Abstract

如所周知,直流电源与负载侧之间的开关切断 时,由于接点之间的空气电离现象,其残弧对开关接 点寿命为害甚大,此项设计为一种藉与主开关并联的 电容器作暂态分流以改善主开关切断时的残弧现 象。

Description

本发明涉及一种直流断路消弧电路设计。
如所周知,直流电源与负载侧之间的开关切断时,由于接点之间的空气电离现象,其残弧对开关接点寿命为害甚大。
本发明的主要目的,乃在于提供一种直流断路消弧电路,此项设计为一种藉与主开关并联的电容器作暂态分流以改善主开关切断时的残弧现象。
以下配合附图详细说明本发明的特征及优点,其中:
图1为本发明直流断路消弧电路的原理电路示意图。
图2为本发明直流断路消弧电路进一步具有顺序切断的双开关组实施例的示意图。
参阅图1,图中所示的电路包括一直流电源、一开关元件、一电容器、一隔离二极管及辅助放电电路元件,其电路特征如下:
一直流电源,含纯直流或脉动直流;
负载101含电阻性或电感性或混合型的各式负载或电动机;
一机电开关元件SW101为供与负载串联后并联于直流电源;
一隔离二极管CR101为依顺直流电源极性与电容器C101相串联后并联于机电开关元件SW101两端;
一泄流电阻R101直接并联于上述电容器C101,或由泄流电阻R102串联于操控开关SW102后再并联于上述电容器C101两端供选择适当时机将电容器放电,上述泄流电阻R102包括由电抗性负载L101共同串联兼作为泄流负载。
藉上述电容器的开关切断瞬间吸收电流以改善残弧,而后再将电容器蓄储的电荷予以泄放,作为再次切断主开关时消弧的准备。
图2所示为本发明直流断路消弧电路进一步具有顺序切断的双开关组实施例示意图,其主要构成包括:
一直流电源,含纯直流或脉动直流;
负载201含电阻性或电感性或混合型的各式负载或电动机;
一机电开关元件SW201为供与负载串联后并联于直流电源;
一隔离二极管CR201为依顺直流电源极性与电容器C201相串联后并联于机电开关元件SW201两端;
一泄流是阻R201直接并联于上述电容器C201,或由泄流电阻R202串联于泄流开关SW202后再并联于上述电容器C201两端供选择适当时机将电容器放电,上述泄流电阻R202包括进一步结合电抗性负载L201共同串联作为泄流电阻;
一隔离二极管CR201经泄流开关SW202常闭接点NC及共同接点COM与电容器C201共同串联后并联于开关SW201两端;泄流电阻R202(或进一步串联电感性电抗L201)为并接于电容器接地端及泄流开关常开接点NO,以在开关切换为常开接点NO与共同接点COM相通时泄放电容器的残蓄电能;
上述机电开关SW201的开启时间为在泄流开关SW202由共同接点COM与常闭接点NC切离转为由共同接点COM与常开接点NO闭合之前,以减少机电开关SW201切断时的电弧现象。
以上所述的直流断路消弧电路在实际应用中可为多组串联或并联构成,而前述泄流电阻及串联电抗可由具电阻性的电抗所构成。
根据图1及图2的实施例,吾人可将其接点组作单组或多组应用包括串联或多刀并用,以实施于断电器、电磁开关、人工扳动开关或过载切断断路器(Breaker)。
综合上述,此项设计提供了一种能藉与主开关并联的电容器作暂态分流以改善主开关切断直流电流的残弧现象,功能确切,创意新颖。

Claims (3)

1、一种直流断路消弧电路,藉与主开关并联的电容器作暂态分流以改善主开关切断时的残弧,该电路包括一直流电源、一开关元件、一电容器、一隔离二极管及辅助放电电路元件,其特征在于:
一直流电源,含纯直流或脉动直流;
负载(101)含电阻性或电感性或混合型的各式负载或电动机;
机电开关元件(SW101)为供与负载串联后并联于直流电源;
一隔离二极管(CR101)为依顺直流电源极性与电容器(C101)相串联后并联于机电开关元件(SW101)两端;
一泄流电阻(R101)直接并联于上述电容器(C101),或由泄流电阻(R102)串联于操控开关(SW102)后再并联于上述电容器(C101)两端供选择适当时机将电容器放电,上述泄流电阻(R102)包括由电抗性负载(L101)共同串联兼作为泄流负载;
藉上述电容器在开关切断瞬间吸收电流以改善残弧,而后再将电容器蓄储的电荷予以泄放,作为再次切断主开关消弧的准备。
2、如权利要求1所述的直流断路消弧电路,进一步具有顺序切断的双开关组,该电路包括:
一直流电源,含纯直流或脉动直流;
负载(201)含电阻性或电感性或混合型的各式负载或电动机;
一机开关元件(SW201)为供与负载串联后并联于直流电源;
一隔离二极管(CR201)为依顺直流电源极性与电容器(C201)相串联后并联于机电开关元件(SW201)两端;
一泄流电阻(R201)直接并联于上述电容器(C201),或由泄流电阻(R202)串联于泄流开关(SW202)后再并联于上述电容器(C201)两端供选择适当时机将电容器放电,上述泄流电阻(R202)包括进一步结合电抗性负载(L201)共同串联作为泄流电阻;
一隔离二极管(CR201)经泄流开关(SW202)常闭接点(NC)及共同接点(COM)与电容器(C201)共同串联后并联于开关(SW201)两端;泄流电阻(R202)(或进一步串联电感性电抗L201)为并接于电容器接地端及泄流开关常开接点(NO),以在开关切换为常开接点(NO)与共同接点(COM)相通时泄放电容器的残蓄电能;
上述机电开关(SW201)的开启时间为在泄流开关(SW202)由共同接点(COM)与常闭接点(NC)切离转为由共同接点(COM)与常开接点(NO)闭合之前,以减少机电开关(SW201)切断时的电弧现象;
以上所订的直流断路消弧电路在实际应用中可为多组串联或并联构成,而前述泄流电阻及串联电抗可由具电阻性的电抗所构成。
3、如权利要求1所述的直流断路消弧电路,包括将其接点组作单组或多组应用包括串联或多刀并用,以实施于断电器、电磁开关、人工扳动开关或过载切断断路器(Breaker)。
