As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the biochemical index of the blood of the rats in the groups with different doses was not significantly different from that in the blank control group.
(3) Examination result of T lymphocytes

As can be seen from the results in table 5, the immunity-enhancing health foods obtained by the formulation and the preparation method of the present invention are better in examples 1 to 6 as a whole, and the contents of crude polysaccharides (components of ganoderma spore powder) and astragaloside a (components of astragalus root) in the comparative examples 1 to 6 are relatively unstable compared with the contents of crude polysaccharides and astragaloside a in the examples, and oleanolic acid (components of fructus ligustri lucidi) is also unstable; the processes of comparative examples 1 to 6 are difficult to granulate, and the granules or tablets are relatively poor in moldability, taste and solubility.
3. An immunity enhancing experiment:
the immunity enhancing effect of the health food prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 5-6 is respectively determined, and the specific determination method and conclusion are as follows:
(1) experimental animals: kunming mouse (2 months old) with weight of 18-20 g and half female and half male, which is purchased from the experimental animals of Schlegzeda, Hunan;
(2) medicine preparation: the granules prepared in the example 1 and the comparative examples 5 to 6 are prepared into oral liquid by using distilled water;
(3) the experimental method comprises the following steps: mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, including 3 sample groups and 1 control group, with 20 mice each. The samples were perfused for 5 days each day, 0.5 ml/chicken erythrocyte 1h after the administration on day 5 was injected into the abdominal cavity, the control group was given physiological saline of equal volume, the mice were sacrificed by cervical leukosis after 45min, the peritoneal fluid smear was taken, then the slide was placed in a box with wet gauze, incubated at 37 ℃ for 30min in an incubator, taken out, and rinsed in physiological saline to remove non-adherent cells. Air-drying, fixing with methanol solution for 5min, dyeing with 4% Giemsa-Ruite's solution for 3 min, rinsing with distilled water, and air-drying. The number of macrophages in each tablet under an oil lens is 200, the phagocytosis percentage and the phagocytosis index are calculated according to the following formula, and the influence results of each group on the phagocytosis function of mouse abdominal macrophages are shown in the following table 6.

Claims (10)

1. The health food for enhancing immunity is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-7 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 1-7 parts of glossy privet fruit, 2-6 parts of dendrobium officinale and 2-7 parts of ganoderma spore powder.
2. The immunity-enhancing health food as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from 1 part of extract powder, 2 to 30 parts of filler, 1 to 7 parts of flavoring agent and 1 to 6 parts of binder;
