The plant growth regulator is mainly used for regulating the growth process of winter jujubes, is not limited to one fruit of the winter jujubes, can also be used for planting other fruits such as pears, apples and the like in the actual use process, has the action mechanism which is approximately the same as that of the winter jujubes, and has the specific action effect considering factors such as the growth period, the environment, the preference and the like of different types of fruits.
Citric acid titanium salt
The citric acid titanium is a plant growth regulator taking active titanium as a main substance, is a beneficial trace element, can enhance the photosynthesis of plants, improve the chlorophyll content of leaves and the catalase activity in the plants, and promote the absorption and operation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium by the plants, thereby achieving the effects of increasing the yield of the crops and improving the fruit quality. The titanium citrate of the present invention can be purchased from Changsheng chemical products Co., Ltd (product name: chelated titanium; active ingredient content: 99 wt%; white powder).
Ethephon
Ethephon, also called ethephon and 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid, with CAS number 16672-87-0, is a high-quality and high-efficiency plant growth regulator, and can enhance the synthesis capacity of ribonucleic acid in plant cells and promote the synthesis of protein, so that the ethephon has the effects of promoting fruit ripening, stimulating wound healing, regulating the sex transformation of partial plants and the like. The ethephon can be purchased from Wuhan far-reaching Co-creation science and technology Limited (the content of the effective component is 99 wt%).
In the invention, the titanium citrate acts on the plant body, so that the chlorophyll content in the plant body is increased, the photosynthesis is enhanced, the division and growth of cells at the petioles and the fruit stalks are promoted, the life activity of the cells is maintained, and the premature falling of leaves and fruits is prevented; in addition, the titanium citrate and ethephon are compounded for use, so that the synthesis of cellulase and pectinase in a plant abscission zone is inhibited, the binding force of intercellular cellulose is enhanced, and fruits and leaves are not easy to fall off. In order to shorten the growth cycle of winter jujubes and prevent premature shedding of fruit grains and leaf aging, the weight ratio of the titanium citrate to the ethephon is (5-7): 1, preferably, the weight ratio of the titanium citrate to the ethephon is 6: 1, regulating the concentration of the titanium citrate in the plant growth regulator to be within the range of 6-10 wt%, preferably, the concentration of the titanium citrate in the plant growth regulator is 7.5 wt%.
In some embodiments, the plant growth regulator further comprises a stabilizer.
In a preferred embodiment, the stabilizer is calcium acetate, and the stabilizer accounts for 0.7-1 wt% of the plant growth regulator. The calcium acetate of the present invention can be purchased from Cornish chemical Co., Ltd in Shandong Tengteng (CAS number: 62-54-4; appearance: white loose fine powder).
The titanium citrate used in the invention is a metal chelate of tetravalent titanium, wherein the tetravalent titanium is easy to hydrolyze in a water-containing solution system to generate white precipitates, thus destroying the stability of the plant growth regulator and further reducing the pesticide effect. The stabilizer calcium acetate added in the invention can combine acetate ions with hydrogen ions in a system to generate acetic acid according to the pH value change of the regulator in a solution system, the acetic acid can be dissociated at the same time, the pH value of the system is balanced, and the hydrolysis behavior of tetravalent titanium is inhibited, on the other hand, the calcium acetate is used as the stabilizer, the whole shape and the stability of the plant growth regulator can be maintained, the two functions maintain the stability of the plant growth regulator and avoid the deterioration of effective components in the plant growth regulator. Meanwhile, the inventor unexpectedly finds that the winter jujubes treated by the plant growth regulator added with the calcium acetate are sweet and crisp, are not easy to soften after being picked and can be stored for a long time. Presumably, the possible reasons are: on one hand, the calcium acetate can balance the pH value in the fruits, when ethylene in the fruits is released to a certain amount or organic acid is converted to a certain degree, the respiration of the plants can be inhibited to a certain degree, on the other hand, pectin is an important component for forming and maintaining the intercellular combination of the peels and the pulp, and the fruit can be softened due to the strength of the combination. However, since the use of an excessive amount of calcium acetate may result in a too low pH value of the solution system and may inhibit the growth of ethephon, the concentration of calcium acetate in the plant growth regulator of the present invention is 0.7 to 1 wt%, and preferably 0.8 wt%.
In some embodiments, the plant growth regulator further comprises a bactericide.
In a preferred embodiment, the antimicrobial agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyhexamethylene guanidine, a derivative of polyhexamethylene guanidine, chitosan, and a derivative of chitosan.
In a preferred embodiment, the bactericide accounts for 0.9-1.5 wt% of the plant growth regulator; preferably, the fungicide comprises 1.2wt% of the plant growth regulator.
Polyhexamethylene guanidine and polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative
The polyhexamethylene guanidine and the derivative thereof are selected from at least one of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate, polyhexamethylene guanidine propionate and polyhexamethylene guanidine gluconate.
Chitosan and chitosan derivative
The chitosan and the derivatives thereof are selected from at least one of carboxylated chitosan, chitosan hydrochloride, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, chitosan lactate, chitosan glutamate, chitosan sulfate and chitosan oligosaccharide.
In a more preferred embodiment, the antimicrobial agent is a combination of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and chitosan hydrochloride in a weight ratio of 1: 1; the poly (hexamethylene guanidine) hydrochloride can be purchased from Guangdong Onkang chemical reagent GmbH (CAS number: 57028-96-3; molecular weight: 710), and the chitosan hydrochloride can be purchased from Shandong Onkang biotechnology GmbH (appearance: white-like to light yellow powder; deacetylation degree: more than 85%, water solubility: more than 99%, viscosity: less than 100 mpa.s).
In the invention, polyhexamethylene guanidine belongs to guanidine high molecular polymers, can generate ionization in aqueous solution, has strong electropositivity on a hydrophilic group part, has good bactericidal effect, has free amino groups in chitosan molecules, is easy to form salt in acidic solution, has cationic property, and has good insecticidal effect. The polyhexamethylene guanidine and the chitosan are compounded for use, so that the winter jujube fruits can be effectively prevented from being attacked by pests and infected by germs, and the fruit shrink disease can be effectively prevented and treated. In addition, the applicant finds that when polyhexamethylene guanidine and chitosan are added into the plant growth regulator as the bacteriostatic agent, the regulator solution is stable in components and is uniformly sprayed, the taste of the treated winter jujubes is more fragrant and crisp, and the probable reason is presumed, the polyhexamethylene guanidine and the chitosan are both positive in an aqueous solution system, and negative electricity generated by pulp structure change in the ripening process of the winter jujubes is neutralized, so that the pulp structure change and softening are further influenced. However, the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is a high-molecular polymer, the molecular weight of the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride not only affects the sterilization effect of the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, but also affects the viscosity of a solution system, and the molecular weight of the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is 500-900 comprehensively considered.
In some embodiments, the plant growth regulator further comprises a solvent, a dispersant, a wetting agent.
In a preferred embodiment, the dispersant is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyaspartic acid, maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. Preferably, the dispersant of the present invention is selected from polyaspartic acid, which is available from Arkawa agricultural science and technology, Inc. (effective component content: 100%).
In a preferred embodiment, the wetting agent is a sulfonate-based wetting agent. The wetting agent is selected from at least one of sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate, sodium dibutyl naphthalene sulfonate, castor oil sulfonate, tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, succinate sulfonate, tetrapropylene sodium benzene sulfonate, diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate, p-methoxy fatty amide benzene sulfonate and alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate. Preferably, the wetting agent in the present invention is calcium lignosulfonate, which is available from feihuang chemical company, Xinyi city (lignin content ≧ 55 wt%).
In addition, the solvent in the invention is a mixed solvent of ethanol and water, wherein the weight ratio of the two solvents is 1: 3.

