目前，随着劳动方式的变化和电脑手机等电子设备的普及，患有此类疾病的人群数量呈上升的势头，在成年人中甚至达到了40％的水平，尤其以长时间坐办公室人员和长期从事负重工作人员为高发群体。腰椎间盘突出疾病治疗难度大，治疗周期长，严重影响人们正常的生活工作。
目前治疗椎间盘突出颈椎病常用方法有：一是采用按摩、针灸、牵引等进行修复治疗，一时能减轻，但容易复发；二是微创手术和开放手术治疗，也是医院最常用的治疗方法，往往针对病情严重的病人，这种治疗费用高、风险大，并且容易复发。三是中医治疗，中药中医方法治疗颈椎病腰椎间盘突出的研究成果逐步被广大患者所接受，并且适合现代人们工作的需求，慢性期患者在不影响正常工作的情况下，可以把疾病治愈，且远期效果稳定，无创伤，恢复周期短。

(2)将当归，白芍，川穹，续断，防风，防己，苍术加70％的乙醇提取2次，每次加醇量为药材总重量的4倍，每次提取时间为2小时，合并提取液回收乙醇得到醇提液；

实施例2 本发明中药组合物配合针灸的实用疗效观察
在本诊所的300余名患者中按照以下标准确定疗效
治愈 腰痛、下肢痛完全消失，活动基本不受限制
好转 腰痛、下肢痛减轻，腰腿活动仍然受限但对常规工作和生活没有影响
无效 痛、下肢痛无好转，或好转幅度很小不足以使患者正常工作、生活
本诊所使用针灸疗法(一般取穴针对阿是穴，印堂，肾俞，大肠俞，阳关，委中，配穴环跳，承山，阳陵泉，昆仑)治疗严重腰间盘突出患者(即不能正常工作，生活自理也受限的患者)，每周2-3次针灸，一个月后治愈率，好转率约为20％和50％，有30％左右无效率。
针灸配合每日一次(300mL)使用服用实施例1中的中药组合物时，一个月后治愈率，好转率约为35％和55％，仅有10％左右无效率。
实施例3 使用鼠椎间盘突出模型验证中药组合物的药效
动物实验由中南大学实验动物中心进行，实验动物提供和实验过程均由该单位操作，基本过程如下：
取180-200g的雄性SD大鼠；
正常饲养一周，每日观察取食，精神，活动能力无异常者20只；
麻醉后，每只大鼠切取尾椎椎间盘2个；
沿大鼠后背脊柱正中线切开背部皮肤、肌肉，暴露并剔除椎板；
将保存好的尾椎间盘嵌入剔除的椎板的间隙，缝合；
注射抗生素后饲养2周，选取有机械刺激痛觉现象，但无炎症，取食问题的大鼠10只作为模型大鼠使用；
对5只造模成功的大鼠每日一次灌胃施用实施例1的中药组合物(1mL)；
另外5只正常饲养，每日灌胃1ml蒸馏水作为对照；
连续施用20日后，取出尾椎椎间盘组织，固定，HE颜色进行观察；
检测鼠血清中TXB2和PGF1α含量(上海樊克生物科技有限公司)，计算TXB2/PGF1α(均为ng/mL)。
观察结果表明，用药组的炎性细胞浸润和增生情况明显低于对照组，血管增多情况较轻。
用药组TXB2/PGF1α平均值为2.03，而对照组TXB2/PGF1α平均值为3.44，说明书实施例1的组合物有效改善了TXB2/PGF1α失衡状态，有利于减少血栓造成的组织损伤和异常生长行为。

Claims (9)

1.一种治疗颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，其包含当归120-150份，白芍100-120份，川穹100-120份，紫胡90-120份，茯苓120-150份，土炒白术100-120份，甘草60-100份，独活150-200份，续断120-150份，防风100-120份，防己100-120份，苍术120-150份，熟地100-120份，防己100-120份，鸡血藤120-150份，川牛夕150-200份，杜仲120-150份，细辛30-50份，党参100-120份，山茱萸100-200份。
2.根据权利要求1的中药组合物，所述中药组合物包含当归130份，白芍100份，川穹100份，紫胡100份，茯苓130份，土炒白术100份，甘草80份，独活160份，续断130份，防风100份，防己100份，苍术150份，熟地120份，防己100份，鸡血藤130份，川牛夕160份，杜仲120份，细辛40份，党参110份，山茱萸150份。
3.根据权利要求1或2的中药组合物，所述中药组合物为内服药。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的中药组合物的制备方法，包括：(1)称取原料药；(2)将当归，白芍，川穹，续断，防风，防己，苍术加70％的乙醇提取2次，每次加醇量为药材总重量的4倍，每次提取时间为2小时，合并提取液回收乙醇得到醇提液；(3)将其余成分加水提取3次，每次加水量分别为药材总重量的5倍量，每次提取时间为3小时，合并提取液，浓缩至相对密度为1.4左右得到水提物；(4)混合醇提物和水提物得到所述中药组合物。
5.根据权利要求4的方法制备的中药组合物。
6.根据权利要求1-3、5任一项的中药组合物，所述中药组合物配合针灸使用。
7.根据权利要求6的中药组合物，所述针灸取穴针对阿是穴，印堂，肾俞，大肠俞，阳关，委中，配穴环跳，承山，阳陵泉，昆仑。
8.根据权利要求1-3、5任一项的中药组合物在制备配合针灸治疗腰间盘突出或膨出的药物中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8的应用，所述针灸取穴针对阿是穴，印堂，肾俞，大肠俞，阳关，委中，配穴环跳，承山，阳陵泉，昆仑。
