本发明涉及一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,属于毛针织物生产技术领域。
背景技术
毛针织物是用织针将毛纱线或含毛混纺纱线构成线圈,再把线圈相互传套形成的纬编或经编织物,包括毛衣、手套、外套、围巾等各式各样的产品,广泛应用于生产、生活各方便。现有技术中毛纱线一般采用每根纱线在线圈横列排列成一个或两个线圈,转移至下以横列再形成线圈,呈纬向或径向配置组成编织结构,但由于毛纱是纺制的捻向单纱或股线,毛纱的抗拉能力较小,同时编织松散,容易受意外抽拉而使线圈转移,随强力增加时毛纱纤维变僵硬,导致成品的伸缩弹性不足,针织物版型变化,仅通过加捻的方法难以获得线密度、强度和延伸性适宜的毛针织物产品,从而影响了毛针织物的舒适度和使用的耐久度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案予以实现的:
一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其编织工艺如下:
(1)泡丝:将毛纱置于泡丝液中浸泡后甩干;
所述泡丝液由柔软剂AE504、氨基硅油JF-810H、保湿剂DH-C540、渗透剂JFC和水按质量比5:4:2:1:100混合组成,浸泡温度为60~70℃,浸泡时间为20~40min;
(2)给纱:将毛纱和高弹纤维送至编织机械的编织区域;
正面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为3.5~5cN,反面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为1.5~3.5cN,高弹纤维的给纱张力为4.5~7cN;
(3)退圈:编织机械的成圈配件包括脱圈沉降片和握持沉降片,握持沉降片的片鼻较脱圈沉降片的片鼻高且长,编织机械织针上升至最高点,握持沉降片的片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩移至针杆上;
(4)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,脱圈沉降片向编织机械针筒中心前进,准备垫纱;
(5)垫纱:脱圈沉降片或握持沉降片向针筒中心外移动,使毛纱圈从脱圈沉降片的片喉或握持沉降片的片鼻上脱落下来,通过导纱器将新毛纱垫放在脱圈沉降片的片喉以编织正面线圈,将新毛纱垫放在握持沉降片的片鼻上以编织反面线圈,将高弹纤维垫放在脱圈沉降片的片顶;
(6)弯纱:织针下降,使旧线圈停留在针舌反剪刀口处,针钩接触新毛纱或高弹纤维逐渐弯纱;
(7)成圈:织针继续下降时旧线圈推动针舌关闭,此时正面线圈和反面线圈的沉降弧分别在脱圈沉降片的片喉、握持沉降片的片鼻上,形成新线圈;
(8)选针:间隔1~3针的相邻织针参加编织,相邻织针之间的1~3针不参加编织,使旧线圈处于织针针钩内;
(9)牵引:牵引旧线圈和新线圈向织针背部拉动,重复步骤(2)~(8)形成单路组织,以3*N路单路组织为一个完全组织进行循环编织,3*N路中除3倍数的奇数路以毛纱正面线圈编织,3*N路中除3倍数的偶数路以毛纱反面线圈编织,3*N路中3的倍数路以高弹纤维编织,N为1以上的整数,形成针织面料;
高弹纤维为涤纶高弹丝或棉纶高弹丝,高弹纤维的弹力为70D~300D,3*N路中相邻3的倍数路的高弹纤维为同种或异种;
编织时高弹纤维的用量为一根或多根;
(10)后整理:将针织面料置于温水中浸润并脱水烘干作松弛处理,温水中添加质量百分比浓度为1~2%的纤维保护剂SX123A,温水温度为30~40摄氏度,浸润时间为20~30min;
随后置于热定形机上扩幅定形,定形温度为120~145℃,横向扩幅比率为5~15%,纵向扩幅比率为10~20%,最后将针织面料缝接或织接获得帽针织物。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)采用毛纱正面线圈、毛纱反面线圈和高弹纤维编织交替进行,编织机械握持沉降片的片鼻较脱圈沉降片的片鼻高且长,使毛纱与高弹纤维的垫纱位置不同,以便线圈沉降弧被拉长成圈编织,避免露底现象,通过高弹纤维束缚毛纱,具有良好的覆盖编织性能;
(2)泡丝提高毛纱的湿润性,经甩干后可直接进行湿编织,使毛纱编织时张力稳定,正反面无断毛现象,且直立程度好,可抵抗变形力,在70D~300D的涤纶高弹丝或棉纶高弹丝同种或混合编织,选针适应毛纱和高弹纤维编织应力避免脱针,减少失弹断裂风险,保证毛针织物的耐久;
(3)松弛处理可使织物松弛预缩,扩幅热定型减小毛纱和高弹纤维织物稳定在所需应力位置的构型上,改善尺寸稳定性,从而综上提高毛针织物的延弹性。

