preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder, marine oyster peptide powder, cod protein peptide powder, yeast extract and lutein crystals;
weighing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40% of yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder, 20% of marine oyster peptide powder, 20% of cod protein peptide powder, 5% of yeast extract and 5% of lutein crystal;
feeding and mixing the raw materials through a three-dimensional mixer for a preset time to obtain a mixture;
and filtering the mixture by using a screen with a preset aperture to obtain the yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder.
Optionally, the preparation method of the bovine bone peptide collagen peptide powder comprises the following steps:
pretreating raw materials, washing fresh or frozen yak bone with high-pressure cold water to remove foreign matters, putting the washed yak bone into a mincing machine, crushing to 20-30mm, and placing in a clean container;
extracting gelatin, accurately metering crushed yak bones, putting into a cooking pot, adding tap water 1.2 times of the weight of the yak bones through a pipeline flowmeter, sealing a feeding port, and cooking with hot water to obtain a mixed solution containing oil and gelatin;

Optionally, the preparation method of the cod collagen peptide comprises the following steps:
selecting cod skin as a raw material, washing the cod skin with clear water, adding a mixed solution of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, soaking for 8-14 hours, wherein the concentration of the mixed solution of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide is 0.2-0.5%, the weight ratio of the calcium hydroxide to the sodium hydroxide is 1:2-4, and then repeatedly washing with clear water to enable the pH value of the cod skin to be neutral;
adding diluted acid water solution with concentration of 0.3-0.6%, soaking for 1-3 hr, and repeatedly washing with clear water to make pH value neutral;

centrifuging at the rotating speed of 3500-;

the preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder, marine oyster peptide powder, cod protein peptide powder, a yeast extract and lutein crystals.
Step two, weighing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40% of yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder, 20% of marine oyster peptide powder, 20% of cod protein peptide powder, 5% of yeast extract and 5% of lutein crystal.
And step three, feeding and mixing the raw materials through a three-dimensional mixer, and mixing for a preset time to obtain a mixture.
And step four, filtering the mixture by using a screen with a preset aperture to obtain the yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder.
In this embodiment, the preparation process of the yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder is as follows:
(1) pretreatment of raw materials: washing fresh or frozen yak bone with high pressure cold water to remove foreign matter, putting the washed yak bone into a mincing machine, crushing to 20-30mm, and placing in a clean container;
(2) gelatin extraction: accurately metering crushed yak bones, putting the yak bones into a cooking pot, adding tap water with the weight 1.2 times that of the yak bones through a pipeline type flowmeter, sealing a feeding port, and cooking the yak bones into mixed liquid containing grease and gelatin by hot water;
(3) separating collagen extracting solution: after extraction is finished, a liquid discharge valve at the bottom of the cooking tank and a feeding valve of the liquid storage tank are opened, a viewing mirror is observed, when the mixed liquid flows to a water-oil interface, the feeding valve of the liquid storage tank is closed in time, a valve of the oil storage tank is opened, and the oil is discharged into the oil storage tank, so that the oil and the gelatin are completely separated;
(4) compound enzymolysis: the enzymolysis is carried out in the liquid storage tank by adopting a method of compound enzyme enzymolysis, so that the hydrolysis degree of protein can be improved, and more hydrolysis products with small molecular weight can be obtained. The enzymolysis temperature is 48-52 ℃, and the time is 4-6 hours;
(5) enzyme deactivation, sterilization and peptide liquid separation: after enzymolysis is finished, boiling the enzymolysis liquid for 20 minutes to inactivate enzyme, sterilizing the soup, standing for 30 minutes, layering the hydrolysis liquid, wherein the upper layer is pulp of non-enzymolysis macromolecular denatured protein and inactivated enzyme, the lower layer is clear and transparent peptide liquid, and after vacuum filtration, the clear filtrate enters a filtrate storage tank to obtain collagen peptidase hydrolysate;
(6) decoloring and deodorizing: the prepared collagen peptidase hydrolyzed solution is light yellow, and powdered activated carbon is used as a decoloring and deodorizing agent to decolor and deodorize the enzymolysis solution;
(7) concentration: controlling the temperature of the collagen peptidase hydrolyzed liquid at 80-82 ℃, concentrating the material fed into a concentrator in each batch for no more than 30 minutes under the vacuum degree of 0.06-0.08Mpa until the baume degree is 20-22 Be, and temporarily storing the concentrated solution in a concentrated solution storage tank;
(8) spray drying: the temperature of the material is 45-50 ℃, the Baume degree is 20-22 Bee, the air inlet temperature of the spray tower is adjusted within the range of 150-160 ℃, the air outlet temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the material is dried into powder, namely the yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder.
In this embodiment, the preparation process of the marine oyster peptide powder is as follows:
(1) preparing oyster powder: cleaning fresh oysters, draining, pulping, and drying into powder;
(2) size mixing: mixing the oyster powder and purified water in a ratio of 1: 2;
(3) enzymolysis: carrying out enzymolysis by neutral protease, wherein the enzyme adding amount is 1% of the protein content of the substrate;

