The second fixing plate 413 has a first end connected to the housing 10 and a second end connected to the cylinder body of the second hydraulic cylinder for supporting the second hydraulic cylinder.
Preferably, a second sliding groove is formed on the housing 10, and a second sliding block slidably engaged with the second sliding groove is disposed at one end of the second supporting plate 411. The second sliding groove is matched with the second sliding block, so that the telescopic process of the second hydraulic cylinder is safer and more stable, and the deformation of the telescopic rod of the second hydraulic cylinder due to uneven stress is avoided.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second guide belt 42 is a linear type conveyor belt. Specifically, the intermediate transfer belt 40 and the second guide belt 42 are transferred in a vertical direction, and the bid documents are dropped from the intermediate transfer belt 40 onto the second guide belt 42 and then transferred to the second collection bin 52 through the second guide belt 42. The second guide belt 42 is configured as a linear type conveyor belt, so that the processing cost is low, and the assembly is easy.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second guide belt 42 includes a second steering belt 421 and a second extension belt 422. The second turning belt 421 is a turning type belt and receives the bid document transmitted by the intermediate belt 40. The second extension belt 422 is a straight conveyor belt and is used for receiving the bid documents transmitted by the second turning belt 421.
Specifically, the transfer directions of the intermediate transfer belt 40 and the second extension belt 422 are perpendicular to each other, and the second turning belt 421 is a turning-angle type transfer belt, which plays a role in transition and reversing. The bid documents fall from the intermediate transfer belt 40 onto the second turning belt 421, then fall from the second turning belt 421 onto the second extension belt 422, and then are transferred to the second collection box 52 by the second extension belt 422. The second turning belt 421 is set to be a turning-angle type conveying belt, so that the bidding document can be conveyed more stably and smoothly when the direction is changed, and the conditions of slipping and jamming of the bidding document can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the second steering belt 421 includes a second support plate 4211, a second steering motor 4212, a second drive roller 4213, a second transfer belt 4214, and a second driven roller 4215. The second support plate 4211 is connected to the housing 10. The second steering motor 4212 is provided on the second support plate 4211. The second drive roller 4213 is connected to an output shaft of the second steering motor 4212, and is configured to be rotated by the second steering motor 4212. The second drive roll 4213 is tapered and has an outer diameter at an end located inside the corner that is smaller than an outer diameter at an end located outside the corner. The second drive roller 4213 is rotatably connected to the second pallet 4211.
The second transmission belt 4214 is wound around the second driving roller 4213 and is configured to rotate under the driving of the second driving roller 4213. The second driven roller 4215 is disposed at an angle to the second drive roller 4213. The second driven roller 4215 is tapered, and the outer diameter of the end located inside the corner is smaller than the outer diameter of the end located outside the corner. The second driven roller 4215 is rotatably connected to the second support plate 4211, and is connected to the second conveyor belt 4214, and is configured to rotate by the second conveyor belt 4214.
Specifically, the second extension belt 422 includes an adjustment motor, a main driving roller, a transfer belt, a sub driving roller, and a positioning plate. The positioning plate is connected to the housing 10. The adjusting motor is arranged on the positioning plate. The main driving roller is connected with an output shaft of the adjusting motor, is rotatably connected with the positioning plate and is used for rotating under the driving of the adjusting motor. The driven roller is rotatably connected with the positioning plate. The transmission belt is wound on the main transmission roller and the driven transmission roller. Preferably, the main driving roller and the driven roller are connected with the positioning plate through bearing seats.
Preferably, the number of the first guide belts 30 is plural, and the first guide belts 30 are arranged side by side; the number of the intermediate conveyor belts 40 is multiple, and each intermediate conveyor belt 40 is coaxially arranged; the number of the second guide belts 42 is plural, and the second guide belts 42 are arranged side by side; the number of the first lifting mechanisms 31 is plural, and each first lifting mechanism 31 corresponds to each first guide belt 30 one by one; the number of the second elevating mechanisms 41 is plural, and each of the second elevating mechanisms 41 corresponds to each of the second guide belts 42 one by one. The bid documents are used for sorting the bid documents corresponding to the items.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a bid document receiving and sorting method, which is suitable for the bid document receiving and sorting equipment and comprises the following steps:
first guide band 30 corresponds to a first bid item and second guide band 42 corresponds to a second bid item;
when delivering the bid document for the first bid item, first placing the bid document on the main conveyor 20 at the delivery opening 11; then, the main conveyer belt 20 and the first guide belt 30 are activated to collect bid documents corresponding to the first bid item;
when delivering the bid document of the second bid item, first placing the bid document on the main conveyor 20 at the delivery opening 11; then, the first lifting mechanism 31 is started to drive the first guide belt 30 to move away from the main conveying belt 20; then the second lifting mechanism 41 is started to drive the intermediate conveyor belt 40 to be close to the main conveyor belt 20; the main conveyor 20, the intermediate conveyor 40, and the second guide conveyor 42 are then activated to collect bid documents corresponding to the second bid item.
The bid document receiving and sorting equipment in the scheme can automatically receive and sort bid documents, saves time and labor, saves personnel and places, and improves work efficiency.