一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其编织工艺如下:
(1)泡丝:将毛纱置于泡丝液中浸泡后甩干;
所述泡丝液由柔软剂AE504、氨基硅油JF-810H、保湿剂DH-C540、渗透剂JFC和水按质量比5:4:2:1:100混合组成,浸泡温度为65℃,浸泡时间为30min;

正面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为3.8cN,反面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为2.1cN,高弹纤维的给纱张力为4.9cN;
(3)退圈:编织机械的成圈配件包括脱圈沉降片和握持沉降片,握持沉降片的片鼻较脱圈沉降片的片鼻高且长,编织机械织针上升至最高点,握持沉降片的片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩移至针杆上;
(4)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,脱圈沉降片向编织机械针筒中心前进,准备垫纱;

一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其编织工艺如下:
(1)泡丝:将毛纱置于泡丝液中浸泡后甩干;
所述泡丝液由柔软剂AE504、氨基硅油JF-810H、保湿剂DH-C540、渗透剂JFC和水按质量比5:4:2:1:100混合组成,浸泡温度为62℃,浸泡时间为38min;
(2)给纱:将毛纱和高弹纤维送至编织机械的编织区域;
正面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为4.9cN,反面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为3.1cN,高弹纤维的给纱张力为6cN;
(3)退圈:编织机械的成圈配件包括脱圈沉降片和握持沉降片,握持沉降片的片鼻较脱圈沉降片的片鼻高且长,编织机械织针上升至最高点,握持沉降片的片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩移至针杆上;
(4)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,脱圈沉降片向编织机械针筒中心前进,准备垫纱;

(1)泡丝:将毛纱置于泡丝液中浸泡后甩干;

