Description

Method for manufacturing plastic floor tile
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to plastic floor tile production, in particular to a manufacturing method of plastic floor tiles.
Background
Accordingly, the plastic floor tile is mainly made of plastic materials, can change the surface texture according to the requirements of customers, can form an insulator by utilizing the characteristics of the materials, and has the advantages of low cost and DIY implementation, so that the plastic floor tile is widely applied to various occasions, such as family small-area living or factory buildings and dust-free rooms requiring cleanliness, the conventional plastic floor tile 90 is mainly formed as shown in FIG. 5, a printing layer 94 with the texture is attached to the surface of a base layer 92, and a fabric layer 96 is covered on the surface of the printing layer 94.
The manufacturing method comprises respectively taking three raw materials of a base layer 92, a printing layer 94 and a fabric layer 96 which are rolled into a bundle shape, laminating the three raw materials into bodies through a rolling laminating method, laminating the three raw materials with the base layer 92 by a printing layer back glue 942 arranged on the laminating surface of the printing layer 94, and laminating the three raw materials with the printing layer 94 by a surface layer back glue 962 arranged on the laminating surface of the fabric layer 96.
In order to overcome the problem of , manufacturers often use a corona process to solve the problem by continuously applying a high voltage electric shock to the surface of the transparent sheet 964 to be coated to oxidize and polarize molecules on the surface of the transparent sheet 964, and eroding the surface of the transparent sheet 964 by an ion electric shock to increase the adhesion capability of the surface of the transparent sheet 964.
Although the goal of increasing the adhesion of the transparent sheet 964 can be achieved through the corona process; however, the "corona" process is costly and complex and is often a problem in the industry.
In comparison with the plastic floor tile manufacturing process, the selection of the fabric layer 96 has problems of waiting time for the manufacturing process and storage pressure, so how to integrate the generation of the fabric layer 96 (the generation of the transparent sheet 964 and the bonding of the surface layer back glue 962) into the plastic floor tile manufacturing process without expensive and time-consuming corona process, thereby reducing the material cost and the storage pressure, which is a bottleneck to be overcome in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems and disadvantages of the prior art, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide methods for manufacturing plastic floor tiles, which can reduce the disadvantages of the manufacturing process of plastic floor tiles by means of the innovative process.
In accordance with the above purpose of the present invention, there are proposed manufacturing methods of plastic floor tiles, comprising:
s1, putting at least transparent sheet raw materials into a stirrer in proportion for mixing and stirring;
s2, putting the mixed transparent sheet raw materials into a extruder to plasticize the transparent sheet raw materials in a semi-gel state;
s3, respectively introducing the semi-gelled transparent sheet raw material and surface layer gum raw material into a T die and synchronously extruding;
s4 rolling the transparent sheet and the surface layer back adhesive which are extruded and formed by the T-shaped die into fabric layers with preset thickness by a rolling device;
s5, synchronously rolling and jointing the printing layer and the base layer with the fabric layer by matching with a rolling machine to form a plastic floor tile semi-finished product;
s6, cooling the semi-finished plastic floor tile;
s7, heating the semi-finished product of the plastic floor tile again to soften the fabric layer;
s8, pressing special embossing on the fabric layer by using a embossing device;
s9 tempering the semi-finished plastic floor tile by tempering device;
and S10, die cutting the semi-finished plastic floor tile to form finished plastic floor tile with required size.
After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the generation system of the fabric layer is integrated in the manufacturing method of the plastic floor tile, and the steps of raw material mixing, plasticizing, T-shaped die co-extrusion, sheet rolling, bonding, cooling, preheating, surface embossing, tempering treatment, punching and forming and the like are included, so that the fabric layer of the generated plastic floor tile can form a tight bonding state with an purchased printing layer.

Detailed Description
Referring to the drawings, , the method for manufacturing the plastic floor tile according to the present invention will be described in detail, wherein like reference numerals are used to identify like elements in the following description for the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the plastic floor tile 10 of the present invention includes base layer 92, printed layer 94 and face fabric layer 12. for the structure, the printed layer 94 and the base layer 92 are well known in the art, and therefore, not repeated, the method for manufacturing the plastic floor tile only integrates the generation of the transparent sheet 122 in the face fabric layer 12 and the bonding process with the face fabric back adhesive 124, which includes the following steps:
raw material mixing S1, at least transparent sheet raw material 122 'is proportionally put into a stirrer to be mixed and stirred, and the transparent sheet raw material 122' (PP or PE powder and auxiliary materials thereof) is uniformly mixed through a stirrer (not shown).
And plasticizing S2, the mixed transparent sheet material 122 'is fed into a extruder to plasticize the transparent sheet material 122' in a semi-gel state.
T-die coextrusion S3, namely, respectively introducing the transparent sheet raw material 122 'and surface layer gum raw material 124' in a semi-gelled state into a T-die 20 and synchronously extruding, wherein at the moment, the contact surface of the transparent sheet raw material 122 'and the surface layer gum raw material 124' is semi-dissolved, so that the opposite contact surfaces of the transparent sheet 122 and the surface layer gum 124 extruded by the T-die 20 are completely dissolved into bodies, and the transparent sheet 122 and the surface layer gum 124 are prevented from being peeled off in the using process.
Roll-out sheet S4 as shown in fig. 3, the transparent sheet 122 and the top-layer back adhesive 124 extruded from the T-die 20 are rolled into the face material layer 12 with a predetermined thickness by a rolling device.
Rolling and bonding S5 As shown in FIG. 4, printing layers 94 and base layers 92 are rolled and bonded with the face material layer 12 simultaneously by a rolling machine 40 to form a semi-finished product (not shown) of plastic floor tile, wherein the printing layers 94 have various patterns, and the printing layer 942 of the printing layers 94 and the face material 122 of the face material layer 12 have better adhesion by preheating before the printing layers 94, the base layers 92 and the face material layer 12 are rolled and bonded, thereby improving the adhesion and firmness of the bonding of the layers.
Cooling S6, cooling the semi-finished product of plastic floor tile, and conveying the semi-finished product of plastic floor tile by roller set (not shown) to lower the temperature of the semi-finished product of plastic floor tile, so as to make the change of each layer of material tend to be mild and stable for subsequent processing.
And S7, preheating the semi-finished product to soften the fabric layer 12, and trimming and cutting the semi-finished product to form breadth of the semi-finished product.
