一种液相分析装置(100)及分析方法,液相分析装置(100)包括用于驱动第一流体或待测样本的第一流体供给系统(110)、用于驱动第二流体的第二流体供给系统(120)、与第二流体供给系统(120)和第一流体供给系统(110)连接的进样阀(130),与进样阀(130)连接的层析柱(140)、以及与层析柱(140)连接的检测器(150);层析柱(140)用于分离待测样本中的成分;检测器(150)用于检测待测样本中的被层析柱(140)分离出的成分;进样阀(130)用于切换流路使第一流体供给系统(110)、第二流体供给系统(120)与层析柱(140)流路连通。该液相分析装置(100)及分析方法,简化了系统的复杂度,减少了仪器元件的数量且降低了对元件的性能要求,从而降低了实现的成本。
