Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of ink preparation, and particularly relates to an aromatic ink stick and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method of the aromatic ink stick comprises the following steps: 1) refining smoke; 2) boiling the glue; 3) material blending: mixing 12-30 parts of the tobacco material obtained in the step 1) with 100-200 parts of water and 0-10 parts of alcohol, uniformly stirring by using a mechanical stirrer at room temperature, slowly heating to 60-80 ℃, adding the glue solution and 1-10 parts of musk pressure-sensitive microcapsules, stirring while heating, and evaporating excessive water until the mixture is in a gel paste shape to obtain a blank; 4) and (5) molding. The preparation method of the aromatic pressure-sensitive microcapsule comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a wall material: mixing melamine: formaldehyde: mixing distilled water, adjusting pH to 8-9 with triethanolamine solution, heating to 60-90 deg.C, stirring for 40-60mins to obtain transparent prepolymer reaction solution; 2) adding an emulsifier and distilled water into the perfume essential oil, and stirring at a high speed to obtain a core material emulsion; 3) adding the core material emulsion obtained in the step 2) into the prepolymer reaction liquid obtained in the step 1), uniformly stirring, and dropwise adding an ammonium chloride solution to adjust the pH value to 4-5; stirring for reaction for 2-3h, vacuum filtering, washing the obtained filter cake with ethanol for 2 times, and drying at 30-60 deg.C.
The melamine: formaldehyde: the molar ratio of distilled water is 1: 2-3: 4-5; the perfume essential oil: emulsifier: the mass ratio of the distilled water is 1: 0.1-0.5: 10-20.
The emulsifier is a mixture of Span-80 and Tween-80; span-80: the mass ratio of the Tween to the Tween 80 is 1: 0.1-0.2.
The main oil is one or more of tung oil, soap green oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil and hemp seed oil.

4) placing the manufactured blank in a charging bucket, then manufacturing the blank into ink stick blanks with different shapes through different moulds, and standing and forming; and (5) obtaining the product. .

The method of claim 1, wherein the fragrant pressure sensitive microcapsule is prepared by: 1) preparing a wall material: mixing melamine: formaldehyde: mixing distilled water, adjusting pH to 8-9 with triethanolamine solution, heating to 60-90 deg.C, stirring for 40-60mins to obtain transparent prepolymer reaction solution; 2) adding an emulsifier and distilled water into the perfume essential oil, and stirring at a high speed to obtain a core material emulsion; 3) adding the core material emulsion obtained in the step 2) into the prepolymer reaction liquid obtained in the step 1), uniformly stirring, and dropwise adding an ammonium chloride solution to adjust the pH value to 4-5; stirring for reaction for 2-3h, vacuum filtering, washing the obtained filter cake with ethanol for 2 times, and drying at 30-60 deg.C.
