  1. A water pipe and a weak current electric wire are separated from a main structure of a house, the house comprises the main structure, a plurality of water pipes and a plurality of weak current electric wires, the main structure comprises wall plates and floor plates, the wall plates are vertically arranged, the wall plates surround at least one room, the room is provided with at least one door, and the floor plates are covered on the tops of the wall plates; the house is characterized in that the wall plate is provided with a longitudinal groove, and the house further comprises a plurality of water pipe fixing components; the water pipe fixing assemblies are fixed in the longitudinal grooves of the wall plates, a suspended ceiling is arranged at the top of part or all of the rooms, the water pipe fixing assemblies are installed in the suspended ceiling, the water pipes are fixed in the water pipe fixing assemblies in the suspended ceiling, and part or all of the water pipes in the suspended ceiling extend downwards and are fixed in the water pipe fixing assemblies in the longitudinal grooves of the wall plates; the house still includes skirting line, door pocket line and weak current wiring spare, the vertical recess internal fixation of wallboard has weak current wiring spare, the skirting line install in the wallboard bottom, the door pocket line encloses and locates the gate periphery, the door pocket line of gate bottom position with the skirting line meets mutually, all be provided with the wire casing that is used for imbedding the weak current electric wire in skirting line and the door pocket line, the weak current electric wire is inlayed in the wire casing of skirting line and door pocket line to part or whole weak current electric wire upwards extend and inlay in the weak current wiring spare of the vertical recess of wallboard.

  3. The dwelling of claim 1 or 2, further comprising an integrated toilet having a plumbing interface, wherein some or all of the water pipes within the suspended ceiling interface with the plumbing interface.
  4. The dwelling of claim 1 or 2, further comprising an integrated galley having a line connection to which some or all of the water pipes within the suspended ceiling are connected.
  5. The dwelling of claim 3, further comprising a living balcony located outside the integrated kitchen, wherein a portion of the water pipes in the suspended ceiling are connected to the pipe connections of the integrated kitchen, and another portion of the water pipes extend through the grooves of the floor panels above the integrated kitchen in a direction toward the living balcony, pass through the wall panels, extend downward through the longitudinal grooves of the wall panels, and are embedded in the water pipe fixing assemblies in the longitudinal grooves.
  6. The dwelling of claim 1 or 2, further comprising an entrance doorway, an entrance door, an entrance cabinet, and a distribution box, wherein a tiled ceiling is provided at a top of the entrance door, and the skirting line is provided at a bottom of the entrance door; outdoor pipelines pass through a cross beam above the entrance door to enter the entrance, the entrance cabinet is close to a wall plate of the entrance, and the distribution box is positioned on the back of the entrance cabinet and embedded in the entrance cabinet; the water pipe passes through the tiled suspended ceiling at vestibule top extends to in the light trough suspended ceiling at sitting room top, the light current electric wire inserts behind the block terminal, follow the block terminal is drawn forth to downwardly extending to in the skirting line of vestibule bottom, the light current electric wire in the skirting line extends to in the skirting line of sitting room bottom.

  8. The dwelling of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of decorative panels fixedly mounted to the wall panels, wherein a gap is reserved between two adjacent decorative panels, the water pipe fixing assembly is fixed in the gap between the decorative panels, and part or all of the water pipes in the suspended ceiling extend downward and are fixed in the water pipe fixing assembly in the gap; the weak current wiring pieces are fixed in the gaps, and part or all of weak current wires in the skirting line and the door pocket line extend upwards and are embedded in the weak current wiring pieces in the gaps.
