Abstract
本发明涉及车辆动力系统技术领域,特别是一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统及车辆。该系统包括异步电机和同步电机;所述异步电机通过第一减速机构和第一差速器连接第一传动轴,所述同步电机通过第二减速机构和第二差速器连接第二传动轴;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为前后设置,所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴均用于驱动连接车轮,解决了双异步电机驱动效率低、耗电水平较高导致的续航能力较差的问题,同时避免了双永磁同步电机的使用时配置前后桥离合器导致的车辆顿挫的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆动力系统技术领域,特别是一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统及车辆。
背景技术
随着汽车保有量的急剧攀升,汽车带给地球的能源紧张和大气污染问题日益严重,新能源汽车尤其是纯电动汽车成为各大厂家积极研发的方向。永磁电机长时间空转导致电压升高烧坏控制器,永磁电机间歇工作长期弱磁控制容易损坏永磁体也会增加车辆行驶阻力,导致车辆能耗水平高,而异步电机不参与驱动时,异步电机不会产生磁阻力,无需励磁,无磁阻力,适合间歇工作,可以与永磁电机实现完美搭配。现在很多车辆使用单独异步电机或永磁电机或双异步电机驱动车辆,此驱动形式只能发挥了永磁电机和异步电机部分优势,不能满足高性能车辆要求;特斯拉的双异步电机驱动系统,虽然动力性满足车辆要求,无离合器,可以实现分布式驱动控制,分布式控制也较为简单,但异步电机驱动效率低,车辆电耗水平高。另外,双电机采用永磁电机需要在前后桥布置任意处布置离合器,通过监控车速和电机转速控制离合器,离合器结合容易产生顿挫,不容易控制,且离合器寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统及车辆,用以解决现有双电机驱动系统中电机为异步电机时驱动效率低、耗电水平较高导致的续航能力较差的问题或者电机为同步电机时需要在前后桥之间设置离合器导致车辆顿挫的问题。
为了解决双异步电机驱动效率低、耗电水平较高导致的续航能力较差的问题,同时避免双永磁同步电机的使用时配置前后桥离合器导致的车辆顿挫的问题,本发明提供一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括异步电机和同步电机;所述异步电机通过第一减速机构和第一差速器连接第一传动轴,所述同步电机通过第二减速机构和第二差速器连接第二传动轴;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为前后设置,所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴均用于驱动连接车轮。
进一步地,为了减少传动机构的布置,降低成本,所述异步电机为横置的异步电机,所述同步电机为横置的同步电机。
为了实施上述的同步异步电机混合式动力系统,本发明提供一种车辆,包括车体和用于驱动车体的动力系统,所述动力系统包括异步电机和同步电机;所述异步电机通过第一减速机构和第一差速器连接第一传动轴,所述同步电机通过第二减速机构和第二差速器连接第二传动轴;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为前后设置,所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴均用于驱动连接车轮。优选的是,所述异步电机为横置的异步电机,所述同步电机为横置的同步电机。
为了解决双异步电机驱动效率低、耗电水平较高导致的续航能力较差的问题,同时避免双永磁同步电机的使用时配置前后桥离合器导致的车辆顿挫的问题,本发明还提供一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机;所述第一异步电机通过第一传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第二异步电机通过第二传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第一同步电机通过第三传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第二同步电机通过第四传动轴用于连接车轮;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为同轴向设置,所述第三传动轴与第四传动轴为同轴向设置,第一传动轴和第二传动轴与第三传动轴和第四传动轴为前后设置。
进一步地,为了便于电机的使用,所述第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机均通过一个减速器连接对应的传动轴。
本发明还提供一种车辆,包括车体和用于驱动车体的动力系统,所述动力系统包括第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机;所述第一异步电机通过第一传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第二异步电机通过第二传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第一同步电机通过第三传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第二同步电机通过第四传动轴用于连接车轮;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为同轴向设置,所述第三传动轴与第四传动轴为同轴向设置,第一传动轴和第二传动轴与第三传动轴和第四传动轴为前后设置。
进一步地,该车辆中所述第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机均通过一个减速器连接对应的传动轴。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
本实施例1提供一种车辆,该车辆为4X4的车身,即包括有车身9和四个车轮,对应的该车身设置有两种同步异步电机混合式动力系统。
其中,如图1所示,为第一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括一个异步电机3,异步电机3通过第一同步机构4连接第一传动轴2,第一传动轴2用于连接第一车轮组1;还包括一个同步电机7,同步电机7通过第二同步机构8连接第二传动轴6,第二传动轴6用于连接第二车轮组5;上述的第一车轮组1与第二车轮组5仅仅为前后轮的区别,对应的第一传动轴2与第二传动轴6位前后设置。
上述的异步电机可以为横置的异步电机,且同步电机也可以为横置的同步电机,减少传动机构的配置。上述的第一同步机构4为由减速机构和差速器构成。上述的第二同步机构8为由减速机构和差速器构成。
