Abstract
本发明属于环保技术领域,具体为一种炼油厂含油污泥的资源化处理方法。本发明方法包括,将炼油厂含油污泥进行分选、冻干;对干化后的含油污泥进行碎化、无氧热解处理,热解过程在氮气氛围中进行,严格控制升温速率和恒温热解时间;热解结束冷却至室温,得到含油污泥制备得来的生物质炭;后续将生物质炭置于滚筒球磨机中研磨、过筛,然后水洗、干燥得到产品生物质炭。该生物质炭可用于吸附净化印染废水,实现资源化利用。本发明工艺简单,含油污泥炭化后,极大的减少了油泥体积;用于印染废水的吸附净化效果好、性能稳定、不易脱附。本发明是含油污泥无害化、资源化、减量化处理的高效方法。

技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域,具体涉及危险固体废物资源化利用和有机染料废水处理方法,特别涉及一种炼油厂含油污泥的资源化处理方法。
背景技术
在中国乃至世界范围内石油仍然是主要的能源物质,它的加工提炼过程主要涉及原油的勘探、生产、运输、储存和精炼等,这些过程都不可避免的产生含油污泥(以下简称油泥),油泥虽然成分复杂多样,危害性强,但是,其本身含有丰富的烃类物质,这也为其资源化利用提供了一种可行方向。炼油厂油泥是国际环境组织公认的危险废物,资源化过程中一定要选准方法,找对路径,一旦处置不当,势必会对人类和生态环境造成无法挽回的损失。因此,如何有效的处置油泥污染已经成为一个亟待解决的问题,也是近些年来的研究热点。
目前,针对油泥污染问题,主要有热解、溶剂萃取、焚烧、光催化、生物降解等处置技术,但是生物法、光催化等处理技术存在着处理周期长、效果不稳定、生物培养条件要求苛刻等问题,无法满足日益增长的油泥的处置条件,综合环境、经济、生态效益等因素来看,油泥热解制备生物质炭是当下最为成熟有效的解决方法。
生物质炭是油泥在高温无氧条件下裂解形成的,生物质炭芳香化程度高、孔径结构多样、表面积大、性质稳定,并且表面有丰富的可供吸附的官能团,单位吸附量高,是一种良好的吸附材料,被广泛用于污水的处理与净化,随着工业的快速发展,印染纺织业产生的印染废水也呈现出多样化的特点,针对印染废水有机染料污染物含量高、碱性大、水质变化大等特点,本发明特提供了一种既能高效处理印染废水,又能实现危险固体废物资源化的技术途径,此技术在有效解决日益增长的油泥问题的同时,又能实现一定的社会经济价值,并且此发明工艺流程简单、吸附效果高效,应用前景广泛,实现了危险废物资源化、无害化、减量化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单、有效、可靠的炼油厂含油污泥的资源化处理方法。
本发明提供的炼油厂含油污泥的资源化处理方法,具体步骤包括:
A、对炼油厂油泥进行分选,挑选出其中不能热解的无机固体;
B、对分选后的油泥在冻干装置中进行冻干,并对冻干后的油泥在破碎机中破碎然后过筛;
C、将过筛后的油泥置于热解装置中,全过程在氮气氛围下进行,升温至热解温度,进行热解,热解结束后,待温度恢复至室温,得到生物质炭;
D、将生物质炭置于滚筒球磨机中进行研磨,然后过筛,得到初产品生物质炭;
E、对初产品生物质炭洗涤,将初产品中残余的微量有机物洗出,并使初产品生物质炭PH洗至中性,然后烘干,得到对印染废水安全有效的最终产品生物质炭。
优选的,所述步骤B中,在冻干装置中冻干温度为零下50-60℃,冻干时间为48-72h,对冻干后的油泥破碎过筛,筛的要求为30-50目。
优选的,所述步骤C中,由室温升至热解温度的升温速率控制在8.0-11.5 ℃/min,最终的热解温度500-700℃,恒温热解,时间为2-3h,氮气的流量控制在4-6 L/min。
优选的,所述步骤D中,对生物质炭进行研磨的速率为300-500 r/min ,为了达到最佳的球磨效果,大、中、小陶瓷球按照占总质量的15-20%、40-45%、30-35%的比例进行搭配。将球磨后的生物质炭过100-150目筛。
