本发明提供一种垃圾干燥器的夹套结构,包括进气口、内夹套、外夹套、上隔板、下隔板、出气口,所述上隔板与外夹套焊接,下隔板与内夹套焊接,内夹套、外夹套、上隔板、下隔板组成蛇形风道,增加换热面积,减少设备体积;隔板与夹套单边焊接,减少了焊接量,缩短加工时间;隔板对内、外夹套还可以起到支撑作用,加强结构强度。本发明具有结构简单,易加工,换热效率好等优点。

本发明涉及物料干燥技术领域,具体涉及一种间接换热式垃圾干燥器夹套结构。
背景技术
一种间接式垃圾干燥器,其热源来自内燃发电机的尾气,热源气体通过中心加热管和上下夹套与垃圾进行换热,完成干燥过程。针对间接换热夹套,目前较为常用法是空心夹套和列管式,前者换热面小,换热效果差;后者虽换热效果好,但加工复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种垃圾干燥器的夹套结构,它具有结构简单,易于加工,换热效果好等优点,并且降低造价和加工周期,解决了现有技术中的换热效果不理想,且加工复杂等问题。
提供了一种垃圾干燥器的夹套结构,包含:进气口、内夹套、外夹套、上隔板、下隔板、出气口。
所述外夹套焊接在内夹套上,所述上隔板焊接在外夹套上,所述下隔板就焊接在内夹套上,上隔板与下隔板间接分布,内夹套、外夹套、上隔板与下隔板一起组成蛇形风道,隔板对内、外夹套起到支撑作用。
本发明采取上述技术方案具有结构简单、加工方便等优点,并且本申请通过蛇形风道增加了换热面,提高换热效率,减少设备体积。

在本实施例中,4-上隔板焊接在2-外夹套上,5-下隔板焊接在3-内夹套上,2-外夹套与3-内夹套焊接组成夹套层,4-上隔板与5-下隔板间隔布置,夹套与隔板组成蛇形风道结构。
所述4-上隔板与3-内夹套不作焊接,5-下隔板与2-外夹套不作焊接,这种结构适用于夹套这类狭窄空间内的内隔板安装。
所述2-外夹套与3-内夹套之间安装4-上隔板与5-下隔板,不但可实现增加传热面积的作用,还可以对2-外夹套与3-内夹套起到支撑作用,加强结构强度。
在本实施例中,热源气体由1-进气口进入夹套内,沿4-上隔板与5-下隔板组成的不密闭的蛇形风道流动,完成换热后的气体由6-出气口排出。