(10)后整理:将针织面料置于温水中浸润并脱水烘干作松弛处理,温水中添加质量百分比浓度为1~2%的纤维保护剂SX123A,温水温度为30~40摄氏度,浸润时间为20~30min;
随后置于热定形机上扩幅定形,定形温度为120~145℃,横向扩幅比率为5~15%,纵向扩幅比率为10~20%,最后将针织面料缝接或织接获得帽针织物。
本发明中:
(1)通过脱圈沉降片向编织机械的针筒中心前进,收回由于退圈而转移至针编弧中的毛纱,起到线圈的整理作用,通过编织机械握持沉降片的片鼻较脱圈沉降片的片鼻高且长,使毛纱与高弹纤维的垫纱位置不同,以便线圈沉降弧被拉长成圈编织,以提高成圈组织的延弹性;
(2)采用毛纱正面线圈、毛纱反面线圈和高弹纤维编织交替进行,使毛针织的正面和反面纵行紧密靠近,使纵列上包括正反面毛纱线圈和高弹纤维线圈,且线圈具有拉长的沉降弧,避免露底现象,使织物表面均匀光滑,通过高弹纤维束缚毛纱,具有良好的覆盖编织性能,可增加线圈转移阻力,提高毛针织物的延伸性和弹力回复性。
(3)柔软剂AE504购自于广州市仲皓璟高分子材料有限公司,是一种硅油柔软剂,可与氨基硅油JF-810H复配进行表面乳化,赋予毛纱耐久性的柔软性、抗皱性、较高的回复、润滑性,保湿剂DH-C540购自于广东中联邦精细化工有限公司,使一种非离子表面活性剂,具有优异的润湿性和低泡性,渗透剂JFC购自于广州市德田新材料有限公司,是一种烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,具有优良的渗透性,再润湿性能,与保湿剂DH-C540,利于降低表面张力,可提高柔软剂AE504、氨基硅油JF-810H对毛纱的浸润改性,提高毛纱的湿润性,经甩干后毛纱仍含有一定湿度,可直接进行湿编织,使毛纱编织时张力稳定,避免影响退圈和垫纱编织。
(4)采用该给纱张力参数的针织物表面成圈均匀,正反面无断毛现象,且直立程度好,通过匹配高弹纤维的给纱张力,使高弹纤维编织路的成圈线圈较小,可紧密的牵拉毛纱,避免线圈抽出,从而抵抗变形力,增加毛针织物的成形质量和延伸后的回复性。
(5)采用弹力在70D~300D的涤纶高弹丝或棉纶高弹丝同种或混合编织,除弹性伸缩率较高外涤纶高弹丝的柔韧性和蓬松性好,棉纶高弹丝的耐磨性、吸湿性和染色形好,可提高织物的光亮度,起到吸湿排汗和防皱作用,选择相应的高弹纤维可满足毛针织物的不同需求,丰富毛针织物特性;通过增加高弹纤维的用量,可提高高弹纤维编织丝束的耐磨性和抗拉轻度,用于编织厚实的毛针织物,选针适应毛纱和高弹纤维编织应力避免脱针,减少失弹断裂风险,保证毛针织物的耐久。
(6)纤维保护剂SX123A购自于东莞市三兴高新材料科技有限公司,是一种非离子型高分子组合聚乙烯共聚物乳化剂,主要起抗皱回复作用,可减少磨损损耗,提高织物的耐撕破形和顶破强度,通过松弛处理可使织物松弛预缩,消除织物内部应力,避免定形后的织物变的稀薄而影响延弹性。
(7)通过扩幅热定型加工产生应力松弛,减小毛纱和高弹纤维在编织过程中稳定状态的扭曲内部应力,使织物稳定在所需应力位置的构型上,改善尺寸稳定性,且适宜的扩幅比使帽针织物整体柔软,降低缩水率,达到良好的服用性能。
将实施例1-3制得的毛针织物与现有针织物作为对照例进行比较,按照GB/T3819-1997标准测试折痕回复性,按照GB/T8630-2013标准测试洗涤和干燥后的尺寸变化率,按照GB/T11047-2008标准测试勾丝性能,按照ASTM D5035-2006测量拉伸性能,按照GB/T3917-1997测试撕破性能,以ASTMD3107-75标准测试弹性回复率,其结果如下:
由上表检测结果可知,本发明的工艺生产的毛针织物较现有针织物的折痕率更小,洗涤干燥松弛后的尺寸结构稳定,具有防勾丝性能,且断裂伸长率和撕破强力提高,具有优异的延伸性能和弹性回复性,使整体毛针织物的延弹性大大提高,适用于各种生产、生活场合,提高耐久性和舒适性能。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。
Claims (7)
1.一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,其编织工艺如下:
(1)泡丝:将毛纱置于泡丝液中浸泡后甩干;
(2)给纱:将毛纱和高弹纤维送至编织机械的编织区域;
(3)退圈:编织机械的成圈配件包括脱圈沉降片和握持沉降片,握持沉降片的片鼻较脱圈沉降片的片鼻高且长,编织机械织针上升至最高点,握持沉降片的片喉握持旧线圈,使旧线圈从针钩移至针杆上;
(4)收针:织针从最高点退至收针平面,脱圈沉降片向编织机械针筒中心前进,准备垫纱;
(5)垫纱:脱圈沉降片或握持沉降片向针筒中心外移动,使毛纱圈从脱圈沉降片的片喉或握持沉降片的片鼻上脱落下来,通过导纱器将新毛纱垫放在脱圈沉降片的片喉以编织正面线圈,将新毛纱垫放在握持沉降片的片鼻上以编织反面线圈,将高弹纤维垫放在脱圈沉降片的片顶;
(6)弯纱:织针下降,使旧线圈停留在针舌反剪刀口处,针钩接触新毛纱或高弹纤维逐渐弯纱;
(7)成圈:织针继续下降时旧线圈推动针舌关闭,此时正面线圈和反面线圈的沉降弧分别在脱圈沉降片的片喉、握持沉降片的片鼻上,形成新线圈;
(8)选针:间隔1~3针的相邻织针参加编织,相邻织针之间的1~3针不参加编织,使旧线圈处于织针针钩内;
(9)牵引:牵引旧线圈和新线圈向织针背部拉动,重复步骤(2)~(8)形成单路组织,以3*N路单路组织为一个完全组织进行循环编织,3*N路中除3倍数的奇数路以毛纱正面线圈编织,3*N路中除3倍数的偶数路以毛纱反面线圈编织,3*N路中3的倍数路以高弹纤维编织,N为1以上的整数,形成针织面料;
(10)后整理:将针织面料置于温水中浸润并脱水烘干作松弛处理,随后置于热定形机上扩幅定形,最后将针织面料缝接或织接获得帽针织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,所述泡丝液由柔软剂AE504、氨基硅油JF-810H、保湿剂DH-C540、渗透剂JFC和水按质量比5:4:2:1:100混合组成,浸泡温度为60~70℃,浸泡时间为20~40min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中正面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为3.5~5cN,反面线圈编织时毛纱的给纱张力为1.5~3.5cN,高弹纤维的给纱张力为4.5~7cN。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,所述高弹纤维为涤纶高弹丝或棉纶高弹丝,高弹纤维的弹力为70D~300D,3*N路中相邻3的倍数路的高弹纤维为同种或异种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,编织时高弹纤维的用量为一根或多根。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,步骤(10)温水中添加质量百分比浓度为1~2%的纤维保护剂SX123A,温水温度为30~40摄氏度,浸润时间为20~30min。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种延弹性毛针织物编织工艺,其特征在于,步骤(10)的定形温度为120~145℃,横向扩幅比率为5~15%,纵向扩幅比率为10~20%。