优选的,所述步骤E中,对初产品生物质炭进行洗涤,将其置于去离子水中在搅拌器下缓慢搅动1.5-2h完成一次清洗,并且重复一次,静置沉淀,置于50-70℃烘箱中直至烘干,得到最终产品。
本发明的另一方面,提供一种由以上制备方法制备得到的最终产品——生物质炭。
本发明的另一方面,上述最终产品生物质炭可用于吸附净化印染废水,实现资源化利用。
本发明的有益效果是:
A、原材料属于危险固体废弃物,成本低廉,通过本发明可以实现固体废弃物无害化、资源化、减量化,实现资源的循环利用;
B、本发明的产物对于高、中、低浓度的印染废水都有较好的处理效果,单位吸附量大,吸附效果稳定;
C、本发明的产物对于阴离子型染料、阳离子型染料都有较好的吸附效果,应用范围广,受环境影响比较小;
D、本发明方法,工艺简单,在实际生产过程中易于推广使用,过程中不涉及有毒有害药品加入,环境应用中无二次污染物产生,产品低廉、安全、高效,应用前景好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但是本发明并不仅仅局限于此,由于不同地区炼油厂所产生的的油泥有所差别,并且不同工业所产生的的印染废水水质和相关工艺有所差别,因此在不违背本发明的实质和所附权利要求范围的前提下,可对本发明中相关参数做适当调整。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有的其他实施例都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
取从黑龙江省大庆市某炼油厂产生的油泥,进行最终产品生物质炭的制备,包括以下步骤:
A、对炼油厂含油污泥进行分选,挑选出其中不能热解的无机固体(石块、瓦砾等);
B、对分选后的油泥在冻干装置中在零下50℃进行冻干,并对冻干后的油泥在破碎机中破碎然后过30目筛;
C、将过筛后的油泥置于热解装置中,全过程在氮气氛围下进行热解,由室温升至热解温度的时间为1h,升温速率控制在8.0 ℃/ min左右,最终的热解温度500℃, 500℃条件下恒温热解时间为3h,氮气的流量控制在4 L/min。热解结束后,待温度恢复至室温,得到生物质炭;
D、将生物质炭置于滚筒球磨机中进行研磨,对生物质炭进行研磨的速率为300 r/min ,为了达到最佳的球磨效果,大、中、小陶瓷球按照占总质量的16%、50%、34%的比例进行搭配。将球磨后的生物质炭过100目筛,得到初产品生物质炭;
E、对初产品生物质炭进行洗涤,将其置于去离子水中在搅拌器下缓慢搅动1.5h完成一次清洗,并且重复一次,静置沉淀,置于50-70℃烘箱中直至烘干得到最终产品。
实施例2

C、将过筛后的油泥置于热解装置中,全过程在氮气氛围下进行热解,由室温升至热解温度的时间为1h,升温速率控制在9.5 ℃/ min左右,最终的热解温度600℃, 600℃条件下恒温热解时间为2.5h,氮气的流量控制在5 L/min。热解结束后,待温度恢复至室温,得到生物质炭;
D、将生物质炭置于滚筒球磨机中进行研磨,对生物质炭进行研磨的速率为400 r/min ,为了达到最佳的球磨效果,大、中、小陶瓷球按照占总质量的18%、48%、34%的比例进行搭配。将球磨后的生物质炭过120目筛,得到初产品生物质炭;
E、对初产品生物质炭进行洗涤,将其置于去离子水中在搅拌器下缓慢搅动2h完成一次清洗,并且重复一次,静置沉淀,置于50-70℃烘箱中直至烘干得到最终产品。
实施例3

C、将过筛后的油泥置于热解装置中,全过程在氮气氛围下进行热解,由室温升至热解温度的时间为1h,升温速率控制在11.5 ℃/ min左右,最终的热解温度700℃, 700℃条件下恒温热解时间为2h,氮气的流量控制在6 L/min。热解结束后,待温度恢复至室温,得到生物质炭;
