本发明公开了一种合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:聚醚多元醇5‑10份、二异氰酸酯10‑20份、聚酯多元醇5‑10份、聚氨酯树脂4‑8份、二甲基甲酰胺10‑20份、丙酮4‑8份、聚四氟乙烯粉末4‑6份、溶剂50‑70份、抗氧剂2‑3份、催化剂1‑3份、防粘剂1.5‑2.5份、耐高温助剂2‑4份。制成的合成革能耐高温,可以直接压纹,提高生产效率,提高成品率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯树脂制备领域,尤其涉及一种合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
合成革通常是由聚氨酯树脂组合物层压在无纺布、纺织布或者编织布等组合而成的薄片状制品,其结构一般包括基布和附在基布上的聚氨酯树脂表层,表层主要起装饰并使外观达到仿天然皮革的效果。
同时随着时代的发展,人们越来越多的希望在合成革上印刷上各种各样的图案与文字,在合成革上进行印刷必须采用高温压花,合成革经高温压花后容易出现破损,严重影响了产品的成品率,经高温压花后易损坏。市场上耐黄变聚氨酯合成革材料主要存在耐高温效果差及环保不达标等问题。因此,需要研发新型的应用于聚氨酯合成革领域的弱溶剂耐高温耐黄变环保合成革用聚氨酯树脂。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,制成的合成革能耐高温,可以直接压纹,提高生产效率,提高成品率,降低了生产成本。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:聚醚多元醇5-10份、二异氰酸酯10-20份、聚酯多元醇5-10份、聚氨酯树脂4-8份、二甲基甲酰胺10-20份、丙酮4-8份、聚四氟乙烯粉末4-6份、溶剂50-70份、抗氧剂2-3份、催化剂1-3份、防粘剂1.5-2.5份、耐高温助剂2-4份。
进一步,所述合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚氨酯树脂及溶剂加入反应釜,进行充分搅拌,搅拌时控制温度40-50℃;
(2)在重量百分比范围内将二异氰酸酯分批加入反应釜,分批加入催化剂,反应温度60-90℃,当粘度小于40000cps/25℃时,加入剩余的异氰酸酯,当粘度大于300000cps/25℃时,加入溶剂,并控制最终粘度在40000-300000cps/25℃范围内;
(3)在反应结束后按重量百分比添加抗氧剂、防粘剂、耐高温助剂;
(4)反应完全后冷却、计量、包装。
进一步,所述溶剂为正丁醇、异丙醇、丁酮、醋酸乙酯、碳酸二甲酯中至少一种。
进一步,耐高温助剂为有机硅油、改性有机硅油、二氧化硅、蒙脱土、碳酸钙的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步,所述催化剂为有机铋催化剂。
进一步,所述抗氧剂为四季戊四醇酯、甲基苯酚、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、季戊四醇四和三亚磷酸酯中的至少一种。
进一步,所述防粘剂为硅油、改性硅油、氟硅防粘爽滑剂的一种或多种的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:
结合多元醇高耐热性及聚醚多元醇的低结晶性,能够耐高温,其为环保型材料,具有防水防油污的效果,在现有合成革生产线上应用,工艺简单,无需改变生产设备,无需后处理可以直接压纹,提高生产效率,提高成品率,降低了生产成本。

实施例1:一种合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:聚醚多元醇5份、二异氰酸酯10份、聚酯多元醇5份、聚氨酯树脂4份、二甲基甲酰胺10份、丙酮4份、聚四氟乙烯粉末4份、溶剂50份、抗氧剂2份、催化剂1份、防粘剂1.5份、耐高温助剂2份。
所述合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚氨酯树脂及溶剂加入反应釜,进行充分搅拌,搅拌时控制温度40-50℃;
(2)在重量百分比范围内将二异氰酸酯分批加入反应釜,分批加入催化剂,反应温度60-90℃,当粘度小于40000cps/25℃时,加入剩余的异氰酸酯,当粘度大于300000cps/25℃时,加入溶剂,并控制最终粘度在40000-300000cps/25℃范围内;
(3)在反应结束后按重量百分比添加抗氧剂、防粘剂、耐高温助剂;
(4)反应完全后冷却、计量、包装。

所述合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚氨酯树脂及溶剂加入反应釜,进行充分搅拌,搅拌时控制温度40-50℃;

(1)聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚氨酯树脂及溶剂加入反应釜,进行充分搅拌,搅拌时控制温度40-50℃;
(2)在重量百分比范围内将二异氰酸酯分批加入反应釜,分批加入催化剂,反应温度60-90℃,当粘度小于40000cps/25℃时,加入剩余的异氰酸酯,当粘度大于300000cps/25℃时,加入溶剂,并控制最终粘度在40000-300000cps/25℃范围内;
(3)在反应结束后按重量百分比添加抗氧剂、防粘剂、耐高温助剂;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述合成革用耐高温聚氨酯树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚氨酯树脂及溶剂加入反应釜,进行充分搅拌,搅拌时控制温度40-50℃;
(2)在重量百分比范围内将二异氰酸酯分批加入反应釜,分批加入催化剂,反应温度60-90℃,当粘度小于40000cps/25℃时,加入剩余的异氰酸酯,当粘度大于300000cps/25℃时,加入溶剂,并控制最终粘度在40000-300000cps/25℃范围内;
