本发明提供了一种气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构,它由壳体、阀芯、封堵和弹簧组成,正常运行时,某组份原料产生的压力通过原料连通口向内施压,推动阀芯向右移动,设在阀芯上的凹槽将气源进口和气源出口连通在一起形成通路,设备即可正常工作,相反,当某种原料不足时其压力就会自动减小,在弹簧的作用下,阀芯向左移动,同时设在阀芯上的凹槽相应移动,使气源进口和气源出口不能形成通路,设备气源就会自动关闭,这样在双组份泵连锁工作中,如某种原料供应不足或停止供应时,设备会自动停止工作,以避免在生产过程中形成单组份原料运行而造成损失。

背景技术
喷涂机、树脂注射机、聚胺酯发泡机等是许多行业中常用的设备,而这些设备的主要工作设备为气动液压增压泵,通过压缩空气将原料吸入设备内,被增压的原料或经过高压软管输送至喷枪,最后在喷嘴处雾化,并在瞬时雾化后喷向被涂物表面,形成涂膜层,或增压后输送至需要的工位。而在有些行业中需要两种或两种以上原料混合使用,比如在玻璃钢行业的玻璃钢喷涂机上就需要将树脂和固化剂按一定比例混合后喷涂在产品表面,这就需要双组份泵来完成,即在压缩空气作用下将两种组份原料由两条泵送系统按照一定比例分别加压输送,两组份原料混合后喷向工件或输送至需要的工位。而在实际工作中,由于某种组份原料系统出现意外情形,如原料用完、管道堵塞、管道破损等原因而停止供应,常常不易被发现,只有另一组份原料在运行,这样就达不到应用双组份原料的目的。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构,可以在双组份原料混合使用时,假如一种原料供应不足或停止供应,本技术设备会自动停止工作,以避免在生产过程中造成损失。
本发明是通过如下技术来实现的:气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构由壳体、阀芯、封堵和弹簧组成,壳体沿轴向设有圆孔即内腔,壳体的上部分别设有气源进口和气源出口,并且气源进口和气源出口与内腔相通,阀芯为一圆柱体并在外圆上设有凹槽,阀芯安装在壳体的轴向圆孔即内腔中,阀芯连接弹簧,封堵为中空结构并通过螺纹或螺栓等与壳体连接在一起,封堵外端为某组份原料连通口,原料连通口与内腔相通,阀芯在原料的压力和弹簧作用下可在内腔中左右移动。
本发明取得的有益效果是:正常运行时,某组份原料产生的压力通过原料连通口向内施压,推动阀芯向右移动,设在阀芯上的凹槽将气源进口和气源出口连通在一起形成通路,设备即可正常工作。相反,当某种原料不足时其压力就会自动减小,在弹簧的作用下,阀芯向左移动,同时设在阀芯上的凹槽相应移动,使气源进口和气源出口不能形成通路,设备气源就会自动关闭,这样在双组份泵连锁工作中,如某种原料供应不足或停止供应时,设备会自动停止工作,以避免在生产过程中形成单组份原料运行而造成损失。

下面以附图为实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
根据附图所示,本发明的实施例气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构由壳体(1)、阀芯(2)、封堵(3)和弹簧(4)组成,壳体(1)沿轴向设有圆孔即内腔(5),壳体(1)的上部分别设有气源进口(6)和气源出口(7),并且气源进口(6)和气源出口(7)与内腔(5)相通,阀芯(2)为一圆柱体并在外圆上设有凹槽(8),凹槽(8)为环形结构,阀芯(2)安装在壳体(1)的轴向圆孔即内腔(5)中,阀芯(2)连接弹簧(4),封堵(3)为中空结构并通过螺栓(10)与壳体(1)连接在一起,封堵(3)外端为原料连通口(9),原料连通口(9)与内腔(5)相通,阀芯(2)在原料压力和弹簧(4)作用下可在内腔(5)中左右移动。
正常运行时,原料产生的压力通过原料连通口(9)向内施压,推动阀芯(2)向右移动,设在阀芯(2)上的凹槽(8)将气源进口(6)和气源出口(7)连通在一起形成通路,本设备即可正常工作。相反,当某种原料不足时其压力就会自动减小,在弹簧(4)的作用下,阀芯(2)向左移动,同时设在阀芯(2)上的凹槽(8)相应移动,使气源进口(6)和气源出口(7)不能形成通路,本设备就会自动关闭气源而停止工作。
本实施例只是本发明气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构的一种示例,本发明包括并不限于本实施例覆盖的范围,旨在于在某组份压力变化时通过阀芯动作来连通或切断壳体上的气源进口和气源出口。另外本实施例中的封堵与壳体之间既可通过螺栓连接,又可通过螺纹或焊接等方式连接,设在阀芯上的凹槽可为环形凹槽,也可为轴向凹槽。

1.气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构由壳体(1)、阀芯(2)、封堵(3)和弹簧(4)组成,其特征在于壳体(1)沿轴向设有圆孔即内腔(5),壳体(1)的上部分别设有气源进口(6)和气源出口(7),并且气源进口(6)和气源出口(7)与内腔(5)相通,阀芯(2)为一圆柱体并在外圆上设有凹槽(8),阀芯(2)安装在壳体(1)的轴向圆孔即内腔(5)中,阀芯(2)连接弹簧(4),封堵(3)为中空结构并与壳体(1)连接在一起,封堵(3)外端为原料连通口(9),原料连通口(9)与内腔(5)相通,阀芯(2)在原料压力和弹簧(4)作用下可在内腔(5)中左右移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构,其特征在于封堵(3)通过螺栓(10)与壳体(1)连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气动双组份泵连锁关机控制机构,其特征在于阀芯(2)上的凹槽为环形凹槽。