(6) heating to 80 ℃, inactivating enzyme for 10 minutes, filtering, concentrating in vacuum to 20% concentration, spray drying (air inlet temperature 180 ℃, air outlet temperature 80 ℃) to obtain marine oyster peptide powder;
(7) vacuum packaging and low-temperature preservation.
In this embodiment, the preparation process of the cod collagen peptide is as follows:
(1) selecting cod skin as a raw material, washing the cod skin with clear water, adding a mixed solution of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, soaking for 8-14 hours, wherein the concentration of the mixed solution of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide is 0.2-0.5%, the weight ratio of the calcium hydroxide to the sodium hydroxide is 1:2-4, and then repeatedly washing with clear water to enable the pH value of the cod skin to be neutral;

(6) Vacuum packaging, and storing at low temperature
In this example, the yeast extract was prepared as follows:
(1) sieving, washing, separating, sieving with 200 mesh sieve, removing impurities in yeast, washing off some impurities such as ash and emulsified substances to obtain yeast solution, and deodorizing the yeast with weak alkaline solution of five per thousand;
(2) centrifuging: centrifuging at 3500-;
(3) preparing a suspension: preparing the yeast paste obtained in the last step into 10-15% of yeast suspension;
(4) autolysis: at the pH of 5.5-6.5 and the temperature of 40-55 ℃, the autolysis time is 24-28 h;
(5) heating to inactivate enzyme: after autolysis is finished, heating to 90-95 ℃ for 15-20min to inactivate enzymes in the yeast cells;
(6) centrifugal separation: cooling the enzyme-inactivated semi-finished product, and centrifuging for 30min at the rotating speed of 3500-;
(7) concentrating and drying: centrifuging the obtained autolyzed supernatant, controlling the temperature at 60 ℃, concentrating under reduced pressure to dry matter concentration of 40% (semi-solid state), and then spraying and drying into powder under certain conditions (inlet air temperature of 165 ℃ and outlet air temperature of 90 ℃) to obtain the powdery yeast extract.
In this embodiment, the preparation process of the lutein crystal is as follows:
(1) preparation method of marigold pollen
Fermenting fresh flos Tagetis Erectae petal in dark place, adding liquid nitrogen, and grinding into powder (40-60um) to obtain flos Tagetis Erectae pollen.
(2) Preparation of xanthophylls
50g of marigold pollen, 500ml of tetrahydrofuran (containing 0.01% of BHT antioxidant), 12.5g of KOH12, 62ml of ethanol and 62ml of water are stirred and mixed for 2 hours at room temperature under the conditions of shading and sealing, and the pH value of the mixed solution is about l 2. Filtering, rotary evaporating filtrate to remove solvent, washing residue with water until pH of washing solution is neutral, centrifuging to obtain xanthophyll crude product with purity of 70.8%.
(3) Preparation of crystalline lutein
Dissolving the xanthophyll crude product in a small amount of tetrahydrofuran (containing 0.01% BHT), adding water until the solution is turbid, stirring under the conditions of room temperature, shading and sealing to recrystallize the compound, then centrifugally separating out solid, washing the solid with water to remove the tetrahydrofuran, and finally performing vacuum drying at 0 ℃ to obtain the xanthophyll crystal.

