本发明涉及一种电动开窗器,具体是一种刚性链电动开窗器。
背景技术
随着现代建筑的发展,窗体的大尺寸大重量和大开启行程经常为客户的需要,现有技术中一般的链条式电动开窗器无法适应更大行程,更大重量的要求,而专利CN103276997B《一种自啮合虎齿重型链式电动开窗机》依靠两根虎齿形链条啮合扣结成刚性的一体化链条以增加推力和行程的技术方案,因其加工要求高,生产成本高,且两根虎齿链啮合易卡滞等缺点无法可靠的推广。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种刚性链电动开窗器,可提供较大行程和推力开启更大窗户,也可当作电动推杆使用。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种刚性链电动开窗器,其特征在于:包括壳体、减速电机、左防弯链、轨道、右防弯链、左链轮、导向块、驱动头和右链轮;防弯链链片一个侧边为直形,一个端面为凸形,另一个端面为凹形;每个链片的相连链片端面吻合相抵,链条只能向直边的反方向转动;左右链轮驱动左右防弯链,沿带倾角的轨道运动,防弯链与链轮啮合时,左右链片分开相互不干涉,近导向块时左右防弯链的链片的直边相抵,通过导向块约束并拢,固定于驱动头,结成一条刚性链伸出电动推杆的壳体外。
所述防弯链由内链片、套筒和滚子组成内链节,内链节外侧各设外链片,通过销轴固定组成一根链条。
所述轨道的特征在于,分左右导轨端面,导轨端面在内链片内侧支撑链条的滚子运动,左右导轨端面支撑左右防弯链由水平方向向垂直方向运动的轨迹为倾角。
减速电机驱动左链轮通过齿轮同步带动右链轮,左右链轮同步啮合驱动左右防弯链运动。
左链轮由左减速电机驱动,右链轮由右减速电机驱动,双减速电机通过同步控制器控制电机同步。
本发明与现有链式开窗机相比,本发明可使推力增加,可开启行程大重量大的窗户,满足了人们对电动开窗机的要求;与专利CN103276997B《一种自啮合虎齿重型链式电动开窗机》相比,本技术方案加工要求低,生产成本低,产生的推力和行程一样,性能却更可靠。

具体实施方式
一种刚性链电动开窗器,包括壳体01、减速电机02、左防弯链03、轨道04、右防弯链05、左链轮06、导向块07、驱动头08和右链轮09;防弯链链片一个侧边为直形,一个端面为凸形,一个端面为凹形,每个链片的相连链片端面吻合相抵,链条只能向直边的反方向转动;左右链轮驱动左右防弯链,沿带倾角的轨道运动,防弯链与链轮啮合时,左右链片分开相互不干涉,近导向块时左右防弯链的链片的直边相抵,通过导向块07约束并拢,固定于驱动头,结成一条刚性链伸出电动推杆的壳体外。
所述轨道分左右导轨端面,导轨端面在内链片内侧支撑链条的滚子运动,左右导轨端面支撑左右防弯链由水平方向向垂直方向运动的轨迹为倾角。
所述防弯链特征在于内链片11,套筒14和滚子13组成内链节,内链节外侧各设外链片10;通过销轴12固定组成一根链条。
减速电机02驱动左链轮06通过齿轮同步带动右链轮09,左右链轮同步啮合驱动左右防弯链运动。
