Description

Functional composition and feed for reducing content of trans-fatty acid in ruminant milk and application of functional composition and feed
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of livestock breeding. More particularly, relates to a functional composition for reducing the content of trans-fatty acid in ruminant milk, a feed additive and application thereof.
Background
At present, the dairy goat breeding industry mainly faces the problems that silage is difficult to prepare in individual areas or the groups are too small, so that silage type Total Mixed Ration (TMR) is difficult to prepare, and therefore the dairy goat breeding industry can only feed non-silage type ration. In order to improve milk yield, a high proportion of concentrated feed needs to be fed, and the problem of picky feeding of the dairy goat is solved, so that the proportion of milk fat and milk protein is abnormal, the risk of acidosis is increased, and the trans-fatty acid content in the goat milk is increased (the trans-fatty acid content is higher than 3% of the total fatty acid). The national standard for food safety in infant formula (GB10765-2010) states that the maximum trans fatty acid content should be less than 3% of the total fatty acids. Therefore, the goat milk can not be used for producing infant milk powder, the application value of the goat milk is reduced, and meanwhile, the benefits of dairy farmers are affected.
Therefore, under the condition of no silage type daily ration, a new feed needs to be developed urgently to reduce the content of trans-fatty acid in the goat milk, improve the milk quality and ensure the normal proportion of milk fat and milk protein in the goat milk.

To further reduce the total fatty acid content of trans fatty acids in the sheep milk, tests were designed for different levels of addition of three functional additives (i.e., yeast culture, rumen bypass choline and rumen bypass methionine), i.e., a 3 x 3 orthogonal test, based on the basal diet formula of the experimental group of example 7.
Feeding the test subjects to 225 healthy milk goats with the average body weight of 68kg and the lactation number of 2-3 in the lactation prophase in a milk goat farm in Longxia county of Shanxi province according to L9(34) And (3) arranging an experiment in an orthogonal table, randomly dividing the experiment into 9 groups, feeding the goat for 45 days, recording the total milk yield of the dairy goats of each group every day after the experiment begins, and finally calculating the average milk yield of each goat every day in the experiment period. And collecting mixed milk samples of each group every day for detecting milk components including the milk fat rate, the milk protein rate and the content of trans fatty acid in total fatty acid in the last 4 days of the test, and finally calculating the average milk fat rate, the average milk protein rate and the content of trans fatty acid in total fatty acid in the average goat milk of each group. The results are shown in Table 3, from which it can be seen that: after the yeast culture, the rumen bypass choline and the rumen bypass methionine are added, compared with the test group in example 7, the average milk yield, the average milk fat rate and the average milk protein rate are all improved, and the proportion of trans fatty acid in the total fatty acid is reduced and is less than 3 percentThe formula is regulated in national standard infant formula (GB10765-2010) of food safety.
Data were analyzed using the general linear model in the SPSS analysis software and the results showed that there was a significant effect of the yeast culture on milk production (P < 0.05), milk fat ratio (P < 0.01) and the proportion of trans fatty acids to total fatty acids (P < 0.05). Rumen bypass choline (P < 0.05) and rumen bypass methionine (P < 0.01) had a significant effect on the ratio of trans fatty acids to total fatty acids. The group 1, 2 and 7 showed the best results in terms of combined milk production and trans fatty acid to total fatty acid ratio. The economic benefit index analysis (table 4) is combined, the group 2 has the highest profit, namely 2.5 g/day/yeast culture, 1.5 g/day rumen bypass choline and 3 g/day rumen bypass methionine, the effect is the best, and the group 1 and the group 7 have the next best effect.

On the basis of the basic ration formula of the test group in example 7, the addition levels of three functional compositions (as shown in table 5) were designed, and the milk goats at the milk goat farm in shanxi longyuan county were used as test subjects for feeding. 150 healthy dairy goats, having an average body weight of 65kg, were randomly divided into 5 groups (i.e., A, B, C, D, E groups) of 30 in each group at the mid-lactation stage of 2-3 lactating births. Group A was fed the basic ration of the test group of example 7, group B, C, D, E was added with 10g, 20g, 30g and 40g of functional composition (wherein, the ratio of each component is 12.5% yeast culture, 7.5% rumen bypass choline, 15% rumen bypass methionine and 65% corncob meal) on the basis of the basic ration of group A, and fed for 45 days, after the test was started, the total milk yield of each group of dairy goats was recorded daily, and finally the average milk yield of each goat per day during the test period was calculated. The results show that: A. b, C, D and E groups had average milk yields of 2.45, 2.56, 2.82, 2.85 and 2.86 kg/day, respectively, milk fat ratios of 3.40%, 3.42%, 3.51%, 3.55% and 3.57%, milk protein ratios of 3.31%, 3.33%, 3.32%, 3.33%, and trans fatty acid ratios of 3.21%, 3.00%, 2.71%, 2.60% and 2.58%, respectively. Therefore, each sheep can achieve the aim of reducing the proportion of trans fatty acid in total fatty acid to be less than 3% by adding 20g-30 g/sheep per day (the addition amount is about 1% -1.5% of the basic feed), and the economic benefit is the best.
TABLE 5 daily ration formula and usage amount (unit is kg/day/piece)
Example 10 use of the feed of the invention for reducing the trans fatty acid content of ruminant milk
In order to further verify the feed use effect, the milk goats at a certain milk goat farm in Jingyang county, Shanxi were used as test subjects for feeding. 200 healthy milch goats with the average weight of 65kg at the middle lactation period of 2-3 lactation are randomly divided into 2 groups, and 100 healthy milch goats in each group are fed with the feed for reducing the trans-fatty acid content in the milk of the ruminants, which is described in the embodiment 4 and the embodiment 5 (the specific daily ration formula and the nutrition level are shown in the table 6 and the table 7). 100 healthy milch goats weighing 65kg on average in the middle and later stages of lactation after lactation of 2-3 lactation are fed with the feed for reducing the trans-fatty acid content in the milk of the ruminants, which is described in the example 6 (the specific daily ration formula and the nutrition level are shown in the table 8), after the test is started, the total milk yield of all groups of dairy goats is recorded every day, and finally, the average milk yield of each goat in each day in the test period is calculated.
The results show that after 40 days of feeding, the results show that: the average milk production of the flock fed the feed of example 4 was 2.70 kg/day. When the feeding is finished, the average milk fat rate of the flocks is 3.71%, the average milk protein rate is 3.3%, and the average proportion of trans fatty acid in the total fatty acid is 2.66%, which is in line with the production of infant milk powder.
After 40 days of feeding, the average milk production of the flock fed with the feed of example 5 was 2.68 kg/day. When the feeding is finished, the average milk fat rate of the flocks is 3.69%, the average milk protein rate is 3.25%, and the average proportion of trans fatty acid in the total fatty acid is 2.65%, which is in line with the production of infant milk powder.
After 40 days of feeding, the average milk production of the flock fed with the feed of example 6 was 2.50 kg/day. When the feeding is finished, the average milk fat rate of the flocks is 3.77 percent, the average milk protein rate is 3.31 percent, and the average proportion of trans fatty acid in the total fatty acid is 2.80 percent, which is in line with the production of infant milk powder.