feeding and mixing the raw materials through a three-dimensional mixer for a preset time to obtain a mixture;
and filtering the mixture by using a screen with a preset aperture to obtain the yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder.
3. The method for preparing yak bone renaturation oligopeptide powder according to claim 2, wherein the method for preparing the yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder comprises the following steps:
pretreating raw materials, washing fresh or frozen yak bone with high-pressure cold water to remove foreign matters, putting the washed yak bone into a mincing machine, crushing to 20-30mm, and placing in a clean container;
extracting gelatin, accurately metering crushed yak bones, putting into a cooking pot, adding tap water 1.2 times of the weight of the yak bones through a pipeline flowmeter, sealing a feeding port, and cooking with hot water to obtain a mixed solution containing oil and gelatin;
separating collagen extracting solution, after extraction, opening a liquid discharge valve at the bottom of the cooking tank and a feeding valve of a liquid storage tank, observing a sight glass, closing the feeding valve of the liquid storage tank in time when the mixed solution flows to a water-oil interface, opening a valve of the oil storage tank, and discharging oil into the oil storage tank, so that the oil and the gelatin are completely separated;
performing compound enzymolysis, namely performing enzymolysis in a liquid storage tank by adopting a compound enzyme enzymolysis method, so that the hydrolysis degree of protein can be improved, and more hydrolysate with small molecular weight can be obtained; the enzymolysis temperature is 48-52 ℃, and the time is 4-6 hours;
inactivating enzyme, sterilizing and separating peptide liquid, boiling enzymolysis liquid for 20 minutes after enzymolysis is finished, inactivating enzyme, sterilizing soup liquid, standing for 30 minutes, layering the hydrolysis liquid, wherein the upper layer is pulp of non-enzymolysis macromolecular denatured protein and inactivated enzyme, the lower layer is clear and transparent peptide liquid, and after vacuum filtration, the clarified filtrate enters a filtrate storage tank to obtain collagen peptidase hydrolysate;
decoloring and deodorizing, wherein the prepared collagen peptidase hydrolysate is light yellow, and the powdery active carbon is used as a decoloring and deodorizing agent to decolor and deodorize the enzymolysis solution;
concentrating, controlling the temperature of the collagen peptidase hydrolyzed solution at 80-82 deg.C, concentrating the collagen peptidase hydrolyzed solution in a concentrator for no more than 30 minutes under the vacuum degree of 0.06-0.08Mpa until the baume degree is 20-22 Be, and storing the concentrated solution in a concentrated solution storage tank for temporary storage;
spray drying, wherein the material temperature is 45-50 ℃, the Baume degree is 20-22 Bee, the air inlet temperature of a spray tower is adjusted within the range of 150-160 ℃, the air outlet temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the powder is dried to obtain the yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder.

vacuum packaging and low-temperature preservation.
5. The method for preparing the yak bone renaturation oligopeptide powder according to the claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the cod collagen peptide comprises the following steps:
selecting cod skin as a raw material, washing the cod skin with clear water, adding a mixed solution of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, soaking for 8-14 hours, wherein the concentration of the mixed solution of calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide is 0.2-0.5%, the weight ratio of the calcium hydroxide to the sodium hydroxide is 1:2-4, and then repeatedly washing with clear water to enable the pH value of the cod skin to be neutral;
adding diluted acid water solution with concentration of 0.3-0.6%, soaking for 1-3 hr, and repeatedly washing with clear water to make pH value neutral;
crushing fish skin, stirring and extracting in hot water of 70-80 ℃ for 8-10 hours, and filtering to remove insoluble substances to obtain collagen extracting solution;
adjusting pH of the collagen extract to neutral, adding enzyme for enzymolysis for 3-5 hr under stirring, and allowing enzymolysis temperature to 40-50 deg.C;
heating to 80 ℃, inactivating enzyme of the enzymolysis liquid for 10 minutes, filtering, concentrating in vacuum to 20% concentration, spray drying, wherein the air inlet temperature is 180 ℃, the air outlet temperature is 80 ℃, and obtaining the cod collagen peptide;
vacuum packaging and low-temperature preservation.
6. The method for preparing yak bone renaturation oligopeptide powder according to claim 2, wherein the method for preparing the yeast extract comprises the following steps:
sieving, washing, separating, sieving with 200 mesh sieve, removing impurities in yeast, washing off some impurities such as ash and emulsified substances to obtain yeast solution, and deodorizing the yeast with weak alkaline solution of five per thousand;
centrifuging at the rotating speed of 3500-;
preparing suspension, namely preparing the yeast paste obtained in the last step into 10-15% of yeast suspension;
autolysis, wherein the autolysis time is 24-28h under the conditions that the pH value is 5.5-6.5 and the temperature is 40-55 ℃;

preparing marigold pollen, namely taking petals of fresh marigold flowers, performing light-resistant fermentation treatment, adding liquid nitrogen, and grinding into powder of 40-60um to obtain marigold pollen;
preparing lutein, namely 50g of marigold pollen, 500ml of tetrahydrofuran, 12.5g of KOH, 62ml of ethanol and 62ml of water, stirring and mixing for 2 hours at room temperature under the conditions of shading and sealing, wherein the pH value of the mixed solution is about l 2; filtering, performing rotary evaporation on the filtrate to remove the solvent, washing the residue with water until the pH value of the washing liquid becomes neutral, and centrifuging to obtain a lutein crude product with the purity of 70.8%;
dissolving the lutein crude product in a small amount of tetrahydrofuran, adding water until the solution is turbid, stirring at room temperature under a light-shielding and sealing condition to recrystallize the compound, then centrifugally separating out a solid, washing the solid with water to remove the tetrahydrofuran, and finally performing vacuum drying at 0 ℃ to obtain the lutein crystal.
