In this embodiment, two-dimensional codes are attached to the baskets 300, and two code scanning devices are arranged on the conveying path of the belt conveyor line 200 and are respectively used for recording the position information and the goods information of the baskets 300 filled with goods and the position information of empty baskets 300. By arranging the code scanning mechanism, the warehouse location management of each hanging basket 300 is realized, and the empty hanging basket 300 can be effectively taken and reasonably sent to a destination.
The working flow of the hoister in the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, a mechanical arm grabs and puts goods on the hanging basket 300, and during the period, the claw type air cylinder starts to work and clamps the hexagonal prism 410 part at the end part of the connecting rod 400 to prevent the goods from shaking left and right; after the goods are placed, the air cylinder is loosened, the servo motor drives the belt to convey upwards, the belt reaches a code scanning area to scan codes, and the state information of the hanging basket 300 and the goods information are recorded; then the belt drives the hanging basket 300 to reach the appointed floor, at the moment, the claw type cylinder clamps the hexagonal prism part at the end part of the connecting rod 400, and the mechanical arm is used for taking out the goods; and finally, loosening the cylinder, continuously walking by the belt, scanning the code again to record the position information of the empty hanging basket 300, and continuously taking goods downwards repeatedly.

6. A high-efficiency goods elevator as claimed in claim 4, wherein two-dimensional codes are attached to the baskets, and at least two code scanning devices are arranged on the conveying path of the conveying line and used for recording basket state information.
