The water pipe clamping assembly 15 comprises a bottom plate 151, a clamping support 152, an upper cover 153 and a screw 154, wherein the shapes of the bottom plate 151 and the upper cover 153 are matched with the shape of the longitudinal groove 11; the bottom plate 151 is fixedly installed in the longitudinal groove 11 through a screw 154, the clamping support 152 is fixed on the top surface of the bottom plate 151, the clamping support 152 is provided with an elastic clamping portion 1521, the water pipe 4 is embedded in the elastic clamping portion 1521, and the upper cover 153 is buckled on two side walls of the bottom plate 151 and covers the water pipe 4.
Referring to fig. 10, in another form of the water pipe fixing assembly 7, the water pipe pressing assembly 16 includes a pressing plate 161 and screws 162, a pressing groove 1611 is provided in the middle of the pressing plate 161, the shape of the pressing groove 1611 matches the shape of the water pipe 4, mounting holes are provided on both sides of the pressing plate 161, the screws 162 pass through the mounting holes and are fixed on the bottom of the longitudinal groove 11, and optimally, in order to fill the gap between the pressing plate 161 and the inner wall of the longitudinal groove 11, a filling bar 163 may be embedded in the gap.
According to the construction method of the embodiment, the suspended ceiling is arranged at the top of a room of the house, and the longitudinal grooves 11 and the transverse grooves 12 are arranged on the wall plate 1 of the room, so that the water pipe 4 and the strong electric wire 5 can be arranged in the suspended ceiling and then extend downwards to the socket and the faucet through the longitudinal grooves 11 on the wall plate 1. s30, preparing a suspended ceiling, a strong electric wiring piece 6 and a water pipe fixing component 7;
s40, covering the floor boards 2 on a plurality of wall boards 1' on a construction site to build at least one room with a doorway 3;
s50, installing a plurality of decorative plates 17 on part or all of the wall plates 1' of the room, reserving a gap 18 between two adjacent decorative plates 17, and installing the strong electric wiring piece 6 and the water pipe fixing component 7 in the gap 18;
s60, arranging a suspended ceiling on the top of the room, installing the strong electric wiring piece 6 and the water pipe fixing component 7 in the suspended ceiling, arranging a strong electric wire 5 in the strong electric wiring piece 6, and arranging a water pipe in the water pipe fixing component; some or all of the heavy current electric wires 5 in the suspended ceiling are extended downward and housed in the heavy current wiring members 6 in the gaps 18, and some or all of the water pipes 4 in the suspended ceiling are extended downward and fixed in the water pipe fixing units 7 in the gaps 18.

Claims (10)

  1. A construction method of a house with a water pipe, a strong electric wire and a main body structure separated is characterized by comprising the following steps: s10, preparing a wallboard, wherein a longitudinal groove is formed on the side surface of the wallboard in the forming process; s20, preparing a floor plate; s30, preparing or purchasing a water pipe and a strong electric wire; s40, preparing a suspended ceiling, a strong current wiring piece and a water pipe fixing assembly; s50, covering the floor boards on a plurality of wall boards on a construction site to build at least one room with a doorway; s60, arranging a suspended ceiling on the top of part or all of the rooms, installing the strong electric wiring piece and the water pipe fixing component in the suspended ceiling, installing a strong electric wire in the strong electric wiring piece, and installing a water pipe in the water pipe fixing component; installing a strong electric wiring piece and a water pipe fixing assembly in the longitudinal groove of the wallboard, installing a strong electric wire in the strong electric wiring piece, and installing a water inlet pipe in the water pipe fixing assembly; partial or all strong electricity electric wires in the suspended ceiling extend downwards and are accommodated in the strong electricity wiring piece in the longitudinal groove of the wallboard, and partial or all water pipes in the suspended ceiling extend downwards and are fixed in the water pipe fixing assembly in the longitudinal groove.
  2. The construction method according to claim 1, wherein the step S10 further comprises the steps of: preparing a male die, wherein the male die is in a plate shape, and at least one longitudinal convex strip is arranged on the male die; the wall board adopts the male die for molding when pouring.
  3. The construction method according to claim 1, wherein the step S20 further comprises the steps of: forming a groove in the floor plate forming process; the step S60 further includes the following steps: and fixing a strong electric wiring piece in the groove on the floor plate, installing a strong electric wire in the strong electric wiring piece, extending part of the strong electric wire outwards from the suspended ceiling, and arranging the strong electric wire in the strong electric wiring piece of the groove of the floor plate.
  4. The construction method according to claim 1, wherein the suspended ceiling prepared in the step S40 comprises a troffer suspended ceiling, the room constructed in the step S50 comprises a living room and a bedroom, and the step S40 further comprises the following steps: preparing a ceiling decorative line; the step S60 further includes the following steps: fixing the light trough type suspended ceiling on the top of the living room, and installing a ceiling decorative line at the joint of the wallboard of the bedroom and the floor board; in the light trough suspended ceiling and the ceiling decorative cord in pack into strong electricity wiring spare, in the strong electricity electric wire of packing into in the strong electricity wiring spare, light trough suspended ceiling or some or whole strong electricity electric wire downwardly extending in the ceiling decorative cord, and accomodate in the strong electricity wiring spare in the vertical recess of wallboard.