另外,如图2所示,为第二种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括第一异步电机和第二异步电机,其中第一异步电机与第二异步电机最好为同一种电机10,均通过第一独立传动轴12连接对应的第一车轮组1;还包括第一同步电机和第二同步电机,其中第一同步电机与第二同步电机最好为同一种电机11,均通过第二独立传动轴13连接对应的第二车轮组5。
第一独立传动轴12左右各为一个,第二独立传动轴13左右也各为一个,第一独立传动轴12与第二独立传动轴13为前后设置。并且第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机均通过一个减速器连接对应的独立传动轴。
若异步电机驱动前轮,则同步电机驱动后轮。若异步电机驱动后轮,则同步电机驱动前轮。
实施例2
本实施例2提供一种车辆,该车辆为6X6的车身,即包括有车身10和六个车轮,对应的该车身设置有两种同步异步电机混合式动力系统。
其中,如图3所示,为第一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括一个异步电机3,异步电机3通过第一同步机构2连接第一传动轴4,第一传动轴4用于连接第一车轮组1;还包括一个同步电机7,同步电机7通过第二同步机构6连接第二传动轴8,第二传动轴8用于连接第二车轮组5;上述的第一车轮组1与第二车轮组5仅仅为前后轮的区别,对应的第一传动轴4与第二传动轴8位前后设置,并且其前方还设置有第三传动轴9和对应连接车轮组。
上述的异步电机可以为横置的异步电机,且同步电机也可以为横置的同步电机,减少传动机构的配置。上述的第一同步机构2为由减速机构和差速器构成。上述的第二同步机构6为由减速机构和差速器构成。
另外,如图4所示,为第二种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括第一异步电机和第二异步电机,其中第一异步电机与第二异步电机最好为同一种电机11,均通过第一独立传动轴12连接对应的第一车轮组1;还包括第一同步电机和第二同步电机,其中第一同步电机与第二同步电机最好为同一种电机13,均通过第二独立传动轴14连接对应的第二车轮组5。
第一独立传动轴12左右各为一个,第二独立传动轴14左右也各为一个,第一独立传动轴12与第二独立传动轴14为前后设置,并且其前方还设置有第三传动轴9和对应连接车轮组。并且第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机均通过一个减速器连接对应的独立传动轴。
实施例3
本实施例3提供一种车辆,该车辆为8X8的车身,即包括有车身11和八个车轮,对应的该车身设置有两种同步异步电机混合式动力系统。
其中,如图5所示,为第一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括一个异步电机3,异步电机3通过第一同步机构2连接第一传动轴4,第一传动轴4用于连接第一车轮组1;还包括一个同步电机7,同步电机7通过第二同步机构6连接第二传动轴8,第二传动轴8用于连接第二车轮组5;上述的第一车轮组1与第二车轮组5仅仅为前后轮的区别,对应的第一传动轴4与第二传动轴8位前后设置,并且其前方还设置有第三传动轴9、第四传动轴10以及对应连接的车轮组。
上述的异步电机可以为横置的异步电机,且同步电机也可以为横置的同步电机,减少传动机构的配置。上述的第一同步机构2为由减速机构和差速器构成。上述的第二同步机构6为由减速机构和差速器构成。
另外,如图6所示,为第二种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,包括第一异步电机和第二异步电机,其中第一异步电机与第二异步电机最好为同一种电机12,均通过第一独立传动轴13连接对应的第一车轮组1;还包括第一同步电机和第二同步电机,其中第一同步电机与第二同步电机最好为同一种电机14,均通过第二独立传动轴15连接对应的第二车轮组5。
第一独立传动轴13左右各为一个,第二独立传动轴15左右也各为一个,第一独立传动轴13与第二独立传动轴15为前后设置,并且其前方还设置有第三传动轴9、第四传动轴10以及对应连接的车轮组。并且第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机均通过一个减速器连接对应的独立传动轴。
以上给出了本发明涉及的具体实施方式,但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。在本发明给出的思路下,采用对本领域技术人员而言容易想到的方式对上述实施例中的技术手段进行变换、替换、修改,并且起到的作用与本发明中的相应技术手段基本相同、实现的发明目的也基本相同,这样形成的技术方案是对上述实施例进行微调形成的,这种技术方案仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种同步异步电机混合式动力系统,其特征在于,包括异步电机和同步电机;所述异步电机通过第一减速机构和第一差速器连接第一传动轴,所述同步电机通过第二减速机构和第二差速器连接第二传动轴;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为前后设置,所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴均用于驱动连接车轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同步异步电机混合式动力系统,其特征在于,所述异步电机为横置的异步电机,所述同步电机为横置的同步电机。
3.一种车辆,包括车体和用于驱动车体的动力系统,其特征在于,所述动力系统包括异步电机和同步电机;所述异步电机通过第一减速机构和第一差速器连接第一传动轴,所述同步电机通过第二减速机构和第二差速器连接第二传动轴;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为前后设置,所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴均用于驱动连接车轮。

7.一种车辆,包括车体和用于驱动车体的动力系统,其特征在于,所述动力系统包括第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机;所述第一异步电机通过第一传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第二异步电机通过第二传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第一同步电机通过第三传动轴用于连接车轮,所述第二同步电机通过第四传动轴用于连接车轮;所述第一传动轴与第二传动轴为同轴向设置,所述第三传动轴与第四传动轴为同轴向设置,第一传动轴和第二传动轴与第三传动轴和第四传动轴为前后设置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述第一异步电机、第二异步电机、第一同步电机和第二同步电机均通过一个减速器连接对应的传动轴。
