A display panel and interval paper corner separation device comprises a main body 100, wherein a carrier 200 is arranged on the main body 100, the carrier 200 comprises a full-load platform 210 and an empty-load platform 220 which are sequentially arranged along a first direction, and a first moving assembly 300 and a second moving assembly 400 are arranged above the carrier 200. The first moving assembly 300 comprises a first guide rail 310 and a first manipulator 320 moving along the first guide rail 310, the first guide rail 310 is fixed on the main body 100 along a first direction, the second moving assembly 400 comprises a second guide rail 410 and a second manipulator 420 moving along the second guide rail 410, the second guide rail 410 is fixed on the main body 100 along a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, the guide rails are arranged along a horizontal direction, the length of the production line is reduced, and the existing two groups of manipulators can be matched to complete multiple groups of moving movement. Wherein the full platform 210 is loaded with panels and interleaving paper, the second robot 420 is used to move the panels on the full platform 210 out of the full platform 210, and the first robot 320 is used to move the interleaving paper on the full platform 210 to the empty platform 220.
In one embodiment, the face sheets and spacer sheets are stacked in the cassette 1 and loaded through the cassette onto the full loading platform 210.
In one embodiment, the first robot 320 has a first suction cup group 321, the first suction cup group 321 sucks the spacer paper from the full platform 210 to the empty platform 220, and the second robot 420 has a second suction cup group 421, the second suction cup group 421 sucks and removes the panel from the full platform 210, removes the rear panel and transfers the panel to the next process or the panel buffer for temporary storage.
In one embodiment, the second robot arm 420 includes a second robot arm 422 moving along the second guide 410, a second support 423, and a second motor provided on the second robot arm 422. The second mechanical arm 422 drives the second support 423 to move horizontally along the second guide rail 410, and the second motor drives the second support 423 to move vertically. The second suction cup group 421 includes at least 4 suction cups fixed to the bottom end of the second support 423, and the number of the suction cups may be determined according to the size and weight of the panel, and may include, for example, 4, 8, 16 or 32 suction cups.
In one embodiment, the first robot 320 includes a first robot arm 323 moving along the first guide rail 310, a first support 324, and a first motor disposed on the first robot arm 323, the first motor drives the first support 324 to move vertically, the first suction cup group 321 includes at least 4 suction cups fixed to the bottom end of the first support 324, and the number of suction cups may be determined according to the size of the partition paper, and may include, for example, 4, 8, 12, or 16 suction cups.
In one embodiment, a control unit is further included, the control unit connecting and controlling the first manipulator 320 and the second manipulator 420, the control unit including a memory and a processor. The control unit may be integrated in the main body 100. The memory prestores information on the stacking order and quantity of the stacked panels and the spacing paper in the box 1, and the processor sequentially controls the first robot 320 to move the spacing paper on the full platform 210 to the empty platform 220 or controls the second robot 420 to move the panels on the full platform 210 out of the full platform according to the information. For example, when the panels and the spacers are stacked one on another, the processor controls the first robot 320 and the second robot 420 to sequentially operate to sequentially suck the spacers and the panels, respectively.
In one embodiment, a full tank input port 2 and an empty tank output port 3 are also included. In order to smoothly carry and position the cassette 1 on the loading platform 210, the loading platform 210 includes an input assembly including an input group wheel 212 and an input motor (not shown) and a front stop 211. The front baffle 211 and the full-box input port 2 are respectively positioned at the front end and the rear end of the input group wheel 212, and the input motor drives the input group wheel 212 to rotate towards the front baffle 211. The box body 1 with stacked panels and spacing paper is placed on the input group wheel 212 through the full box input port 2, and the input group wheel 212 drives the box body 1 to move until the box body abuts against the front stop piece 211.
In order to position the box body 1 on the empty platform 220 and stably transport the box body out, in one embodiment, the empty platform 220 includes an output assembly and a rear blocking piece, the output assembly includes an output group wheel and an output motor, the empty box output port 3 and the rear blocking piece are respectively located at the front end and the rear end of the output group wheel, the output motor drives the output group wheel to rotate towards the empty box output port 3, the first mechanical arm 320 is moved from the full platform 210 to the output group wheel, and the output group wheel drives the box body 1 to move until the box body is moved out from the empty box output port 3. The empty platform 220 has a similar configuration to the full platform 210, but the output set of wheels and the input set of wheels 212 rotate in opposite directions.
To further enhance the ability to position the housing 1, in one embodiment, the full load platform 210 and the empty load platform 220 each have a positioning cleat assembly with a pair of cross plates 230 on either side of the input set of wheels 212 or the output set of wheels, respectively. The positioning clamp assembly further comprises a short side positioning motor 240, and the short side positioning motor 240 is connected with and drives a pair of transverse plates 230 to clamp or release the box body 1.
To further enhance the positioning capability of the cabinet 1, in one embodiment, the positioning clamp assembly further comprises a long-edge positioning motor 250, and the long-edge positioning motor 250 is connected with and drives the front flap 211 or the rear flap to move back and forth.

Claims (10)

A corner separation device for a display panel and spacing paper is characterized by comprising a main body (100), wherein a carrying platform (200) is arranged on the main body, the carrying platform comprises a full-load platform (210) and an empty-load platform (220) which are sequentially arranged along a first direction, a first moving assembly (300) and a second moving assembly (400) are arranged above the carrying platform, the first moving assembly comprises a first guide rail (310) and a first manipulator (320) moving along the first guide rail, the first guide rail is fixed on the main body along the first direction, the second moving assembly comprises a second guide rail (410) and a second manipulator (420) moving along the second guide rail, the second guide rail is fixed on the main body along a second direction, the first direction is vertical to the second direction, the full-load platform is loaded with the panel and the spacing paper, and the second manipulator is used for moving the panel on the full-load platform out of the full-load platform, the first mechanical arm is used for moving the spacing paper on the full-load platform to the no-load platform.
2. The corner separation device for display panels and spacer paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the panels and spacer paper are stacked in a box (1) and loaded on the full loading platform (210) through the box.

The device for corner separation of display panel and spacer paper according to claim 1, wherein the first robot (320) has a first set of suction cups (321) for sucking the spacer paper from the fully loaded platform (210) to the empty platform (220), and the second robot (420) has a second set of suction cups (421) for sucking and removing the panel from the fully loaded platform.

The corner separation device for display panel and spacer paper according to claim 3, wherein the second robot (420) comprises a second mechanical arm (422) moving along the second guide rail (410), a second support (423), and a second motor disposed on the second mechanical arm, the second mechanical arm drives the second support to move horizontally along the second guide rail, the second motor drives the second support to move vertically, and the second suction cup set (421) comprises at least 4 suction cups fixed to a bottom end of the second support.

The corner separation device for display panel and spacer paper according to claim 4, wherein the first robot (320) comprises a first mechanical arm (323) moving along the first guide rail (310), a first support (324), and a first motor disposed on the first mechanical arm, the first motor drives the first support to move vertically, and the first suction cup group (321) comprises at least 4 suction cups fixed at a bottom end of the first support.

The corner separation device for display panels and spacer paper according to claim 2, further comprising a control unit connected to and controlling the first robot (320) and the second robot (420), wherein the control unit comprises a memory for pre-storing information on the stacking order and the number of the stacked panels and spacer paper in the box (1), and a processor for sequentially controlling the first robot to move the spacer paper on the full platform (210) to the empty platform (220) or controlling the second robot to move the panel on the full platform to the full platform according to the information.
