Description

Cold paving method for asphalt pavement
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a pavement repairing method, and particularly relates to a cold paving method of an asphalt pavement.
Background
The asphalt is used as a petrochemical leftover material which is easy to store at low temperature, today's permeable asphalt is obtained after formulation recombination, and as the permeable asphalt pavement has the advantages of water permeability, noise reduction, quick pavement and the like, the permeable asphalt pavement has the functions of traffic on the same day of pavement, and the like, and is widely applied to pavement of road pavements. However, the hot paving is needed, so that more machines and personnel are consumed, the smell is heavier during paving, and certain influence is caused on the environment. In the road operation, the construction needs to be carried out on the road surface due to the need of burying a pipe network or modifying road signs, street lamps and the like. On the other hand, a small pit and a small pit are easy to be caused due to construction or vehicle heavy load, trimming and trimming are needed in repair, a hot mix vehicle and a small roller are also needed to be paved, and the constructed road surface has poor compatibility with the original road surface or is uneven due to temperature difference. Particularly, the construction can not be carried out at a lower temperature in the north, small pits can be easily changed into large pits after long-time non-repair, and the conditions of uneven road surface or damage of casualty vehicles and the like can be easily caused.
The asphalt pavement is found to be pitted during driving or walking at ordinary times, so that the situation that people are damaged by vehicles is worried about, and the appearance and the city appearance of the city are influenced. Therefore, a method capable of quickly paving and quickly repairing is needed to be found to solve the problem of repairing the asphalt pavement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cold paving method of an asphalt pavement, which solves the problems that when the existing asphalt pavement has pits, hot paving is needed for repairing the asphalt pavement, a hot paving process needs more machines and personnel, and the repairing process is troublesome; and the smell of the air is heavy in the laying process, which affects the environment.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the cold paving method of the asphalt pavement comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a granular asphalt cold material by mixing the prefabricated asphalt and the stone particles;
s2, spraying a wetting agent on the road surface to be repaired or the road surface to be paved in a mist mode until the road surface to be repaired is fully wetted;
s3, spraying a wetting agent into the granular asphalt cold material in the step S1 to fully wet and uniformly mix the granular asphalt cold material;
s4, paving the asphalt cold material moistened in the step S2 on the moistened pavement to be repaired or the pavement to be paved at normal temperature;
and S5, rolling the pavement paved with the asphalt cold material to be level with the intact pavement.
