preparing the elastic flannel fabric by using the elastic flannel warp yarns and the elastic flannel weft yarns.
Preferably, the elastic flannel fabric adopts plain weave or twill weave.
Preferably, the compatilizer concentrated solution adopts polyacrylamide aqueous solution, and the mass concentration of the polyacrylamide aqueous solution is not lower than 20%.
Preferably, the impregnating step comprises:
a) preparing a compatilizer concentrated solution with the temperature kept between 30 and 40 ℃ in advance, wherein the mass concentration of the compatilizer is not lower than 20 percent;
b) simultaneously soaking 70-90% of wool fibers and 10-30% of spandex fibers in the concentrated solution of the compatilizer for 1-1.5 hours, and simultaneously stirring and blending the wool fibers and the spandex fibers;
c) and blowing or naturally drying the mixed wool fibers and spandex fibers.
Preferably, the gram weight of the elastic flannel fabric is 100-250 g/square meter.
Preferably, the raw materials of the elastic flannel warp comprise 85-90% of wool fiber and 10-15% of spandex fiber; the raw materials of the elastic flannel weft yarn comprise 70-80% of wool fiber and 20-30% of spandex fiber.
Preferably, the elastic flannel fabric is used as the fabric of trousers, and has the effects of keeping warm, softening and elastic shaping.
Preferably, the elastic flannel fabric is used as a fabric of a coat or a shirt, and has the effects of keeping warm, softening and elastic shaping.
It should be noted that, preferably, the preparation process related to the present invention further includes a subsequent fabric processing process, including known procedures such as napping, ironing, shearing, shaping, dyeing, shaping, which are all common knowledge of those skilled in the art for the flannel fabric preparation technology, and therefore, detailed descriptions are not provided.
According to the application, firstly, the crude wool fibers of flannel and the spandex fibers with excellent elastic effect are blended according to a specific proportion, however, the applicant finds that the compatibility of the crude wool fibers and the spandex fibers is poor in practical application, the effect of yarns obtained by a co-spinning process is poor, and finally the problem that the density of the fabric obtained by spinning is poor or the problem that the fabric of a spinning machine is blocked and even breaks is caused. Therefore, the invention particularly creatively proposes that the polyacrylamide aqueous solution is used as the grafting compatilizer to realize the compatibility between the rough wool fiber and the spandex fiber, and finally the elastic flannel fabric is obtained; meanwhile, the applicant also surprisingly finds that the elastic flannel fabric prepared by the invention has no limit on the high-low temperature performance of spandex fibers, can completely use non-high temperature resistant spandex fibers, and further reduces the raw material cost of the invention.