D、将生物质炭置于滚筒球磨机中进行研磨,对生物质炭进行研磨的速率为500 r/min ,为了达到最佳的球磨效果,大、中、小陶瓷球按照占总质量的20%、45%、30%的比例进行搭配。将球磨后的生物质炭过130目筛,得到初产品生物质炭;
E、对初产品生物质炭进行洗涤,将其置于去离子水中在搅拌器下缓慢搅动1.5h完成一次清洗,并且重复一次,静置沉淀,置于50-70℃烘箱中直至烘干得到最终产品。
为了考察生物质炭对印染废水的净化效果,做了以下相关的吸附实验。
分别取0.1g实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的最终产品生物质炭,加入到不同浓度的50ml印染废水中,(印染废水的参数如下:亚甲基蓝印染废水,浓度分别为5、15、30、60、120mg/l,刚果红印染废水,浓度分别为5、15、30、60、120 mg/l)在振荡器中恒温吸附,直至吸附平衡,实验结束后,计算相关印染物质去除率,结果如下表1、表2所示:

由表1可见,3个实施例对不同浓度的亚甲基蓝印染废水有相近的结果,实施例2相对于其他实施例效果更加明显,对于低浓度的印染废水效果好,最大去除效率达到了93.52%,对于工业废水的处置已经远远高出其他吸附剂的吸附能力,对于高浓度亚甲基蓝印染废水(120mg/l),其去除效率为62.89%,在此条件下为后续进一步处理处置提供了极大的便利,由此可知,本发明对于阳离子型染料废水具有较好的处理效果,实际应用价值高。
由表2可见,3个实施例对不同浓度的刚果红印染废水都有较为明显的吸附,各实施例对于高浓度刚果红染料废水处理效果显著,刚果红染料废水浓度为30、60、120 mg/l的条件下,各实施例对其净化效果均达到了90%以上,对于低浓度废水也有较好的效果,可以看出,本发明的最终产品生物质炭对于高浓度阴离子型染料废水的吸附较为适用,一种炼油厂含油污泥的资源化技术是可行的、效果是稳定的,对生态环境,资源的循环利用都具有巨大的价值。
Claims (4)
1.一种炼油厂含油污泥的资源化处理方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
A、对炼油厂油泥进行分选,挑选出其中不能热解的无机固体;
B、对分选后的油泥在冻干装置中进行冻干,冻干温度为零下50-60℃,冻干时间为48-72h;然后对冻干后的油泥用破碎机破碎,过筛,过筛用的筛为30-50目;
C、将过筛后的油泥置于热解装置中,全过程在氮气氛围下进行,由室温升至热解温度,升温速率控制为8.0-11.5 ℃/ min,热解温度为500-700℃,恒温热解,时间为2-3h,控制氮气流量为4-6 L/min;热解结束后,待温度恢复至室温,得到生物质炭;
D、将生物质炭置于滚筒球磨机中进行研磨,研磨的速率为300-500 r/min ;其中,大、中、小陶瓷球按照占总质量的15-20%、40-45%、30-35%的比例进行搭配;将球磨后的生物质炭过100-150目筛,得到初产品生物质炭;
E、对初产品生物质炭进行洗涤,除去初产品中残余的微量有机物,并使初产品生物质炭PH洗至中性,然后烘干,得到对印染废水安全有效的最终产品生物质炭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的资源化处理方法,其特征在于,步骤E中,所述对初产品生物质炭进行洗涤,是将其置于去离子水中,在搅拌器下搅动1.5-2h完成一次清洗,并且重复一次,静置沉淀,置于50-70℃烘箱中直至烘干,得到最终产品。
3.由权利要求1或2所述制备方法得到的最终产品生物质炭。
4.如权利要求3所述的最终产品生物质炭在印染废水吸附净化中的应用。