(CAS number: 57028-96-3; molecular weight: 710); the chitosan hydrochloride can be purchased from Shandong Onkang Biotechnology Co., Ltd (appearance: white-like to light yellow powder, deacetylation degree: more than 85%, water solubility: more than 99%, viscosity: less than 100 mpa.s); the polyaspartic acid is purchased from Arkawa agricultural science and technology GmbH in Hebei (effective component content: 100%); the calcium lignosulfonate was purchased from Feihuang chemical Co., Ltd., New Yi City (lignin content not less than 55 wt%).

The method for preparing the plant growth regulator of embodiments 1 to 15 includes the steps of: and sequentially adding the titanium citrate, the ethephon, the bacteriostatic agent, the stabilizer, the dispersant and the wetting agent into a mixed solvent of ethanol and water, and stirring for dissolving to obtain the plant growth regulator.
Evaluation of Performance
The test land is arranged in an orchard in the Yangling area in Shaanxi province, the terrain of the test field is flat, the fertility is medium and uniform, the same stubble of jujube trees which are in the white ripeness stage and have uniform growth is equally divided into 16 areas, the plant growth regulator prepared in the embodiment 1-15 is uniformly sprayed on the surface of winter jujube in each area, the plant growth regulator is uniformly sprayed once in the early stage of the white ripeness stage of the winter jujube and seven days later, the rest area is used as a control test, and the same treatment is carried out on the control test by using clean water. During the collection, 100 winter jujubes are randomly picked in each area.
1. Appearance and mouthfeel evaluation:
the appearance and taste of winter jujubes were evaluated by the experimenter according to the evaluation criteria including fruit shape, pericarp state and color, sweetness and crispness of the fruit, etc., and the results are shown in table 1.
2. Fruit growth cycle
The test personnel judge whether the winter jujubes are mature according to routine experience, and record the growth cycle (from the result to the maturity), and the results are shown in table 1.
3. Storage stability
The winter jujubes in the examples were separately spread and placed in the same normal temperature environment, and the test personnel recorded the fresh-keeping time (from the picking day to the softening day) of the winter jujubes, and the results are shown in table 1.
4. Stability test
The plant growth regulators prepared in the examples were placed in closed containers, respectively, and kept at normal temperature for 60 hours, and the change of the solution was observed, and the plant growth regulators were rated into four grades: a: no demixing and no turbidity, B: no delamination, slight cloudiness, C slight delamination, apparent cloudiness, D, apparent delamination, apparent cloudiness, the results are shown in Table 1.

When the plant growth regulator prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 is used for regulating the growth process of winter jujubes, the phenomena of leaf aging, yellowing and fruit grain shedding of winter jujube plants can be effectively prevented. According to the evaluation of the appearance and the taste of the winter jujubes in the table 1, the winter jujube fruit is uniform in size, smooth in peel, bright in ochre color and fragrant, sweet and crisp in pulp by compounding the titanium citrate and the ethephon raw medicine and adding the specific stabilizer and the bactericide; in addition, as can be seen from the results of the storability of the winter jujubes in table 1, the plant growth regulator provided by the invention greatly prolongs the normal-temperature fresh-keeping time of the winter jujubes; according to the stability of the plant growth regulator in table 1, the stabilizer and the bactericide effectively improve the stability of the liquid medicine and ensure the efficacy of the medicine in the invention.