The construction method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising the steps of preparing an integrated toilet and an integrated kitchen, each having a pipeline interface; and connecting part or all of the strong electric wires and water pipes in the suspended ceiling with the pipeline interfaces of the integral toilet, and connecting part or all of the strong electric wires and water pipes in the suspended ceiling with the pipeline interfaces of the integral kitchen.
  7. The construction method according to claim 6, further comprising the steps of constructing a living balcony outside the integrated kitchen, wherein the wall panels of the living balcony are formed with longitudinal grooves and the floor panels are formed with grooves; and a part of strong current electric wires and water pipes extend towards the living balcony through the grooves of the floor plate above the integral kitchen and extend downwards through the longitudinal grooves of the wall plate after penetrating through the wall plate, the strong current electric wires are embedded in the strong current wiring pieces in the longitudinal grooves, and the water pipes are fixed on the wall plate through the water pipe fixing assemblies.
  8. The construction method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of constructing an entrance and an entrance, and preparing an entrance cabinet, a distribution box and a tiled ceiling; installing a tiled suspended ceiling atop the vestibule; an outdoor pipeline passes through a cross beam above the entrance door to enter the entrance, the entrance cabinet is close to a wall plate of the entrance, and the distribution box is positioned on the back of the entrance cabinet and embedded in the entrance cabinet; after passing through the tiled suspended ceiling, water pipes in the pipelines extend into the light trough suspended ceiling at the top of the living room; and connecting a strong electric wire in the pipeline into the distribution box, leading out from the distribution box, upwards extending into the tiled suspended ceiling at the top of the vestibule, and extending into the light trough suspended ceiling at the top of the living room.

The construction method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step 40 of preparing the strong electric wiring member comprises the steps of: preparing a base and a cover plate, arranging or forming a wire slot with an embedded cable on the base, arranging or forming a buckle structure on one side surface of the cover plate, and arranging a plurality of gaps distributed at intervals on the side wall of the wire slot of the high-voltage wiring piece, wherein the side wall of the wire slot is a continuously extending wall body or the length direction of the wire slot; the suspended ceiling is made of PVC foamed wood-plastic materials, and the PVC foamed wood-plastic materials are produced and processed from the following raw materials in parts by weight: polyvinyl chloride (PVC): 100 parts of (A); lignified plant fiber: 15-20 parts of a solvent; active light calcium: 10-20 parts; zinc-calcium composite stabilizer: 7-10 parts of a compound foaming agent: 1-3 parts of lubricant OPE wax: 1.5-2 parts; compounding a lubricant: 0.5-1 part, foaming regulator: 3-8 parts.
  10. A construction method of a house with a water pipe, a strong electric wire and a main body structure separated is characterized by comprising the following steps: s10, preparing wall boards, floor boards and decorative boards; s20, preparing or purchasing a water pipe and a strong electric wire; s30, preparing a suspended ceiling, a strong current wiring piece and a water pipe fixing assembly; s40, covering the floor boards on a plurality of wall boards on a construction site to build at least one room with a doorway; s50, installing a plurality of decorative plates on partial or all wall plates of the room, reserving a gap between two adjacent decorative plates, installing the strong electric wiring piece and the water pipe fixing component in the gap, installing a strong electric wire in the strong electric wiring piece, and installing a water inlet pipe in the water pipe fixing component; s60, arranging a suspended ceiling on the top of the room, installing the strong electric wiring piece and the water pipe fixing component in the suspended ceiling, installing a strong electric wire in the strong electric wiring piece, and installing a water pipe in the water pipe fixing component; the partial or all strong electric wires in the suspended ceiling extend downwards and are contained in the strong electric wiring pieces in the gaps, and the partial or all water pipes in the suspended ceiling extend downwards and are fixed in the water pipe fixing assemblies in the gaps.
