Abstract
The invention particularly discloses an automatic feeding and discharging system for machining of an aluminum alloy die-casting piece based on PLC control, which comprises a material rack, a secondary positioning mechanism, a drying and cleaning device, a casting machining device and a conveyor belt, wherein a control box is arranged on one side of the material rack, and a collecting box is arranged at the output end of the conveyor belt; the material frame, the secondary positioning mechanism, the drying and cleaning device, the casting machining device and the conveyor belt are correspondingly provided with mechanical arms, the mechanical arms are electrically connected with the output end of the PLC control system, the input end of the PLC control system is electrically connected with the control box, automatic machining and cleaning of aluminum alloy die castings are achieved, the workshop space is saved, man-machine separation is achieved, and safety of workers is better guaranteed.

Background
For the carrying and the transferring of the aluminum alloy die castings, the difficulty of the aluminum alloy die casting processing industry is always, in the traditional machining and the transferring of the aluminum alloy die castings, multiple experienced workers are needed to finish the precise processing, and flexible manufacturing cannot be realized, namely, the in-place operation of equipment cannot be quickly finished aiming at different plant equipment arrangement and different product types; and the floor space is too wide, and the maintenance is difficult.
Therefore, the automatic feeding and discharging device for machining the aluminum alloy die-casting parts is designed and manufactured, can realize the carrying of the aluminum alloy die-casting parts in a space range and the accurate positioning of the plates in the machining device, is convenient for dynamic adjustment and maintenance, and is a technical problem which is urgently needed to be improved in the technical field of aluminum alloy die-casting part machining.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic feeding and discharging system for machining of aluminum alloy die-casting parts based on PLC control, according to the clockwise arrangement of a material frame, a secondary positioning mechanism, a drying and cleaning device, a casting part machining device and a conveyor belt, the automatic machining and cleaning of the aluminum alloy die-casting parts are completed through mechanical arm clamping, and the space is greatly saved.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an automatic feeding and discharging system for machining of an aluminum alloy die-casting piece based on PLC control, which comprises: the device comprises a material frame, wherein a control box is arranged on one side of the material frame and used for starting a system and emergently braking, and the control box is arranged on one side of the material frame and is convenient for frequent operation and line maintenance; the device comprises a material frame, a drying and cleaning device, a casting processing device, a conveying belt, a collecting box, a material frame, the drying and cleaning device, a PLC control system and a control box, wherein the drying and cleaning device is used for cleaning and drying the aluminum alloy die castings, the casting processing device used for finish machining is arranged beside the drying and cleaning device, the casting processing device is a processing center, the conveying belt is arranged beside the casting processing device, the output end of the conveying belt is provided with the collecting box, the material frame, the drying and cleaning device, the casting processing device and the conveying belt are correspondingly provided with mechanical arms used for clamping.

Preferably, the secondary positioning mechanism, the material frame, the drying and cleaning device, the casting processing device and the conveyor belt are arranged clockwise, and the occupied space is saved due to the arrangement in the same time.

The material frame 1, the drying and cleaning device 3, the casting machining device 4 and the conveyor belt 5 are correspondingly provided with mechanical arms 7 used for clamping and transporting, the mechanical arms 7 are electrically connected with the output end of the PLC control system 8, and the input end of the PLC control system 8 is electrically connected with the control box 2.
Further, two casting processing devices 4 are arranged, and two conveyor belts 5 are arranged; a stepping table 10 is further arranged between the two conveyor belts 5, so that maintenance personnel can conveniently maintain the conveyor belts in daily life.
Furthermore, a baffle plate 11 is arranged above the starting end of the conveyor belt 5, so that sundries are prevented from falling onto the conveyor belt 5, and a pedal is provided for maintenance personnel to perform daily maintenance.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, a worker places aluminum alloy die castings in a material rack 1, a PLC control system 8 is started through a control box 2, the PLC control system 8 enables a mechanical arm 7 to operate, the mechanical arm 7 clamps the aluminum alloy die castings in the material rack 1 to a secondary positioning mechanism 9, and clamping angle precision is further adjusted. After the adjustment, the aluminum alloy die casting is clamped to the casting machining device 4 for finish machining.
After processing, the PLC control system 8 controls the mechanical arm 7 to clamp the processed aluminum alloy die castings to the drying and cleaning device 3 for cleaning and drying treatment, the cleaned and dried aluminum alloy die castings are clamped to the conveyor belt 5 through the mechanical arm 7, and the conveyor belt 5 conveys the treated aluminum alloy die castings to the collecting box 6 for collection treatment.
When the system high area needs to be maintained, the PLC control system 8 is suspended through the control box 2, a maintenance worker can enter through the stepping platform 10, and meanwhile, the maintenance can be carried out by taking the baffle 11 as a foot landing point.
