Description

Grouper feed accelerant and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a grouper feed accelerant and a using method thereof.
Background
The grouper is a high-quality edible fish with low fat and high protein, and has fat, fresh and tender meat and rich nutrition. The breeding of the groupers is subject to the development of the feed level of the groupers, and the groupers on the market at present have the following problems: 1. the feed can generate Maillard reaction in the processing process, and extreme conditions such as high temperature, freezing and the like can be met in the storage process, which can damage the protein and amino acid in the feed and reduce the content of nutrient substances in the feed; 2. in order to improve the production speed of the garrupa, the existing garrupa feed has high content of nutrient substances, which can cause large nutrient metabolic pressure of the garrupa, poor tolerance to high-nutrient bait, low feed utilization rate, large dirty body ratio of the garrupa, low meat yield and low amino acid content in meat. There is an urgent need to develop a grouper feed promoter to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the grouper feed accelerant which is beneficial to protecting the protein and amino acid in the grouper feed from being damaged, reducing the nutrition metabolism pressure of the grouper and improving the tolerance of the grouper to high-nutrition bait.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a grouper feed accelerant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 2-4 parts of astragalus polysaccharide, 1-2 parts of angelica polysaccharide, 1-2 parts of coriolus versicolor polysaccharide, 3-5 parts of vitamin C and 6-10 parts of trehalose.
Under various conditions (such as extreme conditions of high temperature, freezing and the like), the vitrification of the trehalose can protect proteins and amino acids; the antioxidant properties of vitamin C and Astragalus polysaccharides reduce the damage of Maillard reaction to protein and amino acid during feed processing. The mixed polysaccharide prepared according to the proportion can reduce the pressure on the garrupa organs when metabolizing nutrient substances from the nutrition direction, further improve the tolerance of the garrupa to high-nutrition bait, obviously reduce the nutrient metabolism pressure in the feed added with high amino acid, reduce the viscera volume ratio, improve the meat yield and the content of amino acid in the muscle of a culture object, accelerate the growth of the culture object, and is in accordance with the animal welfare concept and the healthy culture concept provided at the present stage.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 3 parts of astragalus polysaccharide, 1 part of angelica polysaccharide, 1 part of coriolus versicolor polysaccharide, 4 parts of vitamin C and 8 parts of trehalose.
The invention also provides a use method of the grouper feed accelerant, when in use, amino acid and protein feed are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1:1 to prepare amino acid premix, then the grouper feed accelerant accounting for 0.5-5% of the weight of the amino acid premix is added into the amino acid premix, clean water accounting for 2.5-15% of the weight of the amino acid premix is added into the amino acid premix, and the mixture is placed in an environment with the temperature of 45-68 ℃ for 10-25 min and then added into the protein feed for use after being uniformly mixed.
